Dr.K and her staff are simply the best!!

Dr K is the absolute best! She is responsive, knowledgable and we trust her with our large breed dog. Her team is friendly and professional. She is honest and priced fairly. After having had experience with other vets, we are super lucky to have her as our Vet!

Very quick, very friendly. I called at 8:50 am and I was seen at 9:30 am when my Frenchie had a little bump on his chin. They were able to get me in and out before work which I didn't think was going to be possible. Thank you to the entire staff at White sands animal clinic for treating me so kindly and for taking great care of my Benjie. The review left by the cat owner with one star is ridiculous and should be removed. This clinic is one of the best ran animal clinics I've ever been to. It's very clean and they're very organized.

Definitely avoid if your cat gets stressed out easily. Made an appointment to have our cat's super itchy ears checked out last week. Arrived 5 min early and told to wait in car. My cat's anxiety was building, so after ~30 min I asked the receptionist if an emergency was causing the wait and we should reschedule, but she said no, it was just "one of those mondays" and we'd be seen real soon. We waited over an hour. Was finally seen and given a quick diagnosis of unknown allergies since he didn't have ear mites and nothing else seemed wrong. My cat was acting totally traumatized when they handed him back. A few days later my cat started getting a little sicker and then much worse this week, phoned the clinic and the lack of compassion from someone named Jamie, plus the shockingly rude and defensive Dr. K yelling at me and blaming her receptionist has me writing a rare online review. Between the way my cat was handled and I was treated, I will never bring a pet here again nor recommend anyone else does either.

Dr K is simply the best vet! Her professionalism and compassion are just a few qualities associated with White Sands Animal Clinic. Highly recommend Dr K!

Cash or check only is odd right now. Other than that everything was great. They came and got my cat, took him inside, had him out a little while later

Same day appointment. A quick in and out visit. My dog's allergy itch ended with prescribed medicine.

We are so grateful for Dr. K’s attention and care. She is an excellent doctor who cares for her customers with skill and compassion. When severe itching and hair loss took over our dog, Georgia, she saw us last minute, late in the day, and made time to prescribe help at the end of the week. What a relief to not have to wait it out through the weekend. Georgia is a rescue and a very difficult patient, yet Dr. K always manages her professionally and with a smile.

Dr K did awesome with our Rexy. We didnt know, but he was shot. She helped us out so much with everything and he is doing so well! Thank you so much! We love you and we will definitely bring " Sexy Rexy " back to visit ????????

I don't have enough nice things to say about Dr.K and her staff! Dr.K is 100% committed to animal health and well-being, but she also considers the human aspect of owning pets. She goes above and beyond any and all expectations! She charges fair prices for outstanding pet care! She has an incredible bed-side manner and know how to relate to humans and animals alike. Thank you Dr.K for saving our baby time and time again!

Dr. K and her staff of friendly people and animals are amazing. Somehow, even if I'm in there to say goodbye to a dearly loved friend of mine, these girls and the in house animals always manage to cheer me up a bit, the little candy bowl usually helps too, I can almost always find a little Hershey's bar or Reese's cup in there.

White Sands took my cat in about 30 minutes after I called them on my way home from another vet appointment that I had waited 40 minutes after appointed time for the vet to show. The staff was excellent, caring and accommodating. Dr K was sincerely concerned about my animal. She asked tons of questions to get to know him and me both. She is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in her field. I was more than confident with her diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.
