Sudz Em Up Pet Salon Saint Cloud, Florida

I have been here twice with my puppy who was 4 months and the first time was fine, although a bit pricey, $45 for a wash and trim. Approximately 6 weeks later I made another appointment. Not only was my puppy not ready after 21/2 hours, but then charged $5 more. I asked why. They said cause he's older. So every time my puppy is older I have to pay $5 more??? Never going back!

When I dropped my dog Otter off, it took hours to get him back as he kept going to the bathroom on himself after they bathed him. Otter has never had this issue at any other salon or environments, which I think reflects how loud and stressful it is for the pets in there. Granted, it could’ve been worse due to individual dogs there that were barking uncontrollably, but still not a good environment for any pet. When I finally came to get him after a few calls where they explained the situation, they had cut, not trimmed, his nails without any regard to where his nerves were. All of his nails were gushing blood for the drive home and for about an hour after we arrived home. My back seat was covered in his blood by the time we got home. I will not be returning or recommending this business.

Just moved to town from Houston. Didn't know which groomer to pick in the area but I went with this one. I have a German Shepherd mix who doesn't get cut, she just needs a bath and a good brush that I don't have time for at home. They got me in the morning after I called, prices were extremely reasonable compared to what I paid in Texas, and they seemed like a much more genuine caring place than I've previously been to! The girl who checked me out said that they can't really get all of her undercoat out in 1 session without damaging her fur (I haven't taken her to the groomer in a while and her coat is really dense) and they could also tell that another groomer had done this to her previously. No one has ever given me feedback on her fur like this so I appreciate that. Then she told me to wait a week and bring her back for a quick final brush. I absolutely expected that to cost more but they included it in the price of her groom! She even seemed less stressed when they brought her out than she normally would. Best experience we could've gotten

First time using a groomer! Already booked an appointment for next month! These girls.. WOW! Such amazing customer service! My Dutchess came out of a horrific living environment to us 3 months ago. 50+ pounds of pure love. She went in with no hesitation and came out wagging her tail. You gained a family that will sing your praises all over town!

I’ve been coming here with my babies for the last 9 months since we moved to the area, this place has been nothing but amazing. They are always very accommodating for any last minute appointments, they are very quick and they have the best pricing in the area. I can’t really say enough, my babies always look amazing when they leave.

Ladies that helped me in there were fabulous to me and my dogs. Great customer service and prices. Dogs looked fabulous, was very happy to leave a good tip.

It’s a great family environment for us and our fur baby and can’t imagine going anywhere else! And they are so much more affordable with far better quality and care then anywhere else we have been. Thanks for taking such good care of our baby!

My dog is elderly and I've had bad luck with some places not doing a good job. I am so happy to have found Sudz em Up! They groomed her exactly as I requested. Very professional with good follow-up.If you're looking for a groomer because you're new in the area I highly recommend them.

Awesome! Took care of my fur babies.

My dog is 14 years old and the care she received waa amazing. They recommended toe grips because she slipped alot. They put them on when I got them and didn't even want to be paid. There aren't any businesses like this around anymore. .

Made an appointment in person early this week, provided my name and phone number. when I got to the shop it was closed. Called the number in the door and there was a voice message telling they were closed for the remaining of the week. Never got a call telling they will be out. Unacceptable lack of courtesy and waste of time

I have been using Sudz em Up for grooming since they first opened. They're ridiculously good at what they do and super awesome people! My rescue dogs absolutely LOVE them! I highly recommend Sudz em Up Pet Salon!

Took our two small dogs in for their 10 am appointment. They weren't done til 2:30pm. Staff said they " had allot of dogs to cut." Obsurd!! Won't be returning!

I genuinely cannot believe everything Victoria has done for me and my German Shepard. My dog went to her almost a year ago , with that being said when I wasn’t able to come back here , my worst mistake was going to a Petco/PetSmart . Traumatized my baby. Knowing Shiloh had a bad experience she did baby steps with her and tried and tried again with her . Seeing her work with Shiloh today amazed me . She did everything she could to make sure she was comfortable and felt safe . We spoke on a personal level and shared more tips with me more than my vet could ????. I absolutely recommend this place 100% . There’s nowhere else I would take Shiloh from now on . Trust the process... (my pup came out beautifully and super cleanse I loved it) !! ????

????????????????????????Wonderful Warm Friendly attentive Staff. I have recently become a St. Coud resident. I called Sudz em, was greeted warmly by the owner. I inquired about grooming for my 10 yr old Chow Chow Baby. I was happy w the informative conversation. I had several questions. All were answered at length. I dropped off Baby, Gabby, took excellent care of her. She looked awesome. I came by to get my 2 5yr old Chihuahuas, Dora & Mr. Boots nails trimmed. Alexis took great care w them both. Will definitely come back. Prices are quite reasonable too!!

Ever since I walked in it didn’t feel right. The woman pulled my dog hard when she didn’t want to walk in. After the haircut my dog was limping and not wanting to move for 2 days!!! Which looked like they messed up her nails or paw while trimming the nails. Haircut was horrible! One ear was longer than the other and it didn’t look even all throughout. Please don’t go here! It’s NOT SAFE for your pets! They never even asked me for rabies proof!!! Less than 1 star service quality.

She’s the best groomer I have ever been to, she has great prices, cares for the animals as if it were own. Highly recommended. She won’t disappoint and very knowledgeable about animals other than dogs and cats!❤️????????
