We love Pets R Family and recommend them to every single one of our friends. Service and quality are unparalleled! We have been bringing our dog there for five years, and love the Pups n Play, boarding, vet services, grooming...everything! Plus the staff is always so kind and accommodating. Prices are decent too.

Dr. Hutton is amazing. She diagnosed our dog with a pretty serious issue and was kind and supportive through the entire process, even calling to check on us when we had to take him to emergency surgery at another facility. Won’t be going anywhere else after that experience!

I LOVE Pets R Family. My dog Zoe goes to daycare every M-W-F and has been for 9 months. She loves it and has so much fun. I have also used them for grooming services, boarding services, and vet care. I would highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs. We love them :)

Professional, personable and caring service was provided to my cat, Nicholas who spent a few days in the hospital section. Staff was prompt and efficient. Dr. Hutton and Dr. Decker were very timely with their daily updates and very receptive and discerning of their pet owners concerns while providing positive support. It’s a wonderful facility that I highly recommend!

I love this place. The doctor's know their pets and you are always treated like family. Both Tasha and Kuvira feel comfortable, or at least as comfortable as a vet visit can be.

Everyone at this office is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are forthcoming with the expense if your pets treatment and care. They truly love animals and it shows!

Great vet! Our dogs love going to Pets R Family! The staff is wonderful

My dogs have been going to this vet since 2016. Unfortunately, I am looking for a new vet because I've lost confidence and trust in this vet office. My dog was seen for a lump (mast cell tumor) on her foot and surgery was recommended. After my dog was on the operating table and administered a pre-op drug, I was called and informed that there was a better option (a shot to remove the mast cells) due to the location of the lump. When asked why that option wasn't presented to me, I was then informed that they weren't sure whether is was a mast cell tumor and recommended having a lab look as the cells for confirmation prior to making a decision to perform surgery or use the injectable. I should have been told this during my first appointment regarding this lump. The lab results indicated that the lump was a histiocytoma which usually go away on its own. My dog is eight years old and considered a senior dog for her breed so the idea of surgery is a serious cause for concern. I don't feel the vets had a real concern for that (with the exception of the 2nd vet who started prepping for the surgery). Need to find a more transparent and knowledgeable vet office.

The service and quality of the grooming was amazing. I also request a lab test for my dog and the results came the very same day. Very impressive :)

The staff is awesome. Service is great and I wouldn't trust Luna's care to anyone else.

Very personable. The employees all look happy to be there. Cleared up our Lab's ear infection. He has had numerous ones that another Vet couldn't get resolved.

They were able to get my dog in quickly when she wasn’t feeling well. They were knowledgeable in what was going on with her and followed up to make sure the treatment was working.

The building is beautiful and the employees are wonderful! They offer grooming and boarding as well. Overall, a great place! Edit 9/13/2021 I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had to say “Goodbye,” to my sweet mini schnauzer this morning. Their end of life care is absolutely spectacular. You are in a separate room with its own entrance and it does not at all feel like a normal examination room. They are so thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you PRF.; I truly appreciate you all.

Everyone was wonderful, professional and kind. We understand that seeing a new client that is sick is stressful! We appreciated you fitting us in, making us feel like everything would be ok, and giving us advice to travel with Charlie. He is doing better. He is at our vet in MD for follow-up today. We will move to FL full-time in a year. We look forward to scheduling all our well cat visits with you too! THANK YOU!

Nice place clean and caring

Amazing experience. Receptionist was friendly and squeezed an appointment for me within the hour. The PRF requested Lucy’s records from the previous vet and the vet already reviewed the records before my appointment. I waited not even 5 minutes in the clinic before we were brought in. The vet and technician were extremely friendly with Lucy as they performed her physical exam and answered a lot of my questions. I was also able to provide input in her treatment plan. Overall, very impressed and efficient experience. Thank you!

My first visit, I took my 9 week old puppy for her second vaccine. I was very impressed with Dr. Deckard and all the employees working there. They are so caring and loving to animals. Dolly loved them!

We’ve been using Pets R Family for almost 4 years now for all of our pets. They have been there for us through 2 deaths as well as taking care of the ones we still have. They are compassionate & have been very helpful when I’ve needed them last minute. They have always been honest in their fees & tried to save us money in any way they could. Never took advantage when they easily could have tried like others may do. I really love this place!

Very nice vet and love how tech savvy they are with texting for anything. They are on the pricey side.....dental cleaning ended up being $900 for our 14 yr old dog. Was $200 at the previous vet. So fair warning on dental cleanings. Otherwise prices are only slightly higher than average but the service and care make up for it.

This office has problems from top down…..they are non responsive to customers need ……had several problems with diagnosis one of which ended up costing almost $1000…..test results are not communicated….Brad the owner talks a good game but the service has not improved…..what does change is the prices

No waiting. They took my dog right at her appointment. Additionally the meds I ordered on their website was ready for me. The tech, Chandler, was so sweet and caring to my dog. Took care of my dog's needs quickly Andy safely. Love this place. Best veterinarian practice in northeast Florida.
