Vet was very thorough. Staff was friendly and competent. Office was clean.

Dr. Emerson and the staff at Ravenwood are truly angels. I would have lost my baby if it weren't for Dr. E and her amazing staff. I feel blessed to have someone with not only the exceptional knowledge and skill required for the specialized care my animal needed but also the compassion you feel from them about your baby being ill. You know they truly care and will do everything in their power to bring your baby back to you healthy. I don't think Dr. E realizes how much she is loved and respected in the large community I am a part of. I drive 5 1/2 hours to see her, and others come from much farther! So many of us hands down wouldn't have our babies if it weren't for her willingness to care for animals most vets won't touch. To say I am grateful somehow doesn't sound like nearly enough. I've had animals my whole life, I've worked in rescue, worked with Vet offices and have never met such a great group of people. When they say, if it has a heartbeat they'll treat it, they mean it. Do yourself a favor, take you animals to Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic, you won't regret it!

We have taken multiple sugar gliders to this veterinary clinic. They have been absolutely wonderful in their professionalism and their knowledge. I would highly recommend if you have an exotic animal in this area that this is where I would bring them. As a rescue / breeder I choose for this to be my go to clinic.

New to the area, looking for a vet, Nextdoor app had given Ravenwood a lot of good references. I couldn't have picked a better place ! The facility is clean, the staff is kind and gentle with the pets, the doctors are caring and thorough. I have been very happy with them, and from conversations with other pet parents in the waiting room they feel the same.

My first visit with my new puppy was 5 star. Loved the vet, and tech Tori. They were great with my boy. Second visit was a little less pleasant. I didnt get to go with my dog to the exam room and was made to wait in the lobby. Not only did I not know what was going on with my puppy, they bought him back out and didnt trim his nails like I asked. I may start looking for a new vet if this continues.

Veternarian was nice explained cat had urinary tract infection and having discomfort and mild dehydration. Prescribed antibiotics and pain medication and they administered fluids. Cat was there 6.5 hours. They forgot medications. Had to have them go back to get them. When cat was given to me I asked if she had been started on antibiotic and pain medication. Neither had been administered in the 6.5 hours cat was there. In the human medical world, this is called "delay in treatment". Very disappointing, especially knowing she was in pain.

I gave them 4 stars because I never actually got to go inside the facility, but the staff that I dealt with were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring any one of my dogs back.

Good service. Took good care of my 20year old cat. Explain in detail and bought some medication home.

My Mia had a ultrasound done here yesterday. Our first time at Ravenwood. I have to say they listened and cared for my anxious old girl. I was a mess but Mia did great and I'm a happy mama. Everything afterward was explained in an easy to understand manner. I am very selective when it comes to babies needs and I will be back and recommend!

I feel very comfortable in the hands of doctor Anderson he is one smart man and I also love the tech's. The well being of your pet and you understand everything that's going on is of upper most importance to the staff I would recommend them to anyone

Our Vet referred our beloved 11 year old chihuahua, Gigi, to Ravenwood for an ultrasound of her liver. We were so concerned about her but we felt at total peace from the moment we called Ravenwood office. Everyone is so empathetic, caring, and so loving. The Vet was amazing, she took the time to explain the course of treatment and the best option available. Gigi had surgery yesterday and we are amazed on how quickly she is recuperating. They are definitely a blessing and we highly recommend them. It is worth the trip from any part of Central Florida!

Such a wonderful vet! They took such good care of my babies. I am the proud owner of 2 Chinchillas. They are fully equipped to handle them and give them all the care they need for regular and urgent visits. They were also nothing but friendly and helpful!!

I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for Dr. Emerson and the staff at Ravenwood for getting my dad’s dog in ASAP for an ultrasound that saved his life. After being blown off by the ER clinic that left him bleeding into his abdomen for the entire night, it was truly a blessing to receive actual answers and get our boy the help he needed. I will never be able to repay and thank everyone enough!

We started taking our dog (Harley) to Ravenwood as a puppy. At 2 years old he starting having seizures. Harley’s seizures were really bad. They could last anywhere from 1 to 6 hours. Harley had a lot of other issues like anxiety and a tumor in his eye. He lived to be 12 years old which we didn’t think was possible since he had so many issues. Ravenwood was amazing. Anytime we had an issue with Harley and called them they would get us in that day and if not that day the next. They always took such good care of our little guy. We lost Harley a few weeks ago and it was extremely hard. We picked up his ashes and they were in a nice wood box with his name on it. They made us a clay of his paw which was a nice surprised. I highly recommend Ravenwood especially if you have an animal with lots of health issues. We always knew Harley was being taking care of when we left him there. Thank you Ravenwood for taking such good care of our little Harley.

My chicken, One Penny, swallowed a string, preventing any eating or drinking. Ravenwood fit her in a tight schedule and removed it. Thank you Ravenwood for her timely fix! We got back to the boat and she still layed her egg! We live on a traveling boat, so we have no regular vet. Thanks again Ravenwood!

We had to bring our dog there as an emergency case because he was bleeding internally and our vet did not have ultrasound technology. They got us in and out quickly and safely so that we could get him back for surgery and helped to save our babies life. I will forever be grateful to the staff at Ravenwood!

Absolutely the best vet in town. Super professional, very courteous, and always exceptionally sweet to my animals. Have taken rats, birds, dogs, and cats here so far, and have never been anything less than impressed with their service. After a few bad experiences at other vet offices in town, I will only take my beloved furred and feathered family here.

They have taken wonderful care of my super senior feline! I can't say enough about Dr. Neff and the team. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on not only traditional veterinary care but supplemental therapies also. They are able to do a variety of diagnostics on site and thats a extra plus..most important of all is they are all very Compassionate and take time to carefully explain your fur companion's ( or feathered or scaled I'm sure) current needs and health. From the front desk to the vet techs to the vets Ravenwood is a top notch team and place for ongoing vet care.

I came here after Banfield refused to help my dog with her teeth and heart murmur issue. They took us no problem and she is significantly more comfortable which I am grateful for!

I am new to the area & was referred by a friend to get urgent care for my ferret. My ferret was having a cough & upper respiratory issues. I was very unsure to leave my little girl alone (i never have & i have never been here before). Jonathan, the vet tech, really made me feel like she was in great hands. After sitting around for 3 hours hoping she would get care soon, i called to get an update from the parking lot, he let me know she is in the best hands and that it was ok to go home it come back since they were extremely busy & assured me that she is being watched closely. After a few more hours I received a call from dr lowe & she was amazing as well. I really appreciate all the care and my ferret is feeling so much better.
