Took Gracie for her first Florida groom and Rene and his staff did not disappoint. He was kind and loving to her and she was finished and ready to go quickly. She us 14 so he asked all of the right questions about any issues she may have and any special accommodations she might need. I am very impressed.

Took my Puppy Poodle for his first grooming, adorable, loved it . Very professional.

Rene’ is the BEST! very good in handling my grouchy Baby Cooper while cleaning up ears. The first time a Groomer did a great job in handling this grouchy boy(when his ears gets cleaning) Rene’ is very caring and sweet ????. I’ll be back definitely with my other Baby Cody also ( not grouchy one) ????

Horrible,horrible HORRIBLE!!!!! stay a way from this place, today was my first and last time they don’t know anything about grooming, SHAVING is the way of grooming for them. PLEASE don’t make the huge mistake of leaving your fur babies here.

The staff is amazing and my puppy (Chewbacca) took to them well. He loved it and had zero issues while being groomed. I would definitely recommend them!

My dog hazel was a rescue. She can be very skeptical and takes a little while to warm up at first. Especially in new places. However, The staff was very kind and patient, and when I returned an hour later, she had the biggest smile and has happy as could be. My wife and I are super impressed and look forward to utilizing there services in the near future! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing talked with me to see how I wanted my dogs hair cut what I wanted even put on the new bandanna I bought for him after !!! So amazing you can tell they truly love what they do and take their time to make sure your baby looks and smells amazing !!! Definitely making this my favorite place for my fur baby 10/10 recommend

Took my three Australian shepherds in for a standard groom. The staff was very professional, able to calm my pets and make them feel comfortable. My dogs came out looking great, they followed my instructions to a T. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially those with extra nervous dogs.

The service was amazing, the place is clean and my puppy came out looking as gorgeous as he’s ever looked! And wow he smells SO GOOD! It was Simba’s first full grooming session and he gave her a hard time during his face clipping but she still did her very best to make sure our little one looked great, hopefully he’s better next time because we are definitely coming back. Took my puppy here for the fist time and it was a great experience. He looked happy, relaxed, and his hair looked great! Will definitely be returning. We've been going to them for over a year with our dog and we have a new rescue. They treated her extra special since it was her first time going! Great and friendly staff.

This place is awesome! They take great pride in there work and my sparky loves them. My Corgi is extremely hyper and they are so patient with him. They are also very accommodating. They are my new go to for my pup! Thanks!

If i could give 0 i would...the Owner is super unprofessional after 3 hours my 4 1/2 pounds dog wasn't ready, when i call to check he told me that he need an extra hour to work with her, i ask for an specific cut. And they did a terrible job, i ask not to shave her, guess what they did, they shave her and mess up my dogs hair. She looks terrible, never coming back again and I”ll make sure that any of my neighbors do the same mistake that i did bring their dogs here.

I had an amazing experience at Petscuad, they are super friendly and professional. They took great care of my dog. I’ve been to many grooming places but this is far the best one so far. Great service!

They never answered answered their phone which is scary if you have your dog being groomed there. ( voicemail full ) I tried calling 3 different times during their business hours. Could also not book an appointment using their online system.

Was a little confused about pricing. Over the phone one price was given to us and when we picked up our dog it was a lot more expensive with only an additional add on service of 5$. But she came out looking great

Paid $100 for mediocre service. Def not worth it. Edit: Took my dogs to PetSmart. Paid half of what I was charged at this place …

I am very dissatisfied with the grooming my dog received today. I ask its hair to be cut only 1/2 an inch just to find him shaved! He looks horrible!!! I would NOT recommend this place. Plus it was expensive for what he got I could have done something better myself and I don't have any kind of training in dog grooming.
