Our little Jack Russell got nuetered this week and is doing well. They were very caring for him. They use a post surgery jump suit, so no cone.

If you read my previous post, it was 5 stars and said best of the best. I felt that way entirely. Somehow in less than a year, despite expanding the location, the service somehow got worse? Not sure what happened, pretty disappointed. I spent over an hour, half a grand, and feel....like I just got bamboozled. Also, to the lady at the counter that called me a liar, you personally ensured I'll never come back, time for a new vet.

My pup (Luna) broke her leg and when everyone else was turning us away they made time for us. Dr. Combs was very patient with me considering I was a mess. They even called today, the day after, to see how she is doing.

Dr Kerr and staff was the absolute best with care and creating our first time visit a great one . My grandmothers dog had surgery on his eye and Dr Kerr explained everything and really gave the compassionate care i was hoping for . He exceeded our expectations , Frank and Jessi theTechs were awesome taking the extra time showing extra love and care to my 90 year old grandmother . THANK YOU Dr Kerr :)

The most helpful friendly staff. Dr. Kurr has a great energy about him and my dog loved it there! Our 5th visit we brought in an 11yr old rescue with horrific teeth. At pick up, We just love how Frank was with details. Dr. Kurr also visited to reiterate and say how well the old man did. Katie the receptionist was sweet, attentive and also had great information on after care.we are over the moon with Burnt Store Animal Hospital! Techs are amazing. Love Jessica's energy. Eddy was very detailed. Diane upfront was sweet and efficient.

Amazing staff, and excellent care. I had a last minute health certificate for a new patient cat and they were able to fit us in. I called 19 other pet clinics and no one was taking new appointments or able to do health certification- so thankful for their customer service and support.

I have been looking for a good vet for several years and I am so happy I found this place. Dr. Combs is a great vet. He showed my pup compassion and love the minute he walked in. He actually took the time to educate me and made my pup feel so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and professional. An overall great experience

Dr Kerr did fantastic work on our dog, who needed surgery to have multiple tumors removed. We received the best care and most comprehensive estimate I have ever seen. Dr Kerr was perfect at explaining what to expect and was 100% spot on. Honest, forthcoming, and takes good care of our pets.

Dr. Combs, Dr. Kerr, and the staff are all amazing! The whole office is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Combs and Dr Kerr both took the time to draw pictures and explain my dog’s injury and the surgery process. Every time I call or email, I have a very quick response. My dog isn’t scared to go in the office or in the rooms. She actually gets excited! I really can’t express how much they have helped me and my sweet girl. ❤️

Dr. Kerr and Dr. Combs are some of the best vets I've met. They treat my pet as their own and with their state of the art facility, they are able to treat an array of ailments for your pet.

Dr Kerr and staff were great, very attentive and loving towards pets. Dr. Kerr spent a long time with us during our initial visit getting to know our Spaniel, gave us sound advice as he transitions from pup to adult. Seems very knowledgeable and up to date, very hands on with his practice. He fees were reasonable. We feel comfortable using him as our vet.

Dr. Kerr and Erica are the best! I brought my two kitties in for check-ups. They noticed the bladder on my one kitty seemed a little odd. Dr. Kerr explained everything thoroughly, went over different options and how they could address it. So they ran a CT and realized it wasn't what he originally thought it may be. They gave the girls their booster shots - and now Ally has stopped her howling today! I can't believe how much better they are both feeling. Thank you, Dr. Kerr and Erica. I'll definitely tell my friends to come see you guys!

Have been there 3x since February & have been very pleased with vet care provided..especially for skin condition of 10y/o lab..cleared in one week with a common ATB. Previous vets had been treating her with allergy shots, weekly baths,etc. & turns out it was a staph skin infection.

We were referred to Dr. Kerr by friends and we were so glad to make the switch. He is kind and in tune with animals; you can tell. He was excellent with our dog and gave us great advice and was competitively priced.
