Best doctors by far. Charlie loves to go visit.

Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Charlatans. Even your children's stuffed animals should be kept away. Wanted a quote for dental cleaning. Staff said my dog had to be established for $50 before a quote would be provided. The nurse added that for a dog with healthy teeth, it'd be about $325. The quote was $467. That is despite the Vet saying the dog's teeth were in good shape & were not in dire need of a cleaning. Nasty nurse was confrontational about where I was sourcing heartworm meds. Insinuated the dog needs annual testing to "verify". Slammed the door because I wasn't acquiescing to her nonsense. Doctor couldn’t wait to leave the exam after 3 minutes. Tried to exit the room while I was mid-question...twice. Rude staff initially refused to give me the quote for dental cleaning which was the sole reason for the visit. I had to aggressively challenge their refusal.

They went above and beyond to help us with our Red Doberman. We could not afford the surgery so she went into her own funds to help us get through it. They are the best and very kind hearted.

Everyone there is so nice and genuinely care for the patients. So glad I found them for my boy, Benny! Even after having some teeth pulled, he still goes right in to Coastal, tail wagging! Every other vet I've had to carry him in, not happy... highly recomend Coastal.

Best animal hospital!. The staff is caring and accommodate last minute appointments during emergencies. Doctors Bonnie and Lisa are very good doctors and very caring. They have the patience needed to deal with fur babies. The office visits, medications and office procedures are very affordable. Having 4 fur babies can be expensive. Dr. Bonnie was kind enough to spend time with me giving me ideas on food and home made treats. My dog Dana needed extensive dental work and their prices made it affordable. When I picked Dana up after her dental procedure, her nails were trimmed and one of the staff members was carrying her around while doing her work. Dana is not used to be in a crate and I can only guess that she started crying and they decided to carry her instead of letting her cry in the crate. They did another test on her and they put a bandage on her leg with a monster truck on it. These are only a few examples of ways they show their love for animals. My Negri just passed on 2/12, and all I can say is that they were nothing but compassionate towards her. I'm very happy with this office and would definitely recommend Coastal Animal Hospital to everyone.

We absolutely LOVE Coastal! Dr. Bonnie and Dr. Lisa have always been very loving and caring towards our pets. Their office feels like a little family and we are happy to be a part of it. We have 4 pets, cats and dogs, that we take there and they all love it there. One of our dogs used to be so nervous going to the vet and would cry out, but ever since we switched to Coastal he gets through all of his visits happy with no crying! Recently one of our cats had a big medical issue which required multiple vet visits and some overnight stays. A lot of this went on over a holiday weekend, but Dr. Bonnie stayed in communication with us and called to check on our cat frequently. She went far above and beyond what we would’ve expected from anyone. Our cat ended up needing an extensive surgery, and Dr. Bonnie called the surgeon ahead of time over the weekend to let him know what was going on. It was a long road leading up to the surgery, and we didn’t think our cat would make it. If it wasn’t for her our cat wouldn’t be alive. She literally saved his life. He was able to go on to have the surgery that he needed and we are so extremely grateful for everything that she did for him and us. The vets at Coastal truly care about animals! You won’t be sorry that you went to them.

Dr. Bonnie and staff are just wonderful! Dr. Bonnie performed surgery on our dog and she couldn't have been in better hands. Even after our dog came home, Dr. Bonnie and Staff continued to call and check in with us to make sure our dog was okay. Their care and compassion are second to none. I can't say enough good things about all of them. They truly are an asset to their profession. We are forever grateful to Dr. Bonnie and Staff for keeping our dog healthy and alive! And we will continue to bring Josie aka Baby Bear to see Dr. Bonnie and Staff.

I have been taking my pets to CAH since they opened and I have never had an experience with a vet like I have there. I have lived in Jensen Beach since 1975 and have had some very nice vets but nothing like this. Drs Bonnie husband Seth and Dr. Carlson are at the top of the list. Kind, caring and most important excellent doctors. They have a fantastic staff, so very pleasant and informative and superb techs.AND believe me they are not there to take your money buy ordering tests that are not necessary.I am truly happy with this wonderful office if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! God Bless them.

Took our dog in for yearly physical. Curbside drop off, and they were great with her & fully explained everything afterwards.

They worked in an emergency visit for half the price of what we normally pay at the other vet, for my mother's cat. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using Coastal Animal Hospital from now on!

Staff is excellent I highly recommend them going.
