We are very happy with our dog groomer Cody. My dog LuSi’ is very apprehensive going but once he sees Cody she starts wagging her tail. She comes back to us clean , happy and calm. Very reasonable price so we rebook her next visit every couple of weeks. Great business.

These gals saved my butt I tried cutting my pups hair and she squeezed him in and fixed my mess b4 my daughter got home from school n killed me gained a life long client

They take good care of our girl here, the staff is very friendly & services are very affordable. We can tell our pup likes the staff too as she is not upset or stressed after sessions. Absolutely recommend them!

Poor phone conversation. Cannot handle big dogs. “They have all they can handle”. Not sure what that means??? That’s why there are appointments. Very disappointed after seeing so many good reviews on line

Cody does a wonderful job with my dog bathe him and makes them smell good and detangles all his extra for twenty bucks for a bath and nail trim

I take my dog here just for nail trims. Everyone is extremely friendly and they always get me in the same day.

Dawn is super sweet and devoted to our pets. She was happy to groom Lila early evening when everyone else was going home.

The owner is attentive, wonderful work. My babies hair feels and smells amazing! Young man is polite and quiet. The new woman needs to learn how to approach dogs, sneaking behind dogs scares them & then to scream like unholy hell! Wow. Yes, my dog actually growled & nipped which isn't normal. I myself was terrified she was going to hit him as how she screamed at him. OMG! My friend and I were both anxious about how he would be treated. Lucky for us the young man took care of him and the owner assured us everything was fine. Baby was normal at home thankfully.

My dog and I which is name is Baxter is a full-blooded cocker spaniel had just visited the place and we did not go in we were spot checking some places and this is one of two places that we looked at and we were very impressed with what we saw and I would suggest that you check both places what's your located here and at the other location that US1 and 207 in St Augustine Florida which are both pet friendly so bring your pets in they are pet friendly and they have a very wide selection of great foods and treats for all your little pets that's cats dogs birds and other sorts of animals that you have like fish birds whatever you can name as an animal or a pet that you have they have a treat for them enjoy and bring your pet or bring a picture of your pet and they'll have what you need

My poodle is 16 years old and I have been taking her to Dawn for years. She does a wonderful job on a very nervous dog and she has plenty of knowledge about dogs and there health. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else. Dawn is very sweet and gives me alot of important information pertaining to my dog's age and health issues.

We just moved to St. Augustine and my sweet little guys needed a good groomer. Julie did a great job with both guys. I plan to use them from now on. The price was also very reasonable.

My shih-tzu is wired. Once we adopted him and he ran out of that cage, he never stopped running! I mean, he’s my furry baby but lets be honest - hes a handful! We had to switch and go rom one groomer too another UNTIL we found Dawn! SHE’S THE BOMB! She’s very thorough, gives wonderful feedback about the health of little ones (like little lumps etc - she worked for a vet for 9 years!!!) and is very professional. She knows her stuff! And he fell in love with her! Not to mention how much we loved his new look! Strongly strongly strongly AND highly recommend her!

If it were possible, I’d give more stars! I have an elder toy poodle, who’s now over 18 yrs old. I found Dawn last year after exhausting ALL other groomers unwilling to groom my elder pet with special needs. I didn’t have an established groomer here because, I’d been grooming Ginger until my own health deteriorated. My Mom stepped in but, Gingers eyesight & hearing had greatly diminished making it hazardous. Dawn to the rescue...literally! She has been a HUGE blessing to us. After each grooming, Ginger looks beautiful! Dawn takes her time, shows love and, compassion to both Ginger and myself. She not only cares for pets but their humans. Dawn is an groomer with a heart of gold and is an amazing groomer. If your looking for a groomer, I highly recommend Dawn. She also has a FB page too- check it out! Thank you so much Dawn!
