Very upset.. order a tag for my dog 11/27/21. Called 12-18-21 to let them know the tag company said they didn't get the order was told they would refax it. Today i looked on line. Tag company still says no order. I paid alot for this tag that is to go on my dogs new colar for christmas. Called again today 12-28-21 lady was super nice and said they've had an issue. She would re-fax again and call to make sure they got my order. She texted me after she re-faxed and sent me a screen shot. This am i got an email from the tag company that my order was received. If the 1st lady had been as helpful and not condescending i might have changed my review to 5 stars Instead of 4. Please remember you only have one first chance to make a lasting impression. This should resolve the issue.

Had the brand of food I was looking for and in a big bag. The staff were helpful. Lots of cute things in the store for your dog.

Owner was great and very helpful. I won't give my dog treats from China so this place is great. Wide array of products made in America

As I was exiting My home today. I was surprised by a gift bag hanging on my door knob. No clue of who or what was inside. After seeing it was a gift addressed to my16 old son Sailor (My Cat)Full of gormet goodies from A to Z I am so touched by the thoughtfulness. Thank You So Much. You're a very special person. And there's A Special place awaiting for you. ????✌️????

It pains me to write this review. Yesterday I went into this shop to buy a collection of goods for a new dog. The young lady working behind the counter could not have cared less that I asked for help. She spent about 30-60 seconds with me, walked back to the counter where a few minuets later I had to get her attention back from her face buried in her phone to ask what was in a big bag of dog chews. She told me, "read the package, its written on the front I read "beef cheeks" having never seen a bag of beef cheeks I ask if that was accurate since it looked like simple rawhide, she shrugged and went back to her super important phone messages. This young lady has worked there for a long time, I have seen her before, but I do not think she is the owner. The other issue is pricing. Its high, astronomically high. They had a Chinese made dog bed for $60 that everywhere else sells for $30. I expect them to be a bit more than a chain store, being local, but not 200% more. I dont plan to return, even though I dropped $100 on a few items I wanted, I left without buying more because of bad service.

Love the Harnesses I get for my dog at Paradise Poochie..as I can't find this type anywhere but at their store I travel from Ormond Beach to purchase them. They have a really cute assortment ..also a great pet food supply..give their store a try if you haven't..you will love it!!

The staff is friendly and they are one of the very few stores that carry my dog's food! (Fromm) They also have a deal, you get the 13th bag for free!

Went there this weekend and enjoyed our visit very much as did our pup Bristol.

Excellent choice of quality foods, toys, treats and much more. I’m always given great options there and advice if you need it. Sales personnel are friendly, kind to animals and fun to be around.

Have been coming here to purchase items for our chihuahua, that we have on a natural diet. The people that work here have always been very friendly towards us, and have just what we need. I highly recommend this business to any dog and cat lover.

I will never go anywhere but paradise pooches! They don't just sell dog stuff they educate and help qith any questions! I get the best treats for my pup and I got my no pull harness and dog bed from this store they have everything! Love learning something new every time I go in! Thanks for all you do!

Wonderful ladies, decent prices, and a very nicely arranged store. They have at least one of the brands of dog food my daughter uses and recommended for my dog. A good selection and variety of products, too. I'll go again for sure.

We asked if they could order a specific food for our dog because he has a very restricted diet. They were trying to get us to buy a different dog food with ingredients he can't have. Won't be going back
