Poor service. Rude employees. Inadequate puppy exam. Didn't scan her chip. Check her ears or teeth. The technician was super sloppy giving shots to a puppy. The staff was rude about myself not wearing a mask but allowed others to not wear a mask. The vet was a total disgrace to the previous vet and service I had received over the last 20 years

The new “doctor” does not listen. I keep having to follow up for my dogs medicine, which last year went smoothly and delivered to my home. The price they charge is crazy which I would be willing to pay when there was good service. Not good anymore, I’ll be looking for a new vet. VCA yuk!

This hospital was a great place to go take your pet before VCA took over. Prices drastically changed and became super high. The entire team is completely different, either VCA got rid of them all or they all quit. Either way says a lot that no one is the same. I really miss Dr Carolyn and Dr Allen. Dr Hase would be super disappointed to see his hospital in shambles.

The people here are good people. They insisted on giving my pup the best care even when we weren’t sure if we could afford it. They bent over backwards to help us find solutions even financially because they cared about the health of my dog. I’ll always be thankful for that and them.

I've used this vet for years and unfortunately there are new drs there that don't care about animals, only money. Had my dog treated for a skin infection on 6/27/21. Called their office today to advise the infection was starting to clear up, but then came back and asked for refill of antibiotics. I was told the dr wouldn't refill them and wanted to see her again for the same condition she was already examined for. I said that I'm not paying for another exam of the same condition. I will no longer bring my pets here as of today. I will go back to Dr. Carlos Campos who saved my previous dogs life in 2002. He actually cares about the animals and not just money! He's in Shady Hills, but I'd rather have a professional Dr that has the animals best interest at heart! Good bye Bayonet Point!!

Made an appointment for the same day I called. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. A little pricey, but worth it to know that your little one is going to be alright.

Unfortunately, I have to echo the review below that JD had. Cody is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, diva of an office manager I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a medical facility. We were experiencing complications from a prescription that resulted in blood in my pet's stool, disappearance of appetite, and lethargy. They told us that the vet was going to call us back. 7 hours after I contacted them, the ball was dropped and I got zero response. I called again today, and no one seemed to know why I was calling back about a visit. As I'd already spent a small fortune on my pet's care with VCA, I requested a refund for the last visit and was told "you can try, if it makes you feel better. Have fun with that" by Cody, then promptly hung up on. Not once did I get help with the complications I had with my visit, not once did I get any assistance from this vet or a vet tech, and not once were proper records kept. But they had the nerve to ask for even more money and tried to schedule another $60+ visit. I've contacted their corporate office in California for escalation, and hopefully getting this practice retrained in bedside manners and responsibilities; and recovering my funds for what amounts to veterinary malpractice. Avoid VCA, and I do mean ALL VCA clinics. Patients are just a sales figure to them nowadays. Hopefully this practice gets audited by the Board of Veterinary Medicine after enough complaints. We will not be returning.

The person answering the phone Cody is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I called and told him we needed to see the vet because my dog was vomiting and had diarrhea and there was blood in her stool. I was told they were triple booked he could fit me in tomorrow would not see her today . Was told to go to Tampa emergency. There facility is a day facility so what he is telling me if it's an emergency don't go to them they cannot handle it.

Been using this vet for 7 years. Called after Bordetella shots, my dog got a cough. Called vet to see if normal or a problem. They told me a vet could call me tomorrow, but better to set appointment. Couldn't ask the vet a question but could if I had an appointment. Already changed vets

they wanted almost $800. to do graphs & blood work. I told them I couldn't afford that & wanted full bloodwork done to check everything including for heartworms, they came back & told me almost $300. so I agreed. They called the next day & told all they found & when I asked if they found any signs of heartworms they said they didn't do the test but I was told they were doing it! They then told me they can still do it with the blood they had but it would have to be done right away & then told me it would be another $56. & change. That is extremely high since they already had some of my babies blood & it was supposed to be done! They charged me for meds, worm meds included & didn't even give me what their directions called for. I called them & told them. they said they would get back to me. needless to say they never did! I have been there b4 & they were a lil high priced but I didn't want to go somewhere I didn't know. they changed & seems like all they cared about was how much they can charge you & not your pet! I will never return there! Do yourself a favor & don't bother with this place!

Me and my rat terrier had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was great and patient. I did not feel judged as it had been a while since I took my dog to see a doctor. They made sure I had all the info and was able to make a good decision. Also thankfully they were able to properly diagnose my dog where other vets did not. My baby has a new vet!!

This is a great little clinic with some truly wonderful doctors and staff. They have saved the lives of at least 2 of my fur babies who both had very rare diagnoses; I will forever be grateful.

Would recommend. I have 3 dogs that I have brought here. Very clean, friendly and professional. I can tell they love animals. Today I had to have my 16 year old chihuahua euthanized due to old age. I have been discussing options with Dr. Carolyn over the past couple of years and she has been helpful in offering treatment plans and advice about the next steps (without pressure) He was a very anxious dog even when he was younger and they handled him with care and did not have to muzzle him as other vets had. He was until the end treated with compassion and kindness.

Excellent Vet. My regular veterinarian is closed for a week and I needed my german shepherd to be seen for a skin infection. They were able to get me in in 1 hour, took care my boy good and he was very comfortable with them. Which is very unusual because he tends to be skittish and not good with strangers. The doctor was experienced with the breed and knew just how to approach him. Happy with the COVID procedure too, since I wasn’t able to be in for the visit, they kept me in the loop and took the time to explain treatment and other options. Would highly recommend.
