We are new to the area & have two rescue pups with a few behavioral and medical needs. We have visited NPSLAH for checkups, but never boarded. One of the staff members, Amy, was so patient with us and responsive to our concerns around holiday boarding. She was a great go between us and Dr. Morton so we didn't have to schedule an additional appointment, but still felt like our concerns were heard. Much appreciated!

So thankful for the support I get from the staff and the Dr. Special shout out to Amy for being very patient with me and always super helpful!

I will say I can be difficult person to deal with at times when it comes to my pets I treat my pets like my children so I want the best for them. I got that from North Port. Dr. Morton is a down to earth provider, staff's are very mindful and very knowledgeable.

These doctors are caring and money-conscious. They definitely have your pet's best interest in mind! I started coming here for regular check ups and was impressed with how quickly I fit in their schedule. I recently came for an emergency (which had its own emergency fee--standard practice) and the doctor was there for me when I needed it!

The care that Benelli received was excellent and the customer service is out of this world amazing!! They go above and beyond!! Thank you so very much!

I am sooo happy to have found your office!! I thought a big animal hospital would be great boy I was wrong in a emergency they didn't care about my baby. They charged me to walk in the door what you did for her and on her 4th day from there the sac was still oozing but it's only 2 days since she has been at Northport and she is not oozing and the eruption area is almost back to normal!!!! Thank you I'm a forever client now and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks me!!!!!

This is my first visit, everything was great. Everyone was so nice. Zac was my attendant and he was very helpful. He also was very pleasant to work with, he had a smile on his face, which was very nice to see. Dr. Carell was also very nice. He listen to me and didn't rush me out. So let's see how it goes with the next dog. I have a positive feeling. Well I have returned many time and I still feel the same. The follow is something I left about them on another feedback. I was so glad that you were able to get me in right away, I was so worried about my little girl. Also, I would like to say the one thing I appreciate is that everyone seems to really care about my little girl. That puts you at ease right away if you think the person taking care of your "baby" is caring and gentle. Thank you.

Excellent vet and customer service personnel!

They have a very caring staff and gave our dog excellent care and had to give him insulin shots twice a day and eye drops. We felt very comfortable in leaving our dog there since if anything was to happen the vet is very close by. Plus it was less expensive than others. We highly recommend this Vet and their boarding.????

Great people and the best treatment hands down.

Our vet combined his practice with this facility. Our first visit was understandably a bit hectic with new personnel and new routines, but overall was a positive experience. The hospital is modern and clean and everyone was helpful and kind. They have a nice boarding setup which we think will be useful. We expect to have a satisfying relationship here.

What an incredible team they have there!!! I’ve used them for both services and their boarding facility and have never been let down. The staff is friendly, caring & extremely educated. I had to put my dog down yesterday. I was an emotional wreck. The staff was so nice and caring. Eve though it was a tough day, I was glad I chose this place to say goodbye to my dog. Thank you.

My Chihuahua passed away yesterday. But it could have been prevented. I took her to a hospital they asked me what heart medicine she was on she had a heart murmur. She was only giving her lasix.twice a day. She could have been alive today …

Samantha and doctor Mac are the best people in Northport Saint Lucie animal hospital. They've taken care of me and my babies beyond measures and have made me feel like I could go to them for anything. I have referred all close friends and family there. Thank you Samantha and Dr.Mac for always being there for my cat, doing everything you could And putting him to rest peacefully.

The staff here is wonderful. I can’t say enough about how each employee cares about the patients and the care givers of the patients. Just a place full of wonderful, patient, pet loving, good folks.
