Today was our first visit ! Here for part of winter and needed a place in tampa! Love our vet at home too From the welcoming girls at the front desk, Liz, and dr Eric I knew we found the right place! We are so happy with the care they provide for our Frenchie's. The staff is so amazing, always friendly, understanding, true animal lovers! The Dr's are very knowledgeable and you can tell they have your pets best interest in mind. Gaia - and now Freya too - are always excited to visit BAC - they love everyone here. We highly recommend Bayshore Animal Clinic!

Such a wonderful caring staff

I moved from Jersey to Tampa back in 2017 and was looking for a reliable vet clinic. After doing extensive search and reading reviews I went with Bay shore animal clinic. I love this place . The doctors, the vet Tecs to front office have been so wonderful to our pets and us. The service they provide is exceptional. And they truly do care for your pets. The vets here are super caring and put animal welfare first. We absolutely adore Dr Higgins. Highly recommend Bayshore Animal Clinic

Came into the clinic back in July, new to the area and my dog was sick. They took him in instantly and gave the best care, unlike some of the local vets that refused to take a new patient. They sent his medical records to other colleagues across the United States to help get second opinions on testing and X-rays. Explained in Layman terms what was going on. Had to make a hard decision and they were so great at such a hard time. Now having a new puppy, they are still as friendly and pleasant. Without a doubt trust them with my dog.

The staff is excellent and always available. They take great care of our rescue greyhound and have made him one happy pup.

A very clean facility. They genuinely care about the animals and will give you and your loved ones the best treatment possible.

My friend has taken two of her dogs here over the past couple years and they were great a few years ago with the first dog. She always said great things about BAC. But since they’ve gotten more popular the quality has gone down a lot. The receptionists are always putting you on hold when you call and are definitely not the friendliest. I’ve heard many phone calls when my friend will call and the receptionist is rude, unfriendly, sassy, or has a literal sound of being annoyed in her voice. When you check in for an appt they have not been friendly when greeting you. Again, it seems like you’re a chore by just speaking to them. When you call it always seems like you’re annoying the receptionist for even calling When we used to call they would be so happy to answer the phone and always made you feel comfortable, happy, confident in choosing them. We would always say how nice everyone at BAC was, now we don’t really know if we have the same trust in BAC as we once did. The actual veterinarian and vet techs are usually good. Sometimes have had some complaints where we feel like the vet or tech were rushing too much, but generally they are great Hopefully things will change but in the meantime we’ll be looking for a new vet. For the high prices you should have a quality experience. A note for they receptionists, even if you’re annoyed with a client don’t let it show or you’re going to risk losing business or worse hurting your business’s reputation.

Dr Bucki…is wonderful!it is obvious he truly loves animals He is professional,yet totally personal I have three cats,the exam he does on them ,amazes me it is so detailed …

The staff gave a warm welcome and I felt my babies were in safe, caring hands. It was as if they were their own! Extremely prompt to appointment time and all questions answered.

Everything we call and need to get our babies in for an appointment they get us in right away. The Dr's always explain treatment plans, go over prices and answer our questions honestly.

Dr Panzarella and Dr Drewes are the absolute best! Their staff are super friendly, helpful, kind, and loving!

I’ve been taking my dog here since he we a pup. Loved the place at first, but now they are charging $100 for a same day appointment…. They never used to before and claim it’s always been policy. Forcing more money out of your pocket knowing your dog has to be seen same day if they are randomly super sick. They also are not accommodating with prescriptions and make it impossible to get meds outside of their own office.

I love the team at Bayshore Animal Clinic. They are punctual, efficient, super friendly and make extra efforts to please. All of this on top of providing excellent medical care!

Bayshore Animal Clinic has been my one and only veterinary clinic for decades. Drs. Panzarella and Drews have brought together a staff which is knowledgeable, caring, and professional in every way.

Loved all of the communication. Cat was in for a sedated teeth cleaning. The instructions were clear and precise. Follow-up during and after the procedure also very good. Cat lived and will be back. Plenty of parking. Covid procedures were strickly enforced.

I love this vet office, Kayla Ellis who answered the phone is so cheerful and polite, and Dr. Rhoads is very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I love that they really care about your animals, and offer many options for treatment! Just wish I came to this office sooner!

Hands down the best vet clinic I've ever been too. I'm a truck driver and when I couldn't make my appointment Miss. Chrissy came to me and got my little Bonnie to her appointment! They genuinely care about the pets/ animals that come in there and do their best to make sure you know everything that you need too. Most definitely will be going back every chance I get!!

Took my dog in for a nail that popped off, wouldn't stop bleeding. I pulled into the parking lot and the Dr came out instantly and fixed him up. Great service, very caring. Thank you
