I want to let all of the staff and Dr. Johnston know how appreciative I am of the amazing attention and care to my little leopard gecko Chuckie. I am so glad I started bringing my little guy here as he is doing so much better. Thank you all for being so awesome to us. Dr. Johnston is an amazing Dr. who truly loves and cares for these sweet animals. Not to mention they got me in right away. I've been taking Joey to Harmony Vet for 3 years now. Dr Sweet is professional, thorough and completely dedicated to her patients' health. I've learned quite a bit from her and am extremely comfortable knowing that my dog has gotten the best care possible. The staff is wonderful as well from the receptionist to the vet techs. Your pets will be in good hands.

My Frenchie had an upper respiratory infection and I needed a vet on a Saturday. They squeezed my pup in that day (no other vet had any time) and now we're on the road to recovery. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and they take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of all pets. Can't say enough good things!

Everyone at Harmony took such good care, and were always so sweet, with Angel. I felt like she got the best care over the years and at the end of her 19 year life. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Said they couldn't get me in for vaccinations for two weeks. Told them I live right next door and was looking for a consistent vet but I guess they're just too busy. That strikes me as unreliable.

My mother has taken her dogs here for 20+ years, rescued a kitten from here and has been an excellent "MOM" to her pets. Prior to seeing Dr. Cline, my mother would bring her cat for annual checkups and when her cat became ill, of course she brought her in more often to perform more specific tests. Two months ago her cat was really declining due to age (19 years!) and she brought her in for her annual checkup. While her cat was with the doctor, he performed an EKG, extensive bloodwork and an extensive urinalysis. He NEVER asked her if she wanted these things done! We knew her beloved cat was declining and simply wanted to make sure she was comfortable during her transition. My mom's cat died 4 days later and now the office is demanding she pay $400+ dollars for tests she never approved. She called today and Dr. Cline refused to speak to her and the receptionist had absolutely NO empathy, was extremely rude and stated they would turn it to collections. My mom lives in Jupiter and I tell you that finance is not an issue. The residents at her luxury apartment complex cannot believe this is happening to her. A good reputation is the best thing for a business....or worst. My mother is on the Jupiter Art Committee, several writer's groups (she is a published author), The Cultural Alliance, Women to Women, Lighthouse Art Gallery, etc. She will tell everyone of the unethical business practice of this office

I called at 8:00 on a Monday morning on a holiday weekend and was seen at 9:20. They were very friendly and attentive. They took great care of my cat. The office was very clean, and they had a comfy place for us to wait with our cat.

I brought my dog in for a wound that wasn’t healing. I found the entire process to be smooth, professional, and expedient. My vet was pleasant and professional. Adherence to masks was strictly enforced which I appreciated too.

My 2 year old guinea pig died while undergoing surgery today. I am in shock. She was healthy except for a soft mass which they were going to remove and spay her. I am devastated. Please don't take your pet there. Update and reply to owners response: Thank you for your condolences. I'm sure you feel horrible about her death. I regret ever consenting to her having surgery. She wasn't even sick and it could have been a benign lipoma. But I can't turn back time. I'm sorry but I must leave my review as is . This has been the most horrendous experience I've ever had with health care for my pets. My pets are given the same quality health care that I would give my child. I consider them family. I know some things are out of your control but I could never trust Harmony again with my pets or recommend your facility.

Exceptional in every way. Many years of caring for the physical and emotional/temperament needs of several aging pets has given them and us optimal well-being. Consistently compassionate, thorough and attentive, their sincere commitment includes a network of excellent specialists they refer to, ensuring your pet receives the best possible treatment. We remain amazed and grateful.

Harmony Animal Hospital was great! They were able to fit our dog in the same day I called...on a Saturday too! The doctor examined him and took care of his problem...the area still looks a little inflamed, but he seems so much more comfortable that he was prior to the visit. We will definitely be returning for our veterinary needs. Thank you Harmony!

the response to my rating, i would like to clarify, since in their response they did not state correctly what my request was. i have gone to this vet with all my animals since the early 1980's. they have all my pets information. i now have a 15 year old cat that they have seen since she was a kitty. she is getting old, i had some questions i wanted to ask the doctor. it is true i haven't been in the office for several years, i go in regularly to buy flea medicine. i wanted to talk to the doctor. i thought after my pets being patients for over 24 years that if i wanted to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes about my cat that that request would be honoured. actually one of the vets that they said did home visits, does not, but suggested i call and talk to the doctor directly and not the front staff. the doctor at harmony refused to call me directly. i found this to be non caring and disrespectful to someone that had been seen for so many years at that office. if my pets are under the care of a doctor for their entire life and i want to talk directly to the doctor when my old cat is having problems and i am in distress about it, that request would be honoured. i will be changing vets because that is what i expect from my pets doctor.

I whent today with my ferret and there was an accident on the road, so I called them to tell them and apologize I was 3 minutes late at the time and wanted to charge me almost 200 dollars. I don't know the treat ment but thats my personal experience.

Harmony Animal Hospital is first class and all associates are very compassionate and caring. Every detail is professionally demonstrated If you have a furry family member needing routine or special needs this is the hospital you need to come to , they are also fear free certified, which means they have special training . They may be a little more expensive but they are well worth it. I would never skimp on my beloved furry friends and I have 4. Excellent compassionate accurate caring professional and one of the best hospitals I have had the pleasure of utilizing and I am in the veterinary , pet industry.

I take my Lola to Erica. She is a groomer at Harmony and she does a FANTASTIC job! Lola has been going to Erica ever since she was a puppy and looks forward to seeing Erica almost every 2 weeks! Erica is the absolute best. Always smiling. Always sweet and kind. Thank you for taking such good care of our Lola!!

Had an emergency with my quaker parrot. He had injured his wing and was losing blood fast. Harmony was so caring, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly with my situation. just visited the Hospital with my Parrot. It was another good experience, everyone is friendly and caring. My Bird got a complete check up, he is 4 Grams over weight, but he likes a little bit of Ice cream in the Summer. Thank you

I have loved everything about my experience at this hospital so far.

The staff are very helpful and answer all my questions and they explain things and give you options and they are honest so you don't spend money unnecessary, which is refreshing nowadays.

I have a husky/border collie mix with a very heavy thick coat. We live in S. Florida. They let in and wait in an exam room to see that Nala did not overheat while waiting outside for her annual exam. They allowed me to calm her down and hold her still while drawing blood. Lastly they are the gentlest Veterinarian and staff I have ever encountered. Thank you to Heather Johnston and all her staff.

Really found a vet that we believe in and trust. Went in for an evaluation of our aging doxie and received a very detailed and thorough end to end examination. Dr. Duhon is the best! This entire facility was really welcoming and friendly and look forward to our next visit with this or our other pets.

I LOVE the doctors, vet techs, and reception/check-out people at Harmony. They are first rate, professional, and really know their jobs. They bill our insurance for us, and really care about the animals they treat. They also keep excellent records, and have a wonderful system.

I was referred to two different vets as my primary Dr. Susan Clubb, an extraordinary bird and exotic vet. Had vets tell me this is "disease/virus" and you need to put it down. Had gotten a another opinion for Dr. Clubb, and wasn nothing the other vets said. Within a day or two my pet was back to 100%, my pet's include dogs and poultry. But if a chicken has a name it's more a pet then a table fare, or simple chicken. So as dr. Clubb will be out of town for the week I called the 2 referrals. 1st one vet wasnt in today. Then harmony they are about 27 mins from me, they said they are busy but will do an emergency visit and squeeze you in and get everyone taken care of. Unfortunately I dont currently drive and lyft and uber won't let me bring pets. So needed to wait for wife. About an hour hour and a half they called to see where I'm at , im on the way be there in 20. I was never told to hurry we close at 2pm. When they called it was 1pm to see ETA. So I asked if I can just bring one the worst bird, I was told by law all have to be checked.... makes no sense never brought both my dogs to vet , and if that's the case I have to bring all of my animals. So even with about 40 mins they would have had to lance a sinus and do a fecal test, might even know what it just by looking. They said we can reschedule for monday. By that time they will be dead. Didnt seem to care, seems like oh its Saturday I want to get out early. I will never go here, and would never go to a vet that doesnt "care" or have passion for their aninals. By saying have to see all of the pets by law , which was never the case before, even when I delt with Dr. Wolfe HEAD AGRICULTURE VET for the state. Seems like just a job looking to make the bill higher. And if you ask Dr. Clubb , money is not the issue. It's like if your not a bird person , but say ur dog or cat person and someone tells u I'm sorry we close in 1 hr we don't care if they live or die. If you dont love animals with passion like any other vet, zoo keeper, trainer. You shouldn't be in this field of work. Have a great weekend
