The people who work here are super sweet and friendly. When I first moved into the area they were so helpful informative and has the best products. Customer service is amazing and they really do care about our community.

New to this area and so happy I found Pet Pros. They have extremely friendly staff and great products that you can't find at other pet stores!

While the groomer does a good job & cares about your dog, it shouldn't take over 6 hours to get your dog groomed. This isn't a recent development either. This has been a consistent issue since we started going there in the fall of 2017. It didn't matter how early our dog (later dogs) got dropped off, they were typically the last ones to have their grooming completed and occasionally, we would need to bring them back the following day to have the work completed. After trying other places we continued going back because the dogs liked it there. No more. When I tried to talk with the groomer the last time, she said that she didn't have time for it & then complained via text that I need to take up any issues or complaints with her instead of calling the store owner. Additionally, the store owner evidently doesn't care about how their customers are treated. I left a message for the owner to call me back over a month ago & have received nothing. That is fine since we can get our dogs groomed & their supplies at places that care about customer satisfaction.

Everyone is super nice and very helpful and they care so much about your pets! I recommend them for any pet supply!

Best pet supply place I have found in this area. Fantastic variety of dog and animal food and supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful . I love this place

As first time puppy owner we are over joyed with the level of service with Pet Pros. From taking the time to meet our puppy, Maverick to giving him a treat helping us control his excitement, to helping us choose the right food, and even trying on almost every harness available to find the right one. I just want to take the time to thank the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. We feel that much more confident every time we leave there. We now look forward to coming in and being greeted by the staff and seeing what new thing we can learn today.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Brought my little pooch here to be groomed and everyone was wonderful. They took great care of my dog and were very knowledgeable about her breed and the type of grooming that’s best for her. Coincidently she was having belly issues a few days after and I went back to ask for help - they all went above and beyond and even asked me to text them about how she was feeling. Highly recommend not only the store but the grooming services as well. They love and care about the well-being of animals and it shows with the time they give to each customer. Thank you for being a wonderful small business in our community!

Excellent assortment of healthy food for your canine friend and feline friend. Plus lots of knowledge to share.

The people here are always so helpful and fun to chat with. Due to an injured foot I was needing a lot of assistance buying food for two large dogs. They found and brought the food to the front and then walked it out to my car. They're also very knowledgeable with questions around pets, have a wide range of options for food, treats, toys, and all the care things pets require. Highly recommend this store.

We love Pet Pros. Everyone is always so helpful and attentive. Prices are similar to the big box stores but the service is a million times better. Really can't recommend this small business enough for any dog/car owner. We'll be customers for the foreseeable future.

Recently stumbled in while looking for dog food for my Border Collie. Great selection had the brand I was interested in and very very helpful and attentive.

I bought large crickets for my gecko, and they are actually large crickets. And it was really cheap. And only had one dead Cricket out of two dozen. So I would recommend anybody to go to Pet Pros in Rockledge.
