Never able to get an appointment! Always too busy to see my pet !

I asked for a rabies shot but they didn't examination and ask me all kind of questions about other things they could do and they charged me $97 waited outside in the sun for 1 hour

This vet clinic is the best. My cat he is not cooperative and they did all they could to be kind and keep him comfortable for his annual check up. Dr. Hall was very patient and finally got him checked and his rabies shot. All the nurses were nice and friendly. Great people. Great care!

I took my 10 week old puppy for a first evaluation. At the end I got a $130.00 bill. I was charge $58 for a fecal test. I was told that they just need a same if the size of a pea . I felt scammed. They just could take that sample in the office. My experience wasn't the best..

The staff is amazing here and the vets are really sweet and very caring. We just moved here so establishing good care is important for us for our 2 dogs and soon to be kitten

I never actually went in. We made and confirmed an appointment for my kitty. They failed to inform us that they only do curbside appointments. I do not feel comfortable leaving my kitty with anybody that I do not know. Never met the vet and they never seen my kitty, so they have no clue of her medical history. I would of appreciated if they would of informed me about the type of appointment beforehand so I wouldn't have wasted my time.

They are not good with after surgery care.

They took care of my little Mookie (cat) very well and was very happy with the staff. Answered any questions I had and wasn't rushed. Great place.

A good visit with Dr Hall! They are the most caring veterinarians and the support staff is THE BEST!

If you are considering using this veterinarian beware our pets were long time patients here. Our cat was having a problem with his breathing and called to get him in called twice left a message and no call back. The next day he was really having trouble we took him to a emergency vet and found out he had congestive heart failure and a massive tumor from an X-ray. We were sad to have to put him to sleep because he had lost a lot of weight due to probable cancer. The veterinarian I am writing this about has not even returned the call. Beware their call back service does not work. 14 years service there and not able to contact them for help. And before anyone asks I called twice during regular business hours so we can say that you are taking a chance with their service.

I chose this office based on overwhelming reviews....and VERY DISAPPOINTED! Dr Harris seems like a nice person but , he does not follow through nor does the staff. THEY DO NOT live-up to their Mission Statement as printed on their website.... "We provide exceptional customer service through prompt, courteous communication with each pet owner" I had my pets in there on May 18th and I was told they needed some dental work. They drew the blood and I was told I would receive estimates via email in a day or two as the blood work for this would only be viable for 30 days.....Needless to say, we are now heading into July. Where are my estimates? I have spoken to 2 nice girls in the office who promised to have the Dr send the info I have also written SEVERAL emails via their website. Guess what.......NO RESPONSE.

I cannot express enough how kind and caring this office is. They go over and above for all. I had an emergency with one of my dogs 2 months ago and they got her right in. They were amazing. Then this morning, my 15 year old Bassett took a turn for the worse. Dr. Hall gently lifted her out of my car and took her in a room complete with a blanket. He sat on the floor us, gently examined her, listened to me ramble, and helped my fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. Every single person in their office was empathetic, supportive, and caring. You will not find a better veterinarian office. They truly care.

I showed up unannounced at 3pm with a neglected cat in critical condition, and very little information. They took him in despite the line. No matter the outcome I think these guys are rockstar vets.

Friendly staff and clean facility. However, no sense on how to manage an office. No call backs with test results, ever. In two years of bringing my two dog here. Incorrectly scheduled appointments, more than once. Knowledgeable, but they do not care to follow up on anything. I should not have to call repeatedly to find out the lab results, the vet should call me. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who loves their pets.

I’ve been using them for over 15 years.Recently my dog was having issues. With the correct meds it was almost instant results but advised it’s going to take two months to get her back on track. Did blood work to determine 1st that nothing was wrong there. Now onto daily meds she should feel good again. With this being said they listen to your needs.on another note most dogs don’t like going to the vet. Mine can’t wait to get out of the car to go in She’s quite the social butterfly. Curbside service is great even with a little wait. Thanks!

Requested appointment ahead of times called a day before to find out they had nothing on file from my prev vet. Although rep I spoke before choosing this place reassured me they will receive all the info. So finally I had to go somewhere else and leave this place one client less.

They have a true love for animals. I always have great customer service and wonderful feedback from all staff. I have taken my pets there for 13 years.

The very best place to take your animals. ** December 3rd 2020 , they saved my dog's life the very best place to take your animals. My dog is alive today because of the staff . Everyone there does an outstanding job !

Thank goodness for 24 hour Vet Emergency on a Sunday night at 3:30a.m.! Extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you for taking such good care of my little Munchkin! ????
