Friendly staff and very knowledgeable Veterinarian. A little pricey but is the top level care you can have for your pet in St Cloud. Impressed with the overall experience and definitely recommend this animal clinic.

Such a great vet and staff. We had to put our dog down today and they were wonderful. It was our first time ever having to put a pet down. We were given as much time as we needed, and felt very safe. We love Dr. Russo even more now after this experience. She just has such a good vibe, and the staff too. This will be our forever vet.

The staff here was truly amazing! Every single one of them, from the minute I got on the phone with them to walking through the doors and leaving. I had to make the hardest decision of putting down my sweet boy Onix after 19 wonderful years and they were so compassionate and accommodating of my same day call. They made me, Onix and my family extremely comfortable on that hard day. They gave us our space and plenty of time to say our goodbyes and not once did we feel rushed. I am truly in awe and can’t thank them enough for making my baby and family as comfortable as possible on his last day. It meant the world! Thank you again west end staff!

Very gentle with the animals and decent prices on appointments. Would recommend them to any animal lovers that want to keep their pets healthy and content.

Brought our leopard gecko here today. They charged us $60 for information I can easily gather off of google and insinuated his issue is due to lack of care. We took him to an ER vet and confirmed exactly what we asked this vet to check. He had shed stuck in his eye and became infected. All we needed are antibiotic drops and yet this vet told us there's nothing they can do, our gecko is in his great health (already knew that because we take very good care of him), and that increasing his cage size would solve the problem. Complete waste of time and $60. I should stop payment with my credit card company.

The helpers were sweet and helped my cat fantastically, but the vet.dr. was not very nice or helpful. This was the 2nd time I was there and the same thing happened before if not worse. You aren't spoken to well, and although(idk if this is even true but possibly( the vet may know a lot(or not ,who knows(?)), the condemnation and judgement put on the animal's parent that is received for simply bringing in a pet that needs help, is not professional, appreciated, nor appropriate. I am being very nice with this. I want to say that my cat is doing great after being there, so they didn't do anything wrong or bad to her, in fact they were lovely most of the time to my baby, but my other 2 vets that I frequent with my many animals would have done the same. So, to clarify, nothing bad was DONE, but the atmosphere is stiff and the treatment of kindness is absent, to put it nicely. I came here because no other vet had an opening for weeks which is the same reason I went 3 yrs.ago...sadly, the same experience was had. I won't be back. I do thank the vet.techs for doing the procedure that helped my baby feel and become better at that moment. ♡

I received the most amazing gift today! Last week my little guy was not able to make it through a surgery sadly but today I received a letter in the mail. The letter was signed by the all the staff but the best part was a paw print from my little guy. I never asked for it but I'm so grateful for the thought. I would recommend this office to anyone and when I get the courage to adopt again I will definitely be taking them here as well!

We are so happy we brought our dog to West End Animal Care! Dr. Russo is extremely knowledgeable in both eastern and western medicine. She provided us with numerous options and taught us some hands on techniques to help get our pup feeling better. Even after our visit, we have had their office follow-up with us on more than one occasion. Their prices are also very fair and affordable. We are thrilled to have found a great vet to bring our dogs to!

Took us right in at our appointment time. Wait time was minimal and treats were given for our dog. Great checkup all is good!

Very sad and disappointed with my experience. Paid for sedation for my dog to assist them with cutting his nails and they literally chocked him to put a muzzle on him because he was not fully sedated. I know my dog doesn't like the vet and this is my third time going to them, but not coming back again after today. I get home and he is knocked out now when that should have been how he was at the actual vet. I wish they would have waited for the sedation to kick in more but instead they traumatized him even more. I am only giving two stars because there was one nurse who was kind enough to try to show me how to cut his nails myself and was nicer than the more aggressive nurse who physically choked him until his eye turned blood red to be able to cut his nails. Yes he is an anxious dog and aggressive toward them because who the hello wouldn't with someone putting all your weight on him and chocking you to put a muzzle on. I paid 106 dollar for my dog to be sedate and put to sleep and he was awake but drossy. Giving two stars only because one of the nurses was kind enough to try to teach me how to cut his nails myself.

Although we weren't clients they treated us like an important client. We can't thank them enough for their compassion. If we get another pet we will definitely go to this vet!

I found this office because during Covid this is the only office that was performing surgeries… But it was not my pets normal vet office. But I am so incredibly thankful to have found them because this office will forever be my animals Doctors. The level of professionalism and love for animals is absolutely amazing. They treated my dogs as if they were their own. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office in about the staff. I am forever a client!

Secretary was rude about scheduling a first time appointment. She said and I quote, “well if I do later than 430 than I’m here till 8.” Their hours are 8:30-6?? I just called another place and got a 4:45 appointment, and their hours are 8-5. They have better reviews, too!
