The hours are not what they say. They close early if not busy and the website says they open at 8am Saturday...(I guess that was for the grooming and not self serve.) Good place and good and courteous staff.

Soggy Doggy is an amazing groomer! They use the best smelling products that last for weeks. They are so good to my little guy, he loves going there. She always sends him home with the cutest bows for his collar too. I would definitely recommend them for all your grooming needs.

Fantastic overall on everything I took my baby Luna there to be pampered and that’s exactly what they did. I review everything 10 times before I take her anywhere and this was the best hands down! Thank you all so much!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a groomer. I came home from college to get my family dogs groomed because they were in bad shape and the people at Soggy Doggy provided quick, compassionate, and excellent care. Their prices are very cheap considering how great they are and they are just so kind. You can tell they love dogs!! I am so grateful. Leela and Bailey have never looked more beautiful!

I love self bath is clean. Staff helps you get knowledgeable on how to use the shampoo stall. I love not bending over.. my dog likes going here better than a home bath. Everything is provided for you right down to towels.

If there could be a MINUS 10 scale I would rate it at that. Absolutely terrible experience today Sunday April 25th 2021. I have been a customer for over a year and today was the final time I will ever go. Does anyone know the name of the owner as I'd like to contact them directly. Failing that I intend to lodge a concern with the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime I suggest you think twice about taking any dog there.

Very clean and modern stations for self wash. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels provided. Blow dryer is very strong. Repeat customer punch card... 10th wash free.

This is an absolutely perfect place to wash sandy pups after going to the beach. Its soo easy, soo clean, and also nice and new.

A great place to bath my dog after the beach. They supply everything for the self serve side and I liked the products included. Very reasonable and the staff is great! What a back saver and no tub clean up :-)

I absolutely love them. My 2 pug puppies normally hate having me leave them, except for here... they're like, "Bye Mom!" They are kept in baby cribs before and after their grooming, and they do a wonderful job. As for some of the bad reviewers, I was on a waiting list for 6 months. If you want excellent care for your furry loved ones, it's worth the wait, and yes, they are by appointment only... Most really good groomers are very busy, and don't have the ability to accept walk-ins... sorry.

I've been taking my dogs here for years. Excellent and loving care. You can tell that they love dogs. Terrianne makes bows and other adornments for her clients. This week it was a feather for Thanksgiving!

Conveni and nice place to self wash a dog. A few options. We just want for the rinse to get the sand and salt so we could bring him to a friend's. They were even able to to anal gland expression for a reasonablen price. Will go back for a shampoo!

This is the best groomer in Saint Augustine FL. I have brought my Siberian Husky here twice now and each time they are so sweet too him. He always looks so good when I come to pick him up. I moved farther away and still make the drive to bring him. There are not too many places that do well with Siberian Huskies but this place does. I recommend this groomer to Husky owners they are fantastic.

Great groomer! Make sure to schedule well ahead, they book up quick! My boys love to go.

Maybe you think you can pick your dogs but mine is sweet and we will go somewhere that doesn't openly discriminate. (Dogs or People)

These ladies are so friendly and were excellent with my clients 100 lb. Sheepdog???? They did a fantastic job on his nails and took extra care to give him special treatment. I watched them give proper attention and care for all the pups they had in their office that day.

Our dog has been groomed here for 10 years. Soggy Doggy is the best! We travel from Indianapolis to get his haircut every few months :)
