The employees are unprofessional and disrespectful. Paid them for our dog to be groomed. My wife received a message about extra money due to mats. My wife approved it but when she got back to the facility the employees said they couldn’t do anything except bathe our dog because she was “wiggly”. Then they still charged us full price of grooming for a bath and said they would not refund our money. These people are not professionals and don’t know how to do the job.

They are Amazing ! I have a blue nose pit who hates to have her nails trimmed but she has no issues strutting in to get loved on by the nail techs at Doggie Stylz ! You and your pet will not be disappointed here !

I had my mother-in-law take my 17 year old Yorki here when I was out of town. I spent over 20 minutes going over my grooming requests over the phone with Paul since I couldn't be there. When my mother-in-law dropped my pup off, they asked her how he should be groomed; unfortunately she gave them incorrect instructions. My poor little old man looks awful! But what's most upsetting is when I called to nicely let them know about the error and he should never be groomed like that again, the owner was VERY rude, completely unapologetic, and basically blamed it on my dog being overdue for his grooming. Some owners just should leave customer service to people who are more skilled at dealing with the general public.

I brought one my St. Bernard’s to them. And they returned him wet after having him for over 6 hours. It took me 3 hours to dry him at home. They have increased their prices and their service has dropped. I had no reason to research them on reviews recently since we have always had a good experience. Caveat Emptor. I would suggest looking at reviews often to see (like in this case) if their service and quality have slipped. I am disappointed.

My wife brought our 1year 7 month old dog Levi to this grooming facility last Tuesday. My wife gave the girl our number to call us when “Levi” was ready. Within the hour of dropping him off they called our 20 year old daughter at college to tell her “Levi” died during the drying process. To say this was extremely unprofessional is an understatement. Our daughter called us in hysteria. We all rushed to this grooming place in different directions. They had our little guy lying down on the table wrapped in a towel. They said they preformed cpr with no luck. We were devastated for so many reasons. For 1 we lost our beloved “Levi” No one reached out to us after we left hysterically crying that our dog had just died. Why wouldn’t the owner call us and maybe express an apology. We are just so disappointed in how this situation was handled. I would never recommend this grooming facility to anyone. Just the way it was all handled was wrong!

My grandmother just took her Australian Labradoodle puppy for the first time grooming at Puppy Stylz. She had specific instructions on how the puppy should be cut. When they brought him out to her , his total body was shaved , there were gouges on his skin , he was traumatized and she almost didn’t recognize him as her dog . She had to leave so quickly because she wanted to cry. She will never come back and she’s telling everyone she knows never to go there so no one else’s dog has to go through that .

They did an awesome job with my dog! He came home smelling & looking beautiful...Halloween bandana around his neck and all!

I had an appointment at 2:00 pm on 9/21. I talked to the receptionist regarding some matting on my my dogs back. She said the groomer was not very concerned since it was just dead hair and should be no problem. I came back after two hours and no phone call. She was still not ready. Supposedly there were a couple of surprise cats that were being difficult. At 5:45 my bichon poo was finally ready. When I saw her I was shocked at her grooming. She was shaven almost scalped all over except her ears and the top of her tail. It is now almost a month later and her coat is only 1/2” long. She developed infections inside both ears from shaving. Another vet bill $115.00. She has always had fear issues but they never been from a brush. I have read that this place has changed owners or it’s just An excuse for a lot of unhappy customers. My friends keep wanting me to pursue some kind of action against this outfit but I’m blaming myself for letting it happen. Almost 5 hours to have your pup look like a freak and she still does!

My parents have taken their dog to this place to be groomed for well over a year. They have messed up a few times on their pup’s hair cut but this last visit was horrible! It was so bad Doggie Stylz should have called them prior to pick up to explain or at pick up. When my mother called to complain they didn’t apologize, just made excuses that didn’t even make sense. My mother thankfully canceled all future appointments with this place. Management didn’t even call to apologize or ask what happened. Please do yourself a favor and do not bring your fur babies here. They are clearly uneducated and take no responsibility.

I took my Labradoodle to Doggie Stylz approximately 2 weeks ago for her regular grooming appointment. When she realized where we were, she began shaking and crying. I called the office while I was in the parking lot to explain her reaction and told them to use the 2nd prepaid spa package to pay for the late cancellation. I expected to hear from the owner, but still have not heard from her. The last time my Labradoodle was groomed at Doggie Stylz approximately 8 weeks ago, her body was shaved down completely without my permission. I decided not to say anything as I knew it would grow back eventually. I’ll be canceling all future appointments and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone based on my dog’s fearful reaction. I can only imagine what she may have experienced when she was last groomed there to be so afraid.

This place does not listen!! Been taking my dogs here for some time, NOT any more!! She is chopped my Yorkie up for the last time. And she has raised her prices alot, for a non professional! She really needs to go school!!

We found Doggie Stylz while on vacation. We were a little apprehensive because we were not familiar with this salon. However, they were WONDERFUL! Our Bella went right to Jordan and was very comfortable. She came back to us looking clean and beautiful and adorable! They were very professional and well priced. Wish we didn't live so far away!

We recently relocated to Florida from California and I am so thankful I found Doggie Stylz Grooming. My dog Ted is a handful and yet Christina and Paul were able to create magic when nobody else could. I am amazed at the level of their grooming expertise and professionalism. Your trusting someone with your beloved pet, no need to look further...this is the place. We are very happy customers.

IMO, started out as the best groomer, but new staff have changed that. Formerly, Christina & Paul, were very efficient, friendly & they loved our rescued Malamute, Tikaani; an ESA for a disabled veteran. She's been an amazing service animal, who was always very happy & beautifully groomed after each well-earned visit. Not anymore... They're experiencing growing pains from their past success. Recently, poor Tikaani, a regular full-service client, experienced ruptured glans, and because of her heavy undercoat, Paul jokingly assigns Tikaani to his new employees to harass and overwhelm them. They do not answer nor return my calls when I check on her. I brought this feedback to Christina's attention yesterday. She deflected with excuses. My complaint was not well received and Christina appeared to under appreciate it. I hope folks find my memoirs helpful.

Took my two dogs are for the first time they were happy and I am extremely happy with the service and the way they took care of them I would recommend them to any and everyone

I brought my dogs in for a grooming about 20 minutes later they told me I had to pick them up because my mini schnauzer was BAD but mind you they have been there before also talking about my yorkie that is an angel. So when I got there they had given them baths, they sent my schnauzer outside soaked and my yorkie was not even cut. Kristina proceeded to tell me how bad my mini schnauzer is and to top it off, she charged me 76 dollars. They seemed to be fine the last time they went but this time who knows what went on because I noticed a new employee that came out and got my dog. Never had I encountered a more rude and unprofessional lady like Kristina. Don’t take your beloved pets here.

This place is the BEST. My puppy is a little scared of people, but by the end of her appointment, she was giving all of the staff kisses and tail wags. Her cut is exactly what we wanted. They were very busy, but took time to answer our questions. Highly recommend!!!
