I can’t say it enough , we are so blessed to have Dr. Mulero and entire staff taking care of my 4 fur babies. Everyone is just amazing, and that is why I drive an hour away to see them. The are just AMAZING, God bless them all ????????❤️

They are the best vet in town

We had five dogs at one time and each wellness visit was a happy experience for our dogs. In the past year we had to say good bye to our little old cocker spaniel. Our four year old border collie lab was diagnosed with Autoimmune hemolytic anemia and with four blood transfusions, we were not able to save her. The doctor and all the staff were the most compassionate and caring people we could ever wish for. We are grateful for the time they take with each of our loved pets.

Choosing a new Vet in a new area was a difficult task. Our previous Vet was amazing and I was looking for the same here in FL. I was referred here by a friend. Scheduled my appt in hopes we were blessed with a good place. I also asked a local at the Pet Store and they told me to find Dr. Mulero. She said he was her mobile Vet and was awesome. I jumped back on the App for Narcoossee and what do you know this is where Dr. Mulero practices. This was a sign that I had chosen the right place. Great first time experience. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. Dr. Mulero got down on the ground with Maggie (French Mastiff); which is very much appreciated. She was already comfortable on the floor, with him coming to her just shows he puts his patients comfort first. Thank you again Dr. Mulero & Staff. Oh and our assistant was amazing too, she was very gentle with Maggie.

I love the vets. Their receptionists need some serious training. I called yesterday when I got there and was asked if I could wait on a brief hold. They don’t let inside until it’s your turn which is fine. After 9 minutes on hold they never got back to me but someone called on another line to see if we were on our way. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them. Then a lady was arguing with me telling me my dog didn’t need his shots. She said he had his rabies shot in December. He didn’t! He had canine influenza shot and bordatella in December. He hasn’t his rabies shot for 3 years since I moved here from Utah. If he had he would have rabies tag from Florida. He doesn’t. She also said my other dog didn’t need any shots. She said he got his rabies in December as well. He got it in April of this year at Narcoossee Animal Hospital. The fact that can’t read records or don’t make them well is a concern also. It’s too bad because I do like the vets. but we won’t be returning!

They have made my daughter feel better with one of her dogs and they have messed up her second dog. But I would say that they must be really good because I watch the animals that go in and they are happy to be there.

July 30 2021 was taking our grandkids to St Cloud lake front for a picnic when our JRT had a seizure in the car. He is 16 and has a brain tumor and was doing well on medication. When I arrived the front desk asked if we were established clients.. I said no and that the seizure was lasting a long time and can he be given medication to stop the seizure, The person went into the clinic and returned immediately and said the doctor is on his lunch break. she then directed me to a clinic on 192 which was closed for refurbishment. someone there directed us to the St Frances Animal Hospital also on 192 and they repeated "the DR. is on his lunch break response" we got from Narcoossee Animal hospital. Dash is now at peace but he suffered needlessly. If you have an older or infirm pet my advice is to plan ahead so you won't be left holding your seizing pet for an hour trying desperately to get help.

New to area and took our 2 dogs here for yearly shots and establish with a new vet. Staff here are wonderful and you can truly see the love all their furry "patients ". Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I won’t take my baby boy anywhere else! He loves everyone there and he feels so comfortable that he allows them to do whatever is needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great vet and staff!

The entire staff was incredibly sweet. The tech was awesome and the Dr. was funny. I brought a rescue kitten and they took such great care of him. I just moved to the area and will definitely be bringing my pets here!

I was recommended this pet hospital by my mother in law who has several pets, all of which are elderly, one of them is diabetic and she said nothing but good things about them, so I went and they are just as good as she said. Thank you for the outstanding service.

We had to put our beloved cat Balu to rest. She was 19 yrs old with dementia. Their compassion helped me keep it together. Received a sympathy card a few days later...
