My mom brought my 16 year old dog in to be put down a couple weeks ago. She paid extra to have a clay model of her paw print. My dad drove down from Port St Lucie to pick up her ashes to be told they didn’t have the paw print and didn’t know why. Said they would call them to let them know when they get it. Fast forward to today (5 days later) my mom had to call them to ask what was going on. Apparently they didn’t make the paw print and admitted it was the person who put the information in on the computers fault. Considering this was a very hard decision to make for the best interest for our pup it is very upsetting to pay extra for a memory of her to be told they didn’t pay enough attention or care enough to make sure it got done. All the woman said was she was sorry and it was their fault. There’s nothing her empty sorry can fix when I’m sure she forgot this happened the second she hung up the phone. Super unprofessional they don’t have employees that care enough to make sure something like that is done correctly. I usually bring my cat here but I will not bring him back there and will find a new vet. Do better!!!

Today was our first visit and my dog wasn't having it lmbo, the staff was great but my dog was rude she had an ear infection, the vet was awesome and the bill didn't give me a stroke thanks so much you guys.

Dr. Temprano and staff were amazing! My Sharpei Dracarys got the right treatment and she's doing great!!!

We have been bringing our babies here for a few years now. From front desk to back all staff and the vets are kind caring and go above and beyond to care for your pets. We trust them completely with our fur babies. Thank you to the staff and Dr T and Dr D.

Went to have my cat taken care for his sickness. I never I got a straight answer of what he might have. Did a lot of test that they suggested to find out what’s wrong with my cat and didn’t get anywhere. Sad, that they took advantage of me. I spend so much money!! And I got no where. And to find out that they didn’t even the ultrasound correctly! I called them and said that I forgot to have my from eating because he was supposed to fast. and I will reschedule and they said to me that it was fine that he could go ahead with the test. $800.00 dollars for nothing. I spend about 4,000 dollars with them and I got no where.

I have been bringing my cat here for 7 years and I absolutely love this animal clinic. I have never once had a problem and they have always been really good to me and my cat. Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

If you want no communication from the staff, unauthorized procedures on your pet and an owner who only cares about the money and not your pet or the customer then this is the place for you! Otherwise stay away.
