Much better than Allendale Animal Health Center in Kissimmee. Great Staff, they allow you to go in with your pet, vet explains everything very clearly and doesn’t look she’s being rushed. Gentle handling your pet and they show they care. Reasonable cost. Awesome experience

Lots of TLC and experience

They have taken care of my Pets for over 15 years. I wouldn’t trust another clinic to be as warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. I credit Dr Madera for keeping my soul dog, maxwell alive an entire year after his diagnosis with stomach cancer. I am forever grateful. Now that my Sammy is a senior citizen, I know they will help me give him the best quality of life possible in his golden years. With two new puppies joining the family I wouldn’t consider taking Ben Ben or Baxter anywhere else for their healthcare needs!

My first visit was great. Staff friendly. Facility is very clean. The Dr. That we had was great and super cool. Takes time to explain everything. Hope they stay that way!

Absolutely horrific treatment here. When our dog started having a grand mal seizure we rushed him here within 10 minutes. Upon arrival we were told that we couldn't be helped because the vet was eating lunch. Do NOT advertise yourself as offering emergency services if you are NOT available during business hours for emergencies. If that wasn't bad enough the vet they sent us to was also unavailable . By the time we found a vet able to help he had been siezing for nearly an hour and had to be euthanized. Your complete lack of decency and compassion and common sense advertising cost us our dog.

July 30 2021 was taking our grandkids to St Cloud lake front for a picnic when our JRT had a seizure in the car. He is 16 and has a brain tumor and was doing well on medication. We went first to Narcoossee Animal Hospital. When I arrived the front desk asked if we were established clients.. I said no and that the seizure was lasting a long time and can he be given medication to stop the seizure, The person went into the clinic and returned immediately and said the doctor is on his lunch break. she then directed me to a clinic on 192 which was closed for refurbishment. Someone there directed us to the St Francis Animal Hospital also on 192 and they repeated "the DR. is on his lunch break response" we got from Narcoossee Animal hospital. We went to a fourth Vet and Dash is now at peace but he suffered needlessly. If you have an older or infirm pet my advice is to plan ahead so you won't be left holding your seizing pet for an hour trying desperately to get help.

The staff at the hospital is very friendly and professional. The rates are reasonable. My dogs are not fearful to go. Always have quick appointments and minimal waits for service. Recommend

Where do I start on how amazing Saint Francis Animal Hospital is. When I come in I feel like they truly care about my baby (my dog). Everyone is always so kind and caring. They've performed two successful emergency surgery's and currently treat her on a regular bases and they are always extremely accommodating. They will always have my business and my appreciation. 10/10 Would recommend.

I ADORE this Animal Hosptial! The staff here is amazing!! But specifically Dr. Nadine E.Wright! She’s amazing , such a caring person! My ferret was super sick and she did everything in her power to health him back to life! I couldn’t thank this group of people enough. If anyone is looking to come here DONT HESITATE!! They are amazing and will take WONDERFUL care of your furbabies!!

We have been together for four years; the veterinarians are all compassionate, caring, and attentive. The staff is thoughtful and professional. The office is welcoming, clean, and organized; it doesn't even smell like animals are treated there. My dogs are family to us. As far as price/cost, I don't know if they are more or less; they are so good to my dogs that I won't even bother checking others.

Between my 300lbs of lap dogs being divas and needing lots of pettings, to some rescue kittens with pink eye, a 20 year old chiwawa attacked by a pit bull, surgerys, checkups, and unfortunately even having to put down one of my puppies.... …

The staff is great! They call me to check to see how my cat was doing several times. Very professional and affordable! I would highly recommend this hospital!

The Vets and staff are amazing. They are friendly and always willing to help. They follow up with us a day after our pet has had care to see how he is doing. Our Pit loves both of the vets here. Highly recommend it!
