Hopefully the woman who is there at night is nicer to animals than she is to people. I’ve never been treated as bad as this woman treated me and my girls.

This place is a joke. 800 dollars and still no diagnosis. What they told me made no sense and offered no way to help my dog.as far as I am concerned vet knows nothing.if you want to save your pet go somewhere else Jenny Bertram

Thank you for your selfless, tireless and compassionate care for these animals. When you could work in another environment where there is not mostly trauma, horrible sickness and death, you choose to help those that are in severe need only on emergency basis. We truly appreciate the care and compassion you showed our beloved old man “baby” Dakota helping him gain his well deserved wings. You guys are simply AMAZING and will never know how much your valued work is desperately needed and appreciated. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you angels! Terri and Kyle Christopher

VERY slow service, even when the place is empty, Vets don't seem very educated (brought my dog in once, with an allergic food reaction and the Vet said she'd never heard of such a thing as pet food allergies. It's honestly a wonder my dog didn't die) you're lucky if anyone is at the desk when you walk in, and...as if that's not bad enough, not only are you grief stricken with the thought of losing your pet, if you also can't handle ashes or self burial, expect to be hit with a $200 euthanasia bill. Just called and not only did the girl on the phone sound like she was asleep, or on drugs, she had to put me on hold just to find out this shocking information. If there's ANYWHERE else you can go...do so.

If I could give no stars I would. My mother in law called me at 645am frantic that her dog got into something outside (thinking he dug up a frog) he was seizing and foaming out the mouth. She flushed his mouth out in the shower. We rushed over and took him to the emergency clinic because it was close by. Nobody manning the front desk. I called the number on the door, lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, and sent us away because the doctor was in the middle of a surgery. If you are running an emergency clinic you should have staff on hand that can at least assess the animal. Needless to say. THEY WILL LITERALLY JUST LET YOUR PET DIE.

If I could give more stars I would. There is no one more loving and attentive than this clinic especially Nikki she was very amazing and caring and loving. I will not take my other dogs anywhere else in any kind of emergency I will bring them here this is where I want my animals to be because I know they will be well taken care of because they really care. Thank you Nikki for being there for spot. This is one of my babies spot I luv you I will miss you.

Deanna and Tiffany were so kind and wonderful when I had to bring in my husky Jasper. I’m so grateful for them and thankfully there was nothing seriously wrong with my boy.

Animal Emergency was responsive and compassionate in the care of our 20 year old cat. They answered all of our questions, and the bill was less than what we thought it should be. The young lady who cared for our precious girl was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I have been at this vet many times, with many different animals, most of the time the staff has been great, but a few times not so much, this past time was fine. The one thing that bugs me though about this place, is after going through all my bills over the years, many of the invoices are around 900.00 +/- a few dollars. Just expensive, but consistent, so be aware of that before you go..

My little puppy suddenly puked and couldn’t stand up. I thought he was dying. I got this Animal Emergency from google map. Called and they took him in immediately. Three hours later I got him back and he jumped around happily. I worried about the price. They did lots test on him also gave some medicine. But everything together was only $149. The workers and doctors are super nice. I definitely recommend this place if your pets need.

We never made it in. Our dog had trouble breathing and they put us on a long hold. When someone finally answered they asked us irrelevant questions while my dog was in severe distress. Eventually they said "they'll get back to us" and we took the time to go to another animal ER that would actually triage pets. It took them over 25 minutes before they remembered to call us back... If you have an actual emergency, please go to a place that will check if your pet is STABLE before leaving you and your dog outside to suffer without help.

I took my pet for suspicion of bloat and how fatal it is if not taken care of immediately. Unfortunately, this place was the closest to my house and this is the ONLY reason why I decided to bring my dog here. After an HOUR between taking my info, putting me on hold and telling me to wait in my car that they will call, i decided to leave and go to a different ER Hospital, 30mins away, and when I got there that's when they called me from this place. At that point I didn't even answer. If it is an EMERGENCY PLEASE, PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR LOVELY BUDDIES HERE. You will regret it.

I can't even put into words how I feel about the treatment of my dog. We brought her in after what we witnessed as a neuro event. We were not told on the phone we had to sit in our car for 3 hours because they won't even let you in the building. Rather than listen to our concerns, they focused on chronic weakness and totally ignored all the symptoms she had. The only treatment she received was pain medication, which she did not need. After $700 of xrays and labs, they did nothing for her. No fluids, no medications, nothing. We called on Sunday to let them know her symptoms were worse and were told the doctor would call us back but never did. They also said they would email our regular vet her imaging and labs first thing Monday morning. Not done and they don't even open until 6:30pm. She had to have everything done over. After an entire day of not being able to get up, move, or eat, she was treated at our vet with fluids, meds, etc., which should have been done in the ER in the first place. Totally inhumane and heartless. We will NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone.

My poor baby was suffering & we didn't want him to suffer anymore. So we called to the Animal Emergency & whom ever answered told us to bring him up there as we wanted to go ahead & put him down so he wouldn't suffer anymore. He was actually crying he was in pain. I was in tears as he laid in my arms. She said to call when we got there, so we did. She answered, put us on hold. We sat there outside in our car for twenty minutes. Even called from my phone, which they would just answer & hang up. We tried calling around to no avail to other places. Needless to say; he passed away in my arms. They are the worse people & heartless people and I would NEVER recommend them to my worse enemy!! I am going to report them to the BBB, which I don't know why somebody hasn't already done it. GOD will take care of those people Evan their time comes. KARMA

Called ahead of time to let them know our pet was passing away and in a lot of pain. We wanted to have her euthanized and they said they could take us and would do it. We get there 20 minutes later and sit in the parking lot for about an hour calling a good 10-15 times with no answer and no one taking our pet in. She ended up passing away in my arms while we waited, super traumatic experience. And it’s the only er for animals open late at night. By the time we could have got to a different one it would have been too late.

The worst and inhumane clinic that I have been in my life, they do not care about the urgency of your pet, the first thing is all the information and put you in hold for a long time no matter what happens outside; Once they take your data, they come for the dogs and they tell you, we'll call you when we finish, after two hours, I call worried about my baby and she tells me one without feelings that when they finish they call me, I said ok if they haven't treated my baby. give me and I go to another place it turns out that instantly they put the doctor on me, she gives me the diagnosis, they charge me and when I check the papers and i saw that all said they didn't check eyes or ears or anything, everything on the list says no, that is, they didn't do anything. zone other 24-hour clinics but everyone who loves their pet deeply, please do go there because they will suffer a lot

Sadly, the worst experience I have had trying to obtain care for my pet. I took her in as soon as they opened and 4 hours later, after sitting in the parking lot I got a call from the Vet. Dr. Green told me what her plan would be for my pet. I never set eyes on this vet, she never came out to talk to me personally or give me a diagnosis. I took my pet home and 9 hours later she died. Horrible location, dirty clinic and extremely impersonal.

We came home from work, and our 13 year old Rottweiler could not get up. We knew it was time, and to make her wait till the next day would be awful. We rushed to AE of Pasco, they took us right in. Their care and compassion was genuine, I couldn't have been more grateful. The process was smooth, everything was handled to our comfort. Thank you AE of Pasco.

I had to rush my pet here after he had becoming very sick, I tried to call them (because their door was locked) several times but it only went to voicemail. After I finally got ahold of them, I explained that my dog was puking what smelled like diarrhea, and unable to control his bowels. The receptionist took her time, slowly asking questions that could have been answered AFTER they took my dog in to exam him. After finally finishing with playing 20 questions with them, it still took them forever to actually take him back. From that point, for three hours, I had zero communication from any of them, until after I called and asked and was told the doctor would be with me soon. As if on que he calls and asks me what is wrong with loki and explains that in the three hours of this going on, he did nothing but take his temperature. To highlight the day (because it took the entire day) I had zero communication from staff, attitude when I called and asked questions and got the vibe that not a single person actually cared that people’s pets where very ill. After 6 hours, I was told they wanted to do a full work up that would cost me $1600 and never broke down what I was paying for. It was only after I called the doctor and explained how horrible this experience has been with the staff that they started showing genuine results but it also could have just been a new shift. I had to twist their arm in order to not be taken advantage of, but hey, at least they gave my dog some water...

My dog ate an unused tampon out of my backpack.....she only swallowed the actual tampon and left the applicator and wrapper. I originally called the Urgent Vet since it was 10pm and they suggested bringing her in to induce vomiting (since it can cause a serious blockage problem) but they were closing soon and recommended me to Animal Emergency of Pasco. I called before arriving and they were very nice & helpful. I couldn't go in because of COVID but she was inside for about an hour before I got a call saying she was all set and they just needed payment over the phone. Everyone I interacted with was nice & friendly. There were about 3-4 other cars there as well. It was $70 for the exam fee and then $40 for the Emesis (induce vomit). Had a good experience and $110 is way better than a potential surgery bill. Hopefully won't have to make any more visits to a pet ER but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

I was very happy with this place. My dog had a very serious condition that happened over night. I was weary of where to take him because of not only finances but I wanted them to care about my dog like I do. I found this place online near my home. I brought him in when they opened, but their vet doesn't come in until 6:30 or 7. I dropped him off and waited patiently. I recieved a phone call from the vet explaining what they thought may be wrong and the testing they wanted to do. They made sure I not only understood but gave me the amount it would cost to proceed. It included the $68 office visit. We did the testing. A few hours later the vet called. It was thorough and the vet was meticulous in her explaining of every detail and made sure I understood it all. They then provided me with all the meds and the referral I needed. The front desk was kind on the phone. I spoke with many of them throughout the process. I THANK YOU ALL for how much you helped my TUT! We dont have all the answers yet but they did a great job when we were in so much need of help! I'd recommend you give them a try if you're in a situation that you need veterinary help!!

Animal Emergency of Pasco has been our savior the past couple months. We found a kitten outside and 4 days later needed emergency surgery. It was a very long process and they were there with us every step of the way! I cannot thank them enough for helping us save Penny (known as Pen there.) All the receptionists, Techs, and Doctors were very professional, informative and friendly. They had an amazing system with COVID going on too and always called to give us updates while she was there. Our little kitten not only survived, but is thriving because of them. Thank you again.
