Got my perfect buddy from here. They were extremely kind and professional. I would love to go back just to even visit - all of the animals and staff were so kind.

To expensive and don't care about people who want to adopt.

We brought a donation, so didn't get to see much. The place was clean and bright, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Scott was amazing this place has more empathy then most hospitals! Thank you Scott and entire staff very hard for me and you were very kind Happy holidays

Our experience at Pet Pal was really great! We were encouraged to spend a lot of time allowing our dog to interact with the new one to make sure they are a good fit, of course they are! Fantastic group of staff doing great work.

This is the 3rd time I visited and my wife came along this time. First let me start with our credibility. My wife and I have fostered, rescued and raised pitbulls for 40 years. Its easy to recognizing people that have a deep love for animals. We realize they are better than people in their ability to unconditionally love and forgive. This place is always sooo clean and the staff really cares and very knowlegdable. The dogs are squeaky clean, fed well, walked and loved. I think they would miss the shelter when they go to their forever home. Thank you to Pet Pal and please make a donation. I believe it will be used the way it should. I do not have any affiliation with this shelter. This review is just from my personal experience.

We got our sweet baby puppy there a month ago. So impressed by the cleanliness and how healthy and well loved their animals are. The staff were incredible and made our experience very pleasant.

Such a great experience at Pet Pal! I went in ~just to look~ and found the sweetest & quietest dog in the entire place, Velma. Her calm demeanor grabbed my attention and as soon as I asked to see her I was told “she’ll crawl right into your lap”. The staff let me spend one-on-one time with her and walk her outside. I could immediately see her becoming more comfortable with me and I knew I couldn’t leave her there. She was so happy when we got home to run around my backyard! I’m so happy I was approved to take her home. The staff was kind and answered all my questions & I could tell they were so happy but so sad to see this sweet girl leave!

Went in yesterday to look at the adoptables since I am looking to adopt ASAP and was helped initially by a kind gentleman who brought me the dog I was interested in. I want to adopt so badly that I was in tears walking past all the cages with dogs because I could not adopt them all. I fell in love with the dog immediately and was asking what I was needing to qualify and be eligible to adopt her because I was seriously interested and if I could take her home that day I absolutely would've however, i spoke to the gentleman with the beard that sat at the front desk and he was very condescending. I explained to him how my current pet was not neutered yet but I had an appt, and he shamed me for not doing it sooner even though it's not like I've ever attempted to or will ever breed my dog. I take excellent care of my dog and I'm always running to the vet if there's ever any sign of illness because I'd rather be safe than sorry. If I travel my dog always comes with me. I buy him better food and more toys than I buy myself. I have no kids and nothing but love to give yet that man discouraged me from adopting there altogether. Makes me think of how many dogs there are in need, I understand ensuring dogs are going to a responsible owner, but how could you talk down to someone who is actually interested in helping? I am honestly heartbroken about the experience I just had there especially after bonding and spending time with the dog I just met.

One of many great organizations in the area helping animals in need. Please consider rescue/adoption first.

Scott is quite knowledgeable. Will tell you about things an animal will do and if you may not want to go that route. They only want the animal to have a forever home.

My husband and I just adopted our first dog two weeks ago from PetPal Animal Shelter! We are completely in love with this pup! Everyone there was so helpful. Pam did the application process with us and she was a gem! We had a great experience and will definitely do whatever we can to help this great group.

This is a no kill shelter. When I was there, most of the residents were dogs. They provide medical care for those in need. I was lucky to be there during an adoption!

We fell in love with Chance. He does have some quirks, but we are training him. He loves his walks with us. And is a snuggle buddy with an A+ award. The people at Pet place are great! We kept watching the website for a small dog and left right away when we knew a small dog was there. We are so happy with him. They are so professional and know what they are doing.
