Do not understand a budget

I was very happy with the diagnosis and the care my puppy got. She is doing great after using the treatment they provided. I was not happy to not receive an invoice reflecting what I was charged for. I was just quoted a total. I assume the charges were standard for her treatment but have no way to be sure. When I called and requested a paper copy invoice they sent a text which I was never able to read because I was in the process of changing cell carriers. I always keep a file on all shots and treatments my pets get for reference.

Relocated to FL and we LOVED our vet in Missouri and was afraid we would not be able to find a vet here to call " furkids Dr." Dr Schroeck and Morgan did an outstanding task of handling our most finicky dog. He can be a challenge. We have found our Dr. for our furkids....Thank you.

Totally unbelievable. In/out on time...the ambiance of the hospital makes it just a great visit for the patients parents. The nurses were so caring with my pets -2 visits. And De Schoeck just amazing! I'm so pleased with the care for my fur babies.

Our first time here. The office is clean, the staff were friendly and Dr. Schroeck was very thorough.

Our dog Baker was running in our backyard and hurt a muscle in his back right leg. Schroeck Vet was quick to see our 3 year old black lab and gave us an anti-inflammatory for him. A week later he is just fine and thanks to Schroeck vet his pain was reduced while healing!

Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Dr Schroeck. During a very scary / uncertain time, she made me and my cat, Mia, feel extremely comfortable. During our initial consultation, she walked me through all my options and came up with a plan that would work best for my fur baby and I. During the day of surgery, her staff made me feel at ease and called me to give me updates. After surgery, she explained how everything went in a way that was easy for me to understand. It’s been two days post-op and her practice has called both days to check in with Mia and I. I now have a happy cat purring on my lap, on her way to a healthier & prolonged life. If your pet is with Dr. Schroeck, they are in trustworthy, gentle hands!

We are new to the Florida area and tried another vet clinic which was about an hour drive away from us when our dogs got sick and they were ok for emergencies but we wanted a regular clinic for our girls. This place is a lot closer to us and they had an appointment for us quickly. Their office is very clean and nice. The staff was pleasant and friendly. They seemed to care and were happy to explain things to me.

Extremely positive visit - Dr. Schroeck & staff are professional, caring & patient. Actually interested in hearing my concerns for our dog, offered some tips & suggestions! Called as a new patient with a concern around 11am, Dorothy got us in around 3pm. Our old vet told me Friday (today is Monday) Bye bye old vet - hello awesome new vet!!

All of the staff were extremely pleasant. The doctor was very focused on both my dogs and provided me with a sense of caring and trust. This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the staff the facility was very well cared for and clean and they treated me and my two golden retrievers with care. I can’t ask for any more than that.!! Excellent choice for others as I personally hunted for a great vet and looks like I found One. VIP

I have been to many vets in Brevard County, Florida seeking the best care possible for my furbabies at a reasonable cost. I was extremely upset with my experience with previous vets (excessive costs, not an expert in the field, lack of compassion, etc.) and found Dr. Schroeck's office. Not only did I immediately feel they cared about my furbabies but Dr. Schroeck and her amazing staff were well versed in their area of expertise, compassionate, sharp attention to detail, thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, and received care for my furbabies at a reasonable rate. I cannot advise what they would charge you but I was charged over $300 for a specific test at other offices where this office charged me ~$50. I have had several appointments at this office and each time I left confident, happy, and felt secure about my furbabies' health. I recommend everyone to choose Dr. Schroeck as their primary vet and will continue to send everyone I know their way. Thank you guys <3

I had been trying to get my dog seen for skin allergies and kept getting told by other vets they had no appointments. Dr. Schroek worked my dog in the next day. She and her team were very thorough, professional and personable. My dog is already doing so much better after just 2 days on her regimen. Very happy that I gave her office a call!

Dr Schroeck and her team fit us in, as a new patient today, for a issue my puppy was having. They were all very caring and professional! They asked a lot of questions and really listened to the issues he was having. Dr. Schroeck completely explained the problems and the necessary treatment to resolve them. I highly recommend this office! To put it into perspective, I live 45 minutes south of this office and will make the drive without hesitation to know my pet will have the best veterinary care!

I walked into the lobby inquiring about a same day appointment because my Lab had an “all blood” liquid stool and my vet could not see her until Wednesday! Today was a Friday! Not only did they see me, but took the time to ask many questions and addressed her ongoing ear troubles with more than a “it’s allergies, change her food” I am so appreciative of how we were treated, with care, kindness and professionalism, and didn’t have to spend a weekend at the emergency vet! Our family and three dogs are now clients of Dr Teri Schroeck of Schroeck Veterinary Care in Rockledge.:)

I recently switched vets within the past two months due to lack of care of the technicians and doctors. They weren't horrible, but they didn't try to figure out what was wrong with my cat. When I knew there was more to it, I decided to switch to Schroeck Vet because It came highly recommended by a good friend. They ran the same test as my previous vet, and continued to do so until finding the root cause of her symptoms and pain. I appreciate the dedication and effort the staff put in to finding the issue, even though it was not the best. Thank you for caring. I appreciate it more than you know.

Dr. Schroeck and staff were so kind, caring and passionate about my dog’s health. They were very patient and listened to all of my concerns I had for my dog and then they thoroughly examined him with a gentle touch. She provided a variety of options for treatment options and estimates.

Caring and concerned veterinary practice ...from the staff to Dr. Schroeck. Very responsive to my concerns over our aging cat and his health....going to great lengths of care that is so appreciated. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who truly cares about your pet(s).

My critters love Dr. Schroeck. She's done surgery on my beloved dog, urinary obstruction with my cat... and that was just January! She's also an exotics vet... so if my ???? need a doc, she's my choice! She cares, has awesome staff and makes herself available...her new office is pretty awesome too.

My beagle received excellent care here. They were able to work us in same day. The doctor and staff are all amazing!

Dr. Schroeck is very professional and very personable. They were great with the cats. Service was quick and Dr. Schroeck explained everything that they were doing and follow-on treatment recommended.
