Great staff. Dr. D is awesome. They were so gentle and patient with my elderly cat. I’ve been bringing her to them for almost 10 yrs and trust them with all my girls health needs. She has a kidney disease and was there for 3 days and had surgery about 5 years ago. They saved her life and have been maintaining her with medication ever since.

Absolutely without a doubt the best veterinarian in the area Dr. DeBiaisio and her caring staff of vet techs and assistants. This vet made a way for us to save our dogs life where otherwise we were going to possibly need to euthanize him. I would suggest any per owner can confidently put their trust in Dr. D that she will absolutely provide the best care! Thanks so much once again Dr. D and staff! Your the very best!

Atlantic Animal Hospital has been the best ! The receptionists are on the ball, quick to be taken into a room. Vets are gentle with pets and give full info. I have been to many vets in the area and now I won't go anywhere else.

New staff is awesome! Don’t get fooled by the low rating here, they have changed everything. They squeezed me in on the same day as a walk in , took great care of my dog and the vet actually listen to me. They didn’t push anything unnecessary and they price matched my prescriptions! Axel says he will be back for more treats :) Thank you !

They have taken care of all my cats! They were so sympathetic when I had to put my cat down after getting hit by a car. They have kept me updated when my cats got fixed. The staff is amazing and caring and friendly. I won't go any other place!

The nurses were exemplary! The front house staff very considerate. They were above the norm when it comes to "humans"

This is my daughter's vet, and I went with her on October 13 when she had to make the very difficult decision to euthanize her 13-year-old furbaby. She had taken "Bella" to the "emergency" vet in Ormond Beach over the previous weekend (Atlantic was closed) when Bella wouldn’t eat, drink, or get up and walk. She was charged nearly $1,000 for tests only to have them tell her there was "nothing" wrong with the dog and take her home. They also refused to release any documentation to my daughter about the tests! Atlantic got on the phone with them (after my daughter called and reported it) and insisted on receiving the records, which they finally did (reluctantly). For the next several days Bella would not eat or drink and winced if we touched her. The last two days we could not get her off the floor at all to bring her outside. When she started whimpering and crying we knew it was time. Her x-rays showed severe arthritis in her spine and hips and there was no adequate treatment. This is a 90-pound dog, and that kind of pain is debilitating. The other facility should NEVER have told my daughter there was nothing wrong with her! Helen Keller could have figured it out! Atlantic was very responsive to my daughter when she called, and they took us in as soon as they were able. They were completely professional, compassionate, and very comforting to my daughter in reassuring her that she was making the right decision for the love of her pet. The fee was very reasonable (I've been through this with 3 other dogs at other facilities). The techs and the vet were no less than wonderful and kind. I see from the reviews that some people in the past have had some issues, and there are often reasons of which we are unaware, but my own experience was absolutely 5-star and we are thankful for the staff making this as comforting as they could. As for Volusia Emergency in Ormond, they should be ashamed of the emotional roller coaster they put all of us through! That poor dog suffered for four additional days when she should have been taken care of the day you ripped off my daughter for almost $1,000. Thank you Atlantic for your help and compassion. I wish I had some recourse with the other crooks.

The staff is amazing! Very friendly and sweet. They took care of our dog, Buddy very well. Doctor Zavota is one of the best vet doctors I've been to. She is very kind, understanding, and informative. She will help guide you on the journey of recovery for your pet and be there for you as much as a doctor can be. She will explain everything that is going on, very smart doctor! Thank you Atlantic ER! We appreciate you and everything you have done for us.

They take great care of all 3 of my dogs, today it was Shark's turn. Last year they saved his life when he got a corn cob stuck in his small intestine. He is a great dog and he loves the people there. He got his shots, worm checks, his ears cleaned, and got his nails trimmed. He and his "sister" Wanda are such babies when it comes to nail clipping. Atlantic Animal Hospital makes it look easy. I didn't hear any yipping or other sounds of struggle. Great job Atlantic Animal Hospital.

Really compassionate staff. Our loving cat Twitch, had turned for the worse and they handled him with such care. They allowed me to be with him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Gave me the time I needed and the price was very reasonable. I will always be bring my pets to see the staff. They should be very proud to have such a caring place

My phone call went to voicemail so I had to leave a message and I never received a return call. When it comes to your fur baby, move on and find a vet and staff who cares!

The receptionist Angela went above and beyond to help me with refills of medication for my cat Chester, calling all different Walmart's in my area in search of his meds so I didn't have to drive an hour to their animal hospital. She's a doll and definitely deserves a raise, hint hint to her boss???? thanks again sweetie! Would definitely recommend this hospital, the vets are very kind and caring, and thank you to them for all their help with my baby!

I had a dog show up at my house in a terrible thunderstorm. It was after hours, so the only people that could scan for a chip were them. And thry were so helpful. I was able to reunite the dog with her loving family.

Not sure what happened to this office. You are placed on hold as soon as you call. You hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you put your pet on one of the plans you can’t even get your pet seen. Customer service is horrible.

We called…. They told us one hour wait! We got here and after an hour they told us we were next but the wait is 2-3 hours. Zero compassion…… stay away…… still not even a technician to check vital signs…… now it’s been 2 hours so we stuck our heads out the door and was once again told 2-3 hours… Please don’t waste your time all we have got is attitude….no service!!!! We are leaving!

I want to say thank you to the emergency vets in Port Orange. They were super nice, very attentive to me and my dog Lily. They were really good about updating me on Lily condition as I was waiting. When I met Dr. Kerri she was very kindAnd sweet. She wasn’t pushy she told me the situation give me time with Lily. Sadly, the resolution was not good, but I have to say The text and Dr. Kerri are phenomenal, and caring. I want to thank you all for your condolences and your support in this difficult time. I definitely will recommend this emergency clinic if anyone needs after our cares.????????????

They were SO kind & compassionate! I had a stray neighborhood kitty in very bad shape yesterday morning. I went to 3 vets & no one would help us before I found them. The suggestion was drop her at the Humane Society. Which they do good work but wouldn't even be open for 2 hours & I knew she'd be alone at the end. Atlantic Animal hospital helped her over the Rainbow Bridge & allowed me to stay with her until she slept. I knew I would be financially responsible but they were so reasonable & did not overcharge. Huge thank you! ????????????

Way too busy and over priced, but it was the only place that would take my Lucy when she fell so ill. They could not save her. They do not keep you informed. Had to keep calling.
