The best groomers! I have taken 3 different dogs here over the years and have always had a great experience! The staff is great (even with difficult dogs who are not used to going to the groomers). I always enjoy going in and seeing the owner!

Worst groomers ever. I scheduled my older dog for a grooming. Here first professional grooming ever, and was told it would take about 1 hour. We agreed on the drop off time. When I dropped my dog off, they told me she would be done in 1 hour. I showed up about 90 minutes later, and they were still working on her they said. They took over 3 hours longer than I was told. When I got her back she was limping. After a few days she was still limping so we took her to the vet for x-rays. Turns out she had a torn ACL and it required surgery. $700 later and months of rehabilitation and my dog is finally starting to walk normally again. These people are cruel and and don't care. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Finally, a place where I can take my dog to get groomed without being rejected or sedated. My Chanel hates being groomed and any place I take her, PetSmart or Petco, they cannot groom her. Tory and the rest of the crew did a great job shaving down my dog and bathing her! You can tell they know how to work with the dogs and have patience. Definitely will be back! :)

Well, Casper looks great when he leaves! The ladies make him so white and handsome that he thinks he's all that. And more. Prices are fair work is great he is happy to see me, but wouldn't mind staying. They put a necktie on him without even knowing he is courting the dog next door!
