Banfield Pet Hospital Jupiter, Florida

I would not recommend! Last year my dog went in to have a few old teeth removed and the surgeon broke his jaw so she had to remove it and stitch his mouth back together with thread. Tild me his jaw desingrated in her hands but that was a lie. His jaw was fine! I have video of him chewing on a hard none 2 days before the surgery.. Within a few days his mouth had collapsed he couldn't eat or drink anything and I had to euthanize him unless I took him and spent another $5000 on a Specialist. There's an investigation pending, I don't trust them.

Just wanna say thank you to Dr.Cruz and the staff at the Jupiter office. I'VE have been using bainfeild for 4 years, with the insurance plans ( savings plan) and we normally use the office in Tradition. Unfortunalty they were booked out a few weeks so the Jupiter office got my girl in the next day for a drop off. They took great care of my girl and she's already feeling back to normal and I just wanted to say thank you! I have used the vero bainfeild and Tradition and recommend everyone to get a savings plans and come he- re The staff is amazing at every location. They are beyond professional!

Excellent doctors & superior service

I was worried about a small bump on my dogs head. So I looked around for a Vet. there were tons of places to choose from, however as soon as I seen A Certain Vet Dr. at Banfield Animal Hospital I knew that my baby was going to in good hands. Dr. Poole has never let me down. She always explains what is wrong, and how to correct the issue. Highly recommend the Banfield Animal Hospital in Jupiter, FL. the other staff that was working that day were very helpful.

Staff are very friendly, the Veterinarian is very kind and caring.

They are salespeople. Lying about having a product and when you show up to buy it they give you something else. Their main goal is increasing sales. They only care about money.

My Jupiter Banfield is excellent with all of pets. I love how they always follow up. I also have their insurance which makes it very easy!

I brought my male boxer in for a complimentary first free check-up. Unfortunately my boxer was in very bad shape when Gunner was checked out.. Gunner had a very low blood cell count and a higher than normal heart rate. The vet doctor told me that Gunner was in such bad shape that she couldn't give Gunner necessary shots.. Anyway , I lost Gunner on 9/11 and we really miss him. The problem is , I have a one year contract with Banfield Pet Hospital and I haven't made my first payment.. I will come back to this review if they cancel my contract for $55 a month.

If you really love and care about your pet, never come to this place. Benfield is a scam like a hospital. They don't have the knowledge as veterinarians or resources to cure your pet. Care Care Plane is a scam. I've seen other people's reviews They are complaining about the same thing. I took my puppy for almost 3 months because I looked weak and without appetite. I took the Early Care Plan for puppies because they recommended that it was the best for us. They had me taking my puppy for three consecutive days They performed all kinds of tests, and were unable to determine the correct diagnosis and treatment to save his life. They only spent the little time left for my puppy experimenting with him and also my money was about $ 400 that I spent. Unfortunately for our family Max died the last day at night. Now I call to cancel the Plan that I am paying because my dog ​​is not alive anymore. Banfield Customer service says k to cancel I have to pay for all the services that were given to my puppies that were covered by the plan that I already paid. And if I suspend the automatic payments they will send me to collections for double the amount that would be one year Whole services. They were not able to cure my pet, they only care about money. Personally neither I, nor my family or my friends will return to this place to treat our pets anymore. And I have taken the time to write all this to alarm other people who don't fall the same. Si realmente amas y te importa tu mascota nunca vengas a este lugar.Benfield es un scam como hospital.No tienen ni el conocimiento como veterinarios ni recursos para curar tu mascota.Early Care Plane es una estafa.Segun he visto los review de otras personas se estan quejando de lo mismo.Lleve a mi cachorro de casi 3 meses porque lucia debil y sin apetito.Me acogi al Early Care Plan para cachorros porque me recomendaron que era lo mejor para nosotros .Me tuvieron llevando a mi cachorro por tres dias consecutivos ,le realizaron todo tipo de test,y fueron incapaces de determinar el diagnostico y tratamiento correcto para salvarle la vida.Solo gastaron el poco tiempo que le quedaba a mi cachorro experimentando con el y tambien mi dinero fueron alrededor de 400 dolares los que gaste.Desgraciadamente para nuestra familia Max fallecio el ultimo dia en la noche.Ahora llamo para cancelar el Plan que estoy pagando porque mi perro no esta vivo mas nunca. Banfield Customer service dice k para cancelar tengo k pagar por todos los servicios que fueron dados a mi cachorros que eran cubiertos por el plan que yo pague ya.Y si suspendo los pagos automaticos me mandaran a colecciones por el doble del monto que sería un año entero de servicios.No fueron capaces de curar a mi mascota,solo les importa el dinero.Personalmente ni yo,ni mi familia ni mis amigos regresaremos a este lugar para tratar nuestras mascotas nunca mas.Y he tomado el tiempo de escribir todo esto para alarmar otras personas que no caigan igual.

Absolutely awesome facility and staff! They were very informative and just absolutely amazing! I'm really baffled by how amazing this team is! I've been all over for different vets and this by far is the best experience. The prices are fair and they have a plan that will suit any need. Check this place out you wont regret it! Thank you again I will be a life long customer!

We have been coming to Banfield for 3 years at this location. Dr. Killebrew has always loved taking care of Mila and show genuine concern. She is smart and patient and more importantly reassuring. We recommend her and Banfield to anyone with your pets care

Allways helpfull and friendly staff, when I need to schedule an appointment they get me very quickly and within the time frame I'm requesting.

Edited my previous review from a 2 to a 5. This location was challenged by switching vets a lot. They now have a solid and wonderful team. So happy we stayed through the transitions. Dr. K and staff are exceptional!

We love Dr Kennebrew and her staff! They’re awesome. We lived in southern CA, went to 3 vets, none of them would listen to me about the pup’s digestive issues. When we moved here, I took her to see Dr Kennebrew. She listened to me, then examined Addie. Changed Addie’s diet from what the vet in CA had her on, added some probiotics, and now she’s perfect!

I love my veterinarian Dr. Basil...the only reason I use this hospital! She is amazing and her staff treat us well!

This vet is horrible. Doesn’t take the time to properly diagnose my dog. BEWARE! This place Is a scam. I’ve had to take my dog to a new vet but this place continues to charge my card monthly for pet wellness plan. I called corporate they said I cannot cancel. Just have to pay $50 a month till it runs out.

I chose Banfield in Jupiter becasue that was where i bought my Koi fish supplies the Staff was friendly and knowledgeable although first visit noticed they were a little high in price. I found a online retailer to buy Heartguard , Banfield …

The staff and Vet have been WONDERFUL with my new puppy! The wellness plan for a puppy I feel is a good deal and really helps a lot being able to make monthly payments. They are busy, but never too busy to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions.

The doctors and nurses are extremely professional and caring. They make my Nervous Nellie feel loved and comfortable during drop off visits and she always leaves smiling! Any time I have ever had a concern regarding Nellie's health, they made me feel just as comfortable as they made her feel. The Preventative Wellness Plan SAVED my bank account when I first adopted! I have NEVER, in my TWO YEARS of being a Banfield Client, had any reason to complain (and I have been to several locations). I recommend Banfield to EVERY animal lover I know!
