Staff is unbelievably kind and professional! Very personal!

Fantastic caring staff!! They were able to get my new kitten in surprisingly quickly and addressed all of my concerns as well as offered some guidance since I've never had a cat so young before. Their pricing is reasonable and they respect clients choice to seek services elsewhere, such as spay/neuter through the humane society, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining your fur family's health and proper preventative care.

Since 2008 I have used Beachwood Animal Clinic, and I will continue to use them.

Every component of the service has been nothing short of exceptional. I have never had a better experience from a vet and the Beachwood Animal Clinic team has genuinely had a pivotal impact in helping me navigate the best end of life treatment plan for my beloved dog Potato. My dog has outlived her expected projection almost by a full year now after being diagnosed with head tumors and cancer. I do not believe this would have been possible with any other vet care. It is clear that everyone on the staff loves animals and has their best interest top of mind. I cannot expressed my gratitude enough and am so happy that I found Beachwood! Keep up the great work!

I cannot say enough about this Veterinary Clinic their professionalism their knowledge they're willing to help and go above and beyond for the animals they care for and I am extremely grateful for them because every time I've had a crisis they've rallied to do whatever they can to save my animals and help. The front office staff is extremely helpful and user-friendly and so are the technicians and I cannot say enough about the veterinarians that work at this Clinic they are extremely caring knowledgeable individuals and live animals.

Very friendly staff even though the office seems to stay pretty busy. We had a very short wait to be seen by Dr. Hannah, she was very thorough and our dog loved her and the vet tech. I felt very comfortable with the care that my dog has received from them.

exponentially horrible experience..as a resident of new smyrna beach.. I beg anyone who loves their pets to not go to BEACHWOOD ANIMAL CLINIC they referred us to Ormond who wouldnt treat our dog. I'm sure they will respond here with some standard response..but never listen to a business who blames the customer!

The clinic was clean. The staff was friendly and professional with a very knowledgeable veterinarian whom genuinely cared for my Abigail Grace..

I wont mention any names, but one particular veternarian misdiagnosed my dog with a heart murmur. I took her in for spaying and she refused to spay until I took her to a heart specialist for echo and clearance! That would have been a minimum of 800.00. I decided to take her to another vet, who had 2 vets working in their office and they both agreed, she DOES not have a murmur of any kind. I am finally able to get her spayed, after paying the vet at beachwood for an exam with incorrect diagnosis! I spoke with the vet who misdiagnosed her, no apology, in fact, she refused to take responsibility or accountability for diagnosing my dog, incorrectly! Everyone makes mistakes, understood! It is how you handle yourself when you find out you made one, that shows integrity or lack there of!!!!

Waited over an hour for a prescription medication that they had in stock but needed a doctor or tech to review before letting me get it again. They kept saying no one was available to review it but I watched 5 dogs be released by techs will waiting the hour. Those techs were very available. Staff at the front were not helpful even knowing I drove 45 mins to get this. Another customer in there waited 25 mins past their appointment time and were not happy. Time management should is not their top priority either is customer service.

you don’t even get to talk to the veterinarian, just hand your cat over to the tech and hope for the best. Really wish I’d known before I booked the appt. Also on the pricier side for a vet.

They were quite cooperative when I called with what I thought might be a serious injury. Turned out not to be serious and they got us in and out within 30 minutes. They always show a sincere interest in Meesha, even though she is not the easiest patient (German Shepherd). Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Dr. Melissa Jackson. Goes above and beyond with professionalism and amazing communication. She has even called me after hours to follow up and or go over details with treatment. Not a long wait as I have experienced in previous vets. She has been spot on with diagnosis and treatment plans over the many years I have been a client. I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have my pets in her care. She also is proactive to save money on diabetic medications and supplies for my furbaby. I know my babies are in the best of hands.

I am visiting from out of town while I'm looking for a house. My dog injured her ACL and they got us in right away. The staff was so compassionate and professional. I have decided to stay here for her to have the surgery because I am just that impressed with this and the hospital and its staff. Unfortunate that we had to meet in this way but I am confident that they will get my puppy through this procedure

My dog wouldn’t get out of the car today and he is 120 pounds. The dr and nurse came to the car, did an examination on him, blood work and even offered to do chiropractic treatments on him when he feels better. His legs have been in pain and they are treating him for that. They all really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend this vet office to everybody, everybody that works there are super kind and caring, they take care of your furbaby like its there own. Dr. Hannah is amazing she is professional and gives you all the details that you need to know on how to care for your fur baby, Stormi Marie is a feisty kitten and knows it, With her little disability Dr Hannah takes the time to look over her and makes sure she gets the right care she needs.

The staff at Beachwood goes above and beyond to keep my pets happy and healthy. They always find a way to work my pets onto the schedule when concerns arise and they thoroughly explain your options for treatment. Dr. Hannah was extraordinarily compassionate when my 13yr old hound was battling cancer, she even reached out after-hours to insure my pup was comfortable. This is the best Veterinary Practice I’ve ever used.

Super kind, informative & patient with their clients. Everyone there is so compassionate you feel as though your furry companions are apart of their family too! I never feel like I'm in a rush there, they have taken so much time with me if I don't understand something right away. I'm very happy to have found this vet :)

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic and Dr Mantz. Her and her staff saved my dogs life and I am forever grateful. After disappointing dealings with another vet clinic, I called on a Monday morning to see if Beachwood would see my dog. I was calling as a new patient and they got me in right away. Turns out my girl needed emergency surgery, which Dr Mantz performed immediately. We then had to take my girl to the ER vet in Ormond Beach (who were also very excellent) where she stayed the next three days. She is fully recovered now and is her happy healthy self. I have been taking my dog there for the past 6 years. Never a bad experience, very caring staff, clean. They dont try to over sell things that aren't needed.

Dr. Jackson and her staff took great care of my kitten, Caine, during his surgical procedure. Kept me updated throughout the day on his progress. Left me medication over the weekend when they were closed, and I was able to pay on Monday. Called to follow up after he came home.
