From the receptionist to the amazing technician Daniel and the doctor Robert our experience was the best i have ever experienced. Danielle compassion to our dog tinkerbell u could feel his emotion to our sweet tinkerbell we had to leave her and he even said i will put her sweater and things near her so she can smell and feel comfortable he even explained how she would not be alone someone is always around.Then doctor Robert so throughly on every detail so we understood everything. Forgot to mention they were busy and not taking any more pets but the receptionist asked the tech and then the doctor. Thank u i feel it was a blessing we found u and pretty much save our tinkerbell life. The way the world is now thanks for caring. If u are looking for the best care i highly recommend and the prices are better then anyone in the area but far most the care love and attention. Danielle called the next day to check on our baby. Such a great experience! Wanted to switch vets and come somewhere closer to home and they are the best! Everyone was super nice, made my dog feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I had to take my dog as an emergency walk in. They were all amazing since the beginning. All the staff was very nice. Dr. Ray and Julia were incredible, can't thank them enough, they were very thorough with the evaluation and really took their time with my dog and I. Highly recommended!!

First time and what a difference compared to the last two other places we been in the last 15 years. Hope they don't change. They cared for our pet and the service was great and to us the price was good and they do everything there thank you our dog is doing very well now !

The staff is very welcoming. The exam, I felt was thorough. The doctor discussed about keeping our pet healthy. It felt more like a conversation than a one sided medical lecture.

I have an older rescue and he broke his front teeth out at 5 am... I called them at 7 am and they had him in by 11am . Awesome team! Beautiful new office, super clean. Always friendly and easy to talk to from the beginning to the end of our visit.

Was an amazing experience. Facility was clean. Staff was awesome. Everyone loved on my dog and I really felt like they cared. My dogs had her tail between her tail, by end of visit she was good. I highly recommend.

I have visited 3 veterinarian offices since July trying to establish a place I can count on for my new puppy. Dr. Hicks and his team were very attentive and professional and I did not feel rushed and was able to ask questions to my satisfaction.Pricing was fair in comparison to the other 2 I have visited in Osceola County. Will definitely return.

I took my cat Mr Peanut to Narccoosse Oaks today and had an amazing experience! Not only was everyone professional, they were on time with my appointment and the vet tech Megan was amazing. Mr P has had life long issues and is not a stranger to going to the vet, he is also not a fan of going and can get very agitated. Megan and Andrea helped me into a room, sat on the floor next to the carrier and let Mr P come out on his own. It may have taken a few extra minutes to give him time to relax but it made a world of difference in how he responded to the team. Megan also took a few extra minutes to give Mr P a clean up and a little sanitary shave. Dr. Hicks did a very thorough exam, we talked about options and decided on an approach that would help Mr P and still stay within my financial means. Kudos to the entire staff for making my first visit to your clinic a good experience.
