They are so nice here, easy to make appointments, someone always picks up the phone when I call, I love that they have a cat and dog entrance and separate waiting rooms!

Dr. Lima took my pup in as an emergency and was amazing. Kept me up to date on everything. I got more information in one phone call from him than I ever got from many visits to my regular vet. We will be coming here from now on.

Everyone seemed very loving to my baby. Just cost more than my last vet but you get what you pay for I suppose.

The attention from Dr. Pulido was excellent. We were fascinated by the professionalism, love and dedication from Dr. Pulido so we decided to our puppy operated on with her. Super recommended.

I’ve been a pet owner for going on 8 years and this is by far the most impressive veterinarian office I’ve ever been to! Everyone there on the staff was super helpful and friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. They even have separate dog and cat entrances! I made a (very poor) segregation joke about them. Can’t wait to bring my babies back there!

I never leave without all of my questions answered. The genuine love snd compassion for your pet is genuine. The staff is the best of the best. I’ve been coming here for 25 years and have trusted all of my fur babies to this wonderful group of professionals.

I've been taking my animals here for almost 12 years now and I've always been satisfied with the level of care they have received. One of my dogs was put on an inhaler to help manage his lung conditions and the doctor was sure to follow up and make sure the treatment was going smoothly. His quality of life was important to his care team and they did a good job of keeping him comfortable and happy. My 12 year old cat just had laser surgery here to remove a tumor and they did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process and they always call to follow up after procedures.

Excellent service!!! Highly recommended. The service Teeny received was top of the line. Called for an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. I even received a call the next day just to follow up and see how my pup was doing.

I'm new to the area (Kissimmee/Orlando) and needed my 9 year old cat, Baby, seen by a veterinarian for an international travel well-check, vaccinations, microchip, and documentation. I was late to my initial appointment because I had no idea driving 8.8 miles would take 40 mins (yikes!) but the clinic was willing to work with me to be seen that evening ????????Every staff member interaction was professional, friendly & pleasant ???? Baby was seen by both Dr. Manning & Dr. Lima (separate appointments) and I was extremely impressed with both doctors! Dr. Manning did not rush (even tho it was late/we were late) and explained everything thoroughly; she was very kind and knowledgeable. The 1st thing Dr. Lima did when he entered the room was notice that Baby was scared so he opened his lab coat for her to hide, and she went right to him! ❤ Neither doctor nor staff pressured me for additional services but they did suggest Baby have her teeth cleaned ???? I am extremely happy with the services provided by Boggy Creek Animal Hospital, and highly recommend!!

I would like to thank Dr. Lima and the staff for helping my 14 year old Shih Tzu make incredible improvements. After unsuccessful attempts with another other clinic, I needed a second opinion on what was wrong with our dog. It took only one visit to Dr. Lima and our dog, Bella, is back to her normal self. We’re so happy we made the switch to Boggy Creek Animal Hospital. Even though we live almost an hour away, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing staff & veterinarian. Dr. Lima takes all the time he needs to explain things and will not leave any questions unanswered! This is unique care nowadays and needs to be recognized! We gladly drive one hour to know that our fur children will be receiving the best care possible!

I called last minute and they were able to fit me in the same day. I have always taken my dog to another vet. He wasn't feeling at all well and had severe allergies & vomiting. They prescribed him antibiotics, gave him a nauseous shot, allergy shot, prescribed shampoo, prescribed him food and 5 day later my dog feels completely better! Loved how attentive everyone was. So sweet with my Dog Oliver! Felt they really cared for him and really wanted what was best. Will definitely be coming back and changing my vet to here!

First off like an animal with this entire staff you can feel nd sense the real love nd devotion they have for your pet they explain in detail what's needed to b done how it will b done nd cost. They do only what's needed they don't add cost for Xtra money my dog is like my daughter I would drive 2 or 3 hours to bring my dog here. I assure you truth in this review one review said he authorized in advance to charge any money needed they didn't I found this clinic thru a friend thank God as after at least 5 or 6 different vets in Florida Texas nd Kentucky nd were talking multiple visits nd a few thousand dollars only one recommend outside specialist nd that was for only half the medical issues she needed so I take Diva to doctor Lima he knows what the problem is first visit skin allergy very hard sometimes impossible at best to try to control so he he's right on that his professional expert veterinary experience cleared up almost 100% of an allergy that may not be cured only controlled it came back but wait not of his mis diagnosis but becus of an ear infection very bad ear infection long story short her ear canal had to be removed they even had a surgeon on staff trained for this very delicate surgery she did an excellent surgery I'm Soo proud of her nd thankful Dr Pulido she has the utmost respect from me the surgery was a complete success not even the possible side effects she mentioned that was possible with this surgery happened my baby was up nd playing in 3 days so if you love your pet this is the clinic they want nd need all the doctors here have the same unconditional love respect nd devotion for animals nd their owners (family) thank you Boggy Creek Animal hospital staff for all your hard work your experience nd long hours to make our baby's happy nd healthy

My girl Max so far has been seen by Dr. Manning who was kind, caring, and took amazing care of her. The support staff are all just as kind and loving, and are great at making you feel welcome and at ease. Top notch service, start to finish. I wouldn’t take my girl anywhere else.

Been going to Boggy Creek Animal Hospital for 17 years and they have taken great care of all my four legged babies.

I brought Brodie, my 5 month old Scottish Fold kitten for his first visit. All of the staff was so kind and warm and Brodie felt that and therefore was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even with getting 3 vaccinations! I love this place and I am blessed it is so close to my apartment.

First visit for my 8 months puppy and was pretty good ????. Personal was very nice.

Every person was super friendly! They helped me so much with taking care of my baby Thunder. I let them know he's a handful when he sees other dogs so they made sure he wasn't near a single one. They gave me other options to help fix his teeth which when I do will definitely be coming back!

I was a bit worried a out my puppy Bella...but everyone there made us feel welcome,the doctor was awesome as well..my puppy's nurse was super sweet and treated Bella super nice!!!!
