Had a great experience. The veterinarian that examined my dog was not the main one the day I went, but he was awesome none the less. Very friendly and good first impression.

A great staff with a compasionate, professional staff headed by Dr. Amy C. My rotty has been taken care by them for 5 years. Prices are fair and the care is personalized.

Dr. Amy is the best. First thing she does is come in and love on the animals. She has great staff. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Fantastic staff! Answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable and wonderful with my fur babies.

Love this place! All staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Juliette who is very helpful in giving instructions and answering most of our questions.

We only got to take our dog Lulu here for a couple years after moving nearby but they took great care of her and were very helpful and compassionate when the time came to let her go. They are very busy lately but for good reason. When we do get another dog, they will go here.

All personal are very sweet. Amy the Vet is very sweet and she explain very well what your dog has. I love their service.

After moving from a different state, I was disappointed at the way they treated my little one and other customers as well. They don't respond to phone calls, if they do respond, pl be prepared to be put on hold for a good 20-30 min and then disconnected. They are very unprofessional and offer poor service.

My dog has been a patient here for the last 8 years and I never had a complain, even referred several people there. Until today! My dog has epilepsy and needs pills everyday to control seizures. Unfortunately times are hard and I could not afford the $200 this month and asked them to call in a prescription to get him through the month. They refused and said he needed to be seen. But they don't have anything until almost 2 weeks. NO COMPASSIION was shown for this poor dog, not willing to help. Transferred vets and will never be back. MONEY runs this business Don't be fooled.

Too busy to take you unless you've been going consistently. Was told I would have to start over as new customer, since my dog hasn't been there in a long while. Why would I ever go here if I can't actually get my dog seen when I need it. (If my dog is sick they can't wait 2 weeks to a month). If you don't care, than why are you here. Apparently, too big and too busy to take the people that helped keep them in business when they started. The vet is nice, but what good is that if you never see her. Seems they only care about my dogs, when it's convenient. No problem with my money though huh.

If you have an emergency Do NOT go here! Save your time and rush to another hospital! My puppy was limp! Lethargic and I feel like near death! I’m writing this as I’m waiting in another animal hospital waiting On his condition. I had an EMERGENCY, panicked and they sent me away to drive 10 more minutes down the road to another hospitals, a lot could happen neurological in 10 mins. I’m so heartbroken that I was turned away.

Please note this review is not for doctors or stuff. My dog sick looking for vet and they no taking new patients . Thanks for lady direct me to go to diferent animal hospital . Unhappy because it was very early . No dog around stuff waiting there and looks the don't want to make the money.please don't take me wrong but alway a mile away in a busines it make it look good . Place looks very clean stuff looks very professional. It will nice to take my dog there but this time was out of look. For what i soo is aplece to take our animals

Dr Amy is the best, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The care and love for their patients is absolutely tops. The staff and Dr. Amy have been there for our fur children and answered the call for exemplary veterinary care. Truly our friends that can be trusted throughout to give the best of care for our furry kids.

Dr. Amy and the staff at Countryside Animal Hospital are great! Dr. Amy is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'm so glad we found such a wonderful place to bring our 2 pomeranians. I feel like they're getting the best care possible and it's a great feeling!

The vet there Amy well she’s the best vet in this little town the staff I can’t say enough good things about them cause it would never be enough they Are tremendous I can say I really trust them with my pets and my pets are family so I’m saying a lot. That Amy she’s not only intelligent but she’s also a fabulous Surgen too very impressed with her work.

Very disappointed. Took care of my Lab until he passed but not accepting my new dog. Forced to find and build all new vet/pet/human relationship. Trust lost. I was a fool for believing them. Would you're pediatrician not care for your newborn esp after losing 1? Heartless.

We weren't a client of this clinic. However they treated us as a very important client. When and if we have another pet we will definitely use this vet!
