DPH provides excellent care for my dogs. Technicians and doctors are available to respond to all channels of communication. I appreciate their follow up calls. Their quality of care is evidenced by my dogs excitement to go to DPH. A few Christmases ago they took this photo and sent to me. I used it as my Christmas card! We all love DPH.

My girls (dogs) had their first visit with Downtown Pet Hospital this morning. It was truly unlike any other vet experience I’ve had. Things were timely, the staff was friendly, and Dr. Minton was phenomenal. Our technician, Emily, was amazing at keeping my anxious dog focused on small treats and not on being poked and prodded. It was a very low stress visit for them and for me! The cost for the visit and services was fair and lower than what I have paid elsewhere in the area. I’d give them six stars if I could!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. First off, Dr. Liz is amazing! She truly goes above and beyond! They all do. I’m usually able to get an appointment fairly quickly. They are very accommodating and provide great care for our Greyhound, Leo. Highly recommend!

A friendly and welcoming staff. They have done a wonderful job handling my pup (who can certainly be a handful lol)

Love bringing my two girls here. I have a deaf blue heeler and a pittie whom love the staff. My pittie has been a patient for 5 months and blue heeler for 3 years . It may appear expensive in comparison to other places but in truth you absolutely get the best. You can text staff concerns and have doctor opinion quickly. Having a puppy this has proven to be invaluable especially sanity wise.

I have nothing but good things to say about downtown pet hospital. They really care about the comfort and safety of your pet. I usually just go in for check-ups but when I needed a last minute appointment for an unexpected injury they were so accommodating and helpful. The whole staff is extremely friendly and I’m so happy I found this vet office.

This is my 3rd visit with my dog to this establishment. Not only will you be impressed by their services, but the care and support from the tech Emily Griffin and Dr. Moorefield will leave you exiting Downtown Pet Hospital feeling more knowledgeable about the care your animal needs. I cannot thank enough how wonderful the whole staff is doing proper covid safety guidelines and the professionalism with which all carry themselves.

I can't praise this place enough. In the 12 years I've had my cat, she's seen many different vets, but nowhere has come close to the quality of this place! Everyone I've ever interacted with at this office has been kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They are truly awesome. Also, their new procedures to ensure safety for everyone during Covid-19 was seamless. ????

There’s a reason this office has such high ratings. So glad we found our cat Storey such a great vet nearby. Plus we board her here and they’re always so happy to have her and take such good care of her. It’s like leaving her with a family member!

You really get what you pay for here. The vet took really took her time to listen to my concerns and give her opinion. After 18 years of owning cats, this was by far the best experience with a vet I've had. I will continue to bring my pet here and recommend them to anyone!

I have only had one experience with this pet hospital and I can't praise them High enough for the outstanding staff that works there. As well as for the compassion that they show to you.My experience with them was I had to make the decision To say good bye to my baby boy after an amazing 14 years together He passed away at home with us thankfully but we did take him there to have him cremated and the staff was extremely supportive from the moment we walked in the door and til just now when i picked up his ashes a week later. I can't say thank you enough for being such caring and loving individuals.

Downtown Pet Hospital is by far the best and most friendly pet hospital we have been to. If you live in the Orlando area do yourself and your fur babies a favor by taking them here for any needs they have. I greatly appreciate all they do and the kindness of their staff.
