Palencia Pet Clinic Saint Augustine, Florida

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Palencia Pet Clinic. They have gone above and beyond for my cats and dogs. We have a couple of chronically ill fur babies and both Dr. Pannee and Dr. Franz have worked with me to setup and adjust treatment regimens as needed to get our pets living their best lives. The front desk staff and the vet techs all are caring and helpful.

Please put a Negative in front of that start. Terrible customer service - I had been warned by a couple of people, but thought I would give benefit of the doubt. Why advertise WALK INs WELCOMED, if you never take them?!??? It's not really our business how long or how late the doctor has been or has to stay (?!!?) (we were there at 4, they close at 6, & there are FOUR doctors. Also, he/she is not going to see a patient because they've never been there before???

I just recently moved to the area and was so happy that a friend recommended this vet to me! Everyone in the office I have spoken to is kind, professional, and make my pup and I both feel so comfortable. I’m so glad we found a vet that my pup and I both like and trust!

We are so thankful and grateful for the staff and Veterinarians at Palencia Pet Clinic, we recently had to say goodbye to our 11 year old German Shepherd, from the care and diagnosis, to the decision to say goodbye to Bear, everyone at PPC …

Needed to get in on short notice and they accommodated us. Very nice and very attentive. Pricing was also very reasonable. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

doctors and techs are kind, gentle, and overall amazing. we did have to wait in the lobby for dr vencil but he is worth it. receptionist judy and techs devon and shannon were fantastic with our baby

I found Palencia Pet Clinic by Googling “a Veterinary near me” and was happy to find one just about 3 miles away near my fav market. Everyone my dog and I met there were as nice, attentive and competent as could be and I will highly recommend them. My son and his 4 teens have 6 cats and will be registered at Palencia also. Thanks again and we’ll see you 10/22 for Chewys follow up.

We just moved here and weren’t established patients yet, but they got us right in when my dog had an eye infection. The vet and staff were so friendly and attentive!!! Definitely recommend!!!

These vets took fantastic care of my Laci when she needed extra help. They were the best vets I have ever encountered. Since then I have acquired a Cockapoo that these vets are also taking care of and I am VERY pleased with the vets and the office.

Truly everyone working here loves animals. Our dogs and and our cat were treated so well, they felt relaxed despite being away from home. The doctors are most impressive as well as sympathetic and understanding of our pets' needs and our/their owners' concerns.

Dr. Vencil provided excellent and compassionate care to our boxer dog, Cookie, at the end of her life. He treated our family with such kindness as we said goodbye to our special girl, a rescue from Puerto Rico. The whole Palencia Pet clinic team is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Nothing but good things to say! They squeezed my dog in on a busy day even though they had never seen her before. My dog was starting to develop an ear infection and I wanted to get her in quick before it got worse. I called her primary vet clinic, which told me they couldn’t get her in for about a week. I called around to a few vet clinics in the area and was lucky enough that Palencia Pet Clinic was willing to squeeze us in that same day. The front desk staff, vet techs, and vet were all so friendly and amazing at their job. I am now making Palencia Pet Clinic my dog’s new primary vet!

I feel so comfortable taking my dog to the clinic. The doctors and staff are professional yet, we are treated like friends.

The Vets at PPC are absolutely the BEST. They are the most compassionate and supportive I've ever met. I used to be a vet technician, having years of working with different vets. I'm picky about who cares for my malamutes. It's deeply important to me to find exceptional vet care and PPC have exceeded my expectations in every way. Every time.

If they had not rushed our JoJo in when she was brought to them she would have passed. Dr Vencil saved JoJo's life by getting to right away and performing a life saving procedure. We were out of town and they are the trusted Vet for Dog Town St Aug so they brought her there. UNBELIEVABLE caring staff!!! THANK YOU!

they are always there for you and your pets needs . you call and they fit you in . they listen to what you say. and they are down to earth. and they just love your pets. i never had a problem with them. and will recommend them to anyone. and they always give a follow up call to you when you have a problem with your pet.

We’ve been bringing our welsh corgi in to PPC for a couple of years now. Just recently had his teeth cleaned and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for care for their pets.

Dr Peter Veling took the time to educate us about our new puppy in the most relaxed atmosphere. His advice and training tips have already proved successful and we’ve had our puppy two days. The exam was thorough and I’m not sure the puppy even realized he was being examined!
