They have always done a great job on our labradoodle

Our three Tonkinese cats received grooming for the first time, hoping the shedding would lessen, and we thought we try it out to see how they respond to it. NEVER AGAIN! First off, our cats were VERY traumatized after the grooming, which we expected them not to be excited about it but all three cats hid and stressfully shredded more hair going on a week now. Secondly, two out of the three have bald spots, and even worse, bloody scabs. The cat in the photo had to go to the vet and get an allergy shot as a result of whatever chemicals were used. Thirdly, they smelled like an air freshener. I write this review to all pet owners looking to take on this service. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Before they looked like rug rats... NOW they are my new and improved cutie pies! We had been looking for a groomer for some time, this is their first time in a loooonnng while getting professionally groomed. My goodness, Tammy had her hands full. And I know that it wasn't easy given the state of their paws, legs and tails covered with extensive matted, and tangled fur. But, she did an EXCEPTIONAL job! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Tammy!! We'll be back. I highly recommend this place. I can see that she adds a personal touch to each and every groom and furthermore, she is friendly.

The best lion cut like EVER!!! Owner is a perfectionist, and who else would you want grooming your pet? You will not be disappointed!!! You will be amazed! I have had 3 full bred Persian cats during my lifetime so far, and unfortunately had to use other groomers because I did not know about Hollywoof. All the others only slightly cut the hair, so it will grow back faster and you have to return sooner! Not Hollywoof!! 5 stars for the quality, value, and care she puts in each pet she grooms!

First time going to them today. These ladies are amazing! My dog, Indy has a little anxiety and can be a lot to handle and they were able to get him to cooperate and not be upset by the process. He also had the best grooming he has ever had! He looks and smells amazing! He will going back in 4 weeks!

Tammy is the best groomer in Wellington/RPB! I have tried them all! She's incredible with dogs! She's caring & truly loves what she does! She gets to know your dog & respects them!! I have also boarded with her several times & trust her watching my dogs. She has a way, with one of my dogs, that is very unique, that extra step, is why I decided to write a review! Terrible place. Animals are not treated humanely. I’ve witnessed the owner treating dogs nasty. My dog came home bleeding bad once and they didn’t say a word. I didn’t notice until my dog got out of the car. My dog would shake as soon as he saw the place, he never acts that way anywhere else, even other groomers. The place is also dirty and smelly.

While I read many of these comments I’m in shock with how many bad reviews these people must have went to the wrong Hollywoof! Tammy is an amazing groomer knows dogs really well and always has my dog looking perfect have been going here sense 2005! I can say from the bottom of my heart this is where you want to go!

Took my dog there to be groomed after another groomer turned me down saying it was to hard a job to do. She was mess I Amit. But they stepped up and did a wonderful job! They met the challenge.Thank-you so much!!

I had a wonderful experience! Definitely best groom my charles had in a long time. To that emma, lamaj and "honey" (which obviously gave 2 reviews) that gave a horrible reveiw.. your an IGNORANT sorry excuse for a human being! You have no class as well as compassion! That young lady is by herself and people like you have no patience and she doesn't need your nasty attitude! Your dogs groom looks great to me! Your loss. Tammy, if you read this, don't let an arrogant miserable lady like that discourage you! People know if you want the best, you need to be patient. And anyway, 6-7 hours? Big deal! Aren't people gone for 8 hours or more for work? Pffff. Always a complainer somewhere!

I've been taking my fur babies to Hollywoof since I moved here in 2016. I love that my dogs look so beautiful after their day at the spa! They love, love, love their groomer who is also the owner. She is very conscious that times are hard and charges accordingly without skimping on awesome service and tender loving care to my pups.

Please do not take your pet to this groomer because not only was she was unprofessional but our puppy needed up with 2 cut on both ears and an irritation on his gum and she told us nothing about any of these. We got home to and noticed our pup was bleeding, it’s insane. Absolutely do not recommend this place 0/5 stars from us, stay away!

I dropped my dog off at 9am and at 3pm he was just getting put in the bath. For 6 hours my dog sat there was not given water or walked. When I picked him up he had burns on his belly and in different spots on his back he was scalped. I will never bring my dog back to this place.

amazing grooming my dog came out looking beautiful and it was the most even cut i have ever seen on her. For reference i have a pug/ mutt mix so she’s very hairy and gets dirty easily. the groomer was so nice. the grooming obviously took a few hours because she does the best work so it takes time!

We’ve been taking our 2 dogs to Tammy for the past 2 years now and we’ve always had a wonderful experience at this groomers. There have been several occasions where we were unable to make an appointment until the last minute and Tammy has always accommodated us. She explains how long it may take and she knows our dogs very well and they get so excited every time they see where they’re going. This is a great groomer and comes highly recommended!
