Dr. Paige and her staff are wonderful. Office is spotlessly clean and no smells. Staff is friendly and prices are about what you would expect. Service is great and follow-up is a nice added feature

I had two sick pups with in a couple of weeks of each other and they were able to get me in same day both times. This place is great!

I’ve been to a few different vets in the area and this place has been my best experience thus far. The staff is caring and informed me they would be calling to check up on him in the next few days. They seem too worried about the acceptance of their very high bills vs the care of your pet. My VA Vet, country type, is just the opposite...Indian River $600+ in less than 6 months, beware ! New ownership may be cause. The former owner was more reasonable.

They take the best care of my fur muffins , and are open on Saturdays

I have new puppies and they have taken well care of them. Due to covid I have yet to see the inside of the building. Over the phone everyone has been very pleasant. Looking forward to one day meeting the Vet.

Riley and Odie are new patients there and the vet was excellent and made us feel very comfortable and I'm glad that we're going to a new veterinarian

would not see my girl this morning told me take her to emergency vet and she died on the way she might have died at their office but I don't understand the practice if you're not a vet maybe try doing something different you should not be working with animals

Kind, caring, professional. Got my baby rottie in when no one else had room. Explained everything about her problem thoroughly. The price for her care was more than reasonable. Alot of covid precautions still, but better safe than sorry. My new preferred office for veterinary care after relocating from another state!

We just moved to the area and I needed to get a kennel cough vaccine for one of my dogs. They were able to get me in same day! Great service so far. Will be using as my local vet. Just want to update and say, still highly pleased with them. They're able to clip our very anxious dogs nails for her and do a good job of it. They also always keep her meds in stock for us as well. I really appreciate the service we get here thus far.

This was our longtime family doctor and we came to completely trust Dr. Vanis to care for our beloved family members. In addition to a qualified veterinarian, he was the salt of the earth. However, he recently retired and I have not heard good reviews on the new practice, but I decided to give them a chance. However, when I called to arrange an appointment, I was advised there was nothing they could do. I realize that I was asking for an appointment with just over 24 hours advance notice, but they didn't even bother to ask what kind of issues we were having. Will be going elsewhere. Probably animal clinic on Glencoe. Based upon Google pics, this may be a better doctor for exotic pets. Sorry Dr. Vanis.

Very caring. They're very knowledgeable and I didn't keep you waiting too long which I feel is very important to the dog.

Brought in a feral cat and they were so attentive and actually cared. Called to follow up the next day to check up on him. Couldn't have been more impressed. I have officially switched both my dogs to this clinic.

Everyone was great! They answered all of my questions in a relaxed manner and environment. There was no feeling of being rushed out so they could get to the next patient. Really took the time to assure me that all was fine with my new rescue cat. Would highly recommend!!

I've read every review and I totally agree with the price. I needed my dog check for emergency and I was told to go to the emergency hospital, what kind of personal does that. At the moment the doctor wasn't present. At the end she was attended but my concern is if you have encounter systems like my dog why start with the expensive laboratories knowing that it was heartworm at the beginning and then we can work our way up towards other things....that is my opinion!! .... let me respond to you answer, I'm not a vet. The experience one are you who should realize and examine the dog/understand her situation.

Please bring in better staff that take their job seriously.... it used to be one vet and a small staff that got the job done wonderfully. Now with at least 2x the staff it seems like they are just collecting a paycheck. My dog has been suffering for more than a month with urinary issues and no one will follow up or return calls like they say. Vets don't treat these animals as their own like the previous staff. Hope my dog doesn't die before they do their job properly. After more than 20 years going to this office I'm going to pull all 4 of my dogs before I lose them to this staff.

Everyone was professional and really kind to Luna, my kitty. I am super happy to find a vet in out hometown that we like so much. They also took us in with fairly quick notice. I would recommend them for sure.
