Four Paws Veterinary Hospital Riverview, Florida

I had an emergency with my 6 week old kitten that got hurt somehow and called them to see if they can take a look at him. I explained the situation and the lady that answered the phone told be that I might be better off going to another emergency care vet since they have the equipment to better help my cat. I told her that I had a bad experience at the one she mentioned and she quickly tired to look for another solution for me. She asked the vet if he will see my kitten and he did. They did such a great job with my little guy and making sure I was okay. Pricing was affordable but the care that was given was the best. I wished I remembered their names but I was kinda of distraught with the whole situation and just wanted my kitty to be okay. Thanks again for your great service! I will recommend this vet office to everyone.

I love this Veterinary Hospital. They helped me through the loss of my Snickers and rejoiced when my family adopted Pickles. Holly as well as all the other techs are kind and always helpful. I love them and love how they take care of my little fuzzy babies.

So thankful that I found Four Paws! I was going to another local vet office and had several issues. Taking our dog to Four Paws was a breath of fresh air! The staff is super sweet and they got my dog in and out super fast!

Both of our cats have a genetic, life-threatening disease--but thanks to Dr. Tyson they are healthy and happy!

I have never been here and when I called the staff was very professional and very patient with me since I was lost. Very kind and my little 60 lbs Elsa was a good girl for them. Thank you all for the wonderful care you gave to my precious girl. :)

First experience with this vet. The woman who took my phone call to make an appointment for my dog was very compassionate and kind. I have called a few vets prior and this one very much stood out and made me feel good. When I arrived and met with the vet tech, I felt even more reassured that my dog was in good hands. The vet who called was calm, informative, and kind. Highly recommend! I have nothing but positive things to say.

I could never express how wonderful Dr.Tyson is. She has been a vet that shows compassion and kindness. Then there is her staff. The most kind and caring staff. My favorite is Stephanie. She has talked me off the shelf. She has shown the greatest kindness compassion and love. I have never seen anyone as compassionate as she is. How could I ever express my gratitude. I have been bringing all 5 of my dogs here for almost five years now! All the vets (Tyson, Smithson and Whitten) and staff are simply amazing. Recently Dr Whitten suspected a mass on my oldest dogs internal organ. Sure enough, after having an ultrasound , a cancerous tumor was discovered. Thank you so much for catching it ♥️

Excellent staff! Always very friendly and extremely helpful! They run on time and do whatever they can to accommodate the pets for their safety and comfort. They always offer assistance with any issue my dog may be having,especially since I'm watching her for my daughter who is in the Coast Guard and will be stationed full time very shortly and taking her dog back with her. Four Paws is the most excellent veterinary hospital and I can only hope my daughter can find as good a vet in whichever state she will be stationed at. Big kudos to this excellent staff!!

This is only my 2nd appointment here with Apollo. Everything has been wonderful. The employees are super friendly and already know Apollo by his name. They take the time to awnser all my questions. They showed me how to clip his nails and gave me tips on how to train him. I can not say enough good things.

Great Staff, answered al of my questions!

My family and I just recently had to put our family dog to sleep. Obviously this experience is not pleasant and down right devastating after her being with us for 14 years. We brought her home in a tiny shoe box when she was 6 weeks old :( Anyway, these people here made the experience as comfortable as it possibly could be. They were so nice and kind to us and gave us the time we needed to grieve. They walked us through every step of the process and didn’t do anything final until we gave the okay.

My experience with this office was excellent. The clinic is very quiet and clean. The nurses at the front desk were very friendly, too! A huge thank you to Melissa and Dr. Smithson, they were very patient with my questions and were willing to answer all of them. I felt they really wanted to help solve any issues I was having with my furbaby. My kitten was able to wander around the private exam room while the doctor and I talked, which I believe made her a lot more comfortable than if she were forced to stay on a counter the entire time. You can tell everyone here loves animals, my kitten adored all the attention she was getting from everyone she saw. They called me a couple of days after my appointment about some test results, and were willing to answer some questions I had over the phone too! Definitely recommend this office. Thank you so much!

I was in the hunt for a good vet for a long time until we found Four Paws Vet! Dr Whitten took such good care of my baby boy Lucas when he had his broken toe! My fav nurse is Holly!! She is awesome! But to be honest, all the team is awesome and have answered every concern that I’ve had!
