Dr. Haire saw my little 1 1/2 year old kitty and she was so nice and professional. The facility is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and got me in quickly for my emergency. I will be bringing my cats here from now on. My kitty had a virus and Dr Haire got me some medicine for her. Now she's doing a lot better. 5 Stars for Brandon Lakes Animal Hospital!

We usually see Dr. Craver and she is always an absolute joy at taking care of our dogs and cats, very caring and very nice! We had to see Dr. Haire on an emergency visit (they got us in next day!) and she too was a credit to this practice. Keep up the good work!

These guys are so great! we had to take one of our furbabies in for an emergency. They worked us in, addressed all our concerns and took great care of her! When i got there to pick her up after a day of observation, i found out they had been extremely short staffed for the day! Through it all they were kind, professional, caring, and took such great care of us and our baby! We never knew the stress they were under, just felt like we were the most important ones there. I talked to several patients while waiting and the absolutely told me how great the office was and why they still come there even after moving away from the area! Definitely thankful for them! so glad our babies have found a dr in the area!!

missed diagnosis told me it was a gland that was swollen but it really was a tumor. All they did was want to run more test and o we wont charge you that much 3000.oo dollars later i had to put my 2 year dog down. The web site is nothing like it really is . Beware

Great vet. Dr. Heppner is very knowledgeable and patient. She always answers all of our questions. The vet techs are really nice and our puppies like them. Highly recommend.

Thank you Dr. Taggart and your team for saving our Rocket after eating part of his leash. We called and they took him right in and they were able to retrieve the leash and he is doing very well. I couldn't believe he attacked like nothing happened. Thank you again and so thankful you are our vet.

I have trusted Brandon Lakes Animal hospital with my beloved fur babies for over 16 years. Dr. Woodside is an excellent & caring vet. His staff is courteous & friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

Although at first the clinic was professional and was the vet recommended for acupuncture, I feel my dog got kennel cough after spending a day there. It cost me a total of $500 between the emergency clinic and their clinic and still not a definite diagnosis.

They were the only vet that helped me out during my crisis and saved my dogs life!

I do not have any complaints with the veterinarians ; however, please explain to my how your pharmacy runs out of our dog food and later learned the food is on back order. We did not receive an email stating the item was on back order. Now we are out of the prescribed dog food and have to order from another provider. Now that provider has tried to contact you but you told them that we have to have a written prescription in order to obtain our dog food which will add to the delay. All you had to do was look up our dogs chart and look at her prescription and give the okay. We have been seeing Dr Woodside for close to 14 years and this is absolutely ridiculous. IT IS DOG FOOD, not a narcotic. These are the types of reasons people switch veterinarians. K Brode UPDATE: Within the hour of my post, office manager (Anya)hopefully I spelled her name correctly, reached out to rectify the situation. Apparently the policy of the office is to submit a written prescription. As I do agree a written prescription may be necessary for medications, they should be a little more lenient with “dog food.” But I digress, I do appreciate the responsiveness from the office to rectify the situation. GREAT! Our dog was attacked by another dog. Took her to Blue Pearl Emergency - nightmare! Wouldn't let my husband come in to calm her down and open her mouth to be examined - even after being given a sedative - so $323 and no mouth examination for loose tooth sticking out of mouth. Brandon Lakes vet DID let husband in, examined ALL of dog, removed tooth. Worth every penny!!

My sister has been a client for 10+ years and has never had an issue but my only complaint is that this past Tuesday I accompanied her and our mother to put down her 16 year old dog and she was obviously very distressed about the whole thing. They only allowed 2 people in the room which was fine, so I waited in the lobby. There was a sign and candle that stated to speak softly because someone is saying goodbye to their pet. The candle was never lit for us and the entire time the front staff were laughing and talking loudly about their dinner plans and other various things. I understand we are only human but when my sister left the vet crying, she mentioned that while trying to say goodbye to her pet, all she could hear was loud laughing and talking and it just really upset her because she just wanted a moment of peace. I would recommend to definitely remember to light the candle and to be a little more mindful about volume control while someone is going through the difficult process of euthanasia. Other than that, we have had no other issues with this vet and will still continue to take our other pets here. We just want to be heard.

I was very happy with the service I received. The front desk staff, the vet tech and Dr. Taggert were all amazing! This vet office is kind, professional and clean. This was my first visit and I will be back. I can telll they care about the animals and their clients. I was impressed with the entire visit.

The staff at Brandon lakes is outstanding and provides more than anything I’ve ever received at ANY other vet! They are SUPER knowledgeable about English bulldogs which is a HUGE plus! English bulldogs are a super delicate breed and to know that they knew so much on them definitely made me feel super comfortable. They’ve made our puppy Yoda back to normal and he’s a happy little puppy again! You can tell the staff here definitely LOVE what they do and it’s not just a “job” to them. Thank you so much to Ashley, Tay, Dr Haire and the rest of your staff for your attentiveness and kindness to our little one. He loves everyone there and this will definitely be our ONLY vet he ever goes to :)

Just the best. Always, Daisy and Roo enjoy their visits and actually get excited at the mention of Dr Hepners name. Dr Woodside has performed 2 knee surgeries on our little buddy and is just amazing. Thanks to all for continuing your loving and caring for our furbabies.

The Brandon Lakes team has taken extremely great care of my baby, Avi. They got me in quickly when I had concerns and became very familiar with him after he became a frequent flyer over the last week or so. Dr. Craver really took her time with me each and every visit as I tried to process everything that was going on and understand what we could do for him. Also so many amazing technicians called me and even sent me a photo always so polite and understanding while my heart was breaking. I truly thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. I know we'll see you again soon and I always feel like he is getting the best of care when he comes in.

My Great Dane Goose became a patient here when he was just a baby. They have ALWAYS provided the most amazing care for their patients. My Great Dane requires special care (due to his personality) and they always take their time and go above and beyond with him. He recently had his neuter and gastropexy by Dr. Rodriguez (best doctor ever). He has provided the best post op care. They have an amazing team and this will always be our go to place. I can not say enough good things about this place.

My dog loved the vet and all the others who worked there. They kept her calm while they treated her. All around a great experience.
