I have always had a great experience with SPCA when I took my grand baby's cats to the vet

I hate this place. Literally time after time they mess up on something. For starters, I called with some concerns about my dog, they told me to give him rice and chicken. I called again a few days later cause he was even worse, they booked me for an appointment 4 days later and than canceled me the day of! My dog had a parasite and almost killed him by the time I found another vet to take him in. Second, I decided to go back just for his yearly vaccines. I clearly told them he needs his rabies as well. Guess what? He wasn't given his rabies vaccine! I called asking why and they literally said "i have no clue" put me on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up since I don't have time to wait around all day. They clearly aren't organized and don't care about animals. I really tired to give this place another chance and I regret it.

Great people to my babies

Not sure what to think. I guess they are a for profit company now. There is a neighborhood cat that needs medical attention. I was advised by a very nice person to call County animal control to trap him. I don't want him put down, just treated in a humane way and released. Animal control will euthanize him. He's a little rough around the edges, but a really good cat. So....?

I used this place for putting my dog to sleep. Everyone was very professional, very supporting and very understanding. Also their prices are very reasonable. I felt that they cared and understood what I was going through and they made it as comfortable as possible.

Awesome and sensitive care... and affordable!

My puppies are my family. And when you take your little furry ones to the SPCA Tampa Bay, they are treated with the utmost respect and caring and loving. I simply cannot say enough about the staff and the doctors there. I had a nurse and a doctor talk to me for a very long time explaining how to get my 10-year-old Yorkie is meds. If I could give more than five stars I would. They are Godsend to this area and I would send anybody there to seek out care for their most beloved pets.

Amazing place to take your pets.the staff are friendly. They are honest.you treat them How you want to be treated.

They take your dog out of the exam room to check them instead of doing it in the exam room you are taken to. I don't understand why they can't examine your pet with you present. And don't think you can get out of there for under $100. Expensive

Staff was very friendly and professional. Murphy has allergy issues. Dr discussed food issues and suggested a diet and a prescription.

My dog went missing last night, someone found her and took her here. They took amazing care of her, got her hydrated and even cut her nails. You can tell this center truly cares for animals and it is very heartwarming to see. They are amazing!!!!

Dr. Nichols is our vet for all of our animals for a reason, she's awesome! Even though each of them have always been great, I like to stick with the same person simply because of all the medical issues my pets have. The office staff is always friendly and services are always fully explained to you along with the price.

Great. You pay less than most vets. They will also let you make payments if you need to.

We love using SPCA as our local neighborhood vet. They did our pet’s checkup and promptly contacted us about the lab results with a ready solution. We really appreciate their services.

Overpriced. They wanted almost $500 to do a dental cleaning on my 12 pound poodle and that's not including any extractions. I had it done at a different vet for $250 and that included full mouth xrays that were $100 of it.

The best place I've had a massage at..their experience is wonderful. They worked on my entire body, from head to toes. Amazing. Will not get it anywhere else.

We always used them for our dog we were never rushed! We never waited long and our pet loved being there. The vet even gave us her personal email after a surger to cintact her with any concerns. When our 20yr old doggie needed to cross the rainbow bridge, they were professional and empathetic to all our needs. They have a lovely room that has comfy furniture and gave us all the time we required before and after. I would highly recommend them for anyone's pet. They are pet angels.

They were amazing when I rescued a little kitten in the road early in the morning before work. They took the kitten right to the back to take car of it's woulded leg and nose. They were grateful that I brought it to them. Very caring and gentle
