Long wait - great service.

Dr Hill did a great job for our Etta , she tore her ACL dr Hill did TTA surgery and now Etta is 100% The staff is warm and helpful.

Always had a good experience bringing my dog here. The staff is professional and friendly. I have had nothing but quality care for my dog.

Our dogs have gotten excellent care. Updated: they offer a Rx refill by phone which is very convenient. They text when it's ready. Nice service. AND they told me of a rebate program for my pet's meds that helps pay for it.

There is always a long wait but the staff is great from the front desk, vet techs, and caring veterinarians. I have trusted my pets to their care for many years and they have been great! I saw a different vet for the first time this recent visit and she was so thorough and understanding it was so comforting!

I couldn't have a better vet.than charlotte animal hospital. They have helped me so much with my dog that is full of cancer. He is alive because of my Dr. Cronin. I have experienced all of the other vets,they are all very much the same. They are all wonderful can't say enough about my experience there. Long (2 hr) wait time, but the staff were very friendly

I must admit the wait is long but I believe Dr. Cronin is the best. I've been going there for 29 years and they have treated all my dogs and most of my family's dogs.

None of these tabs really explain my experience. We had to wait 2:45 minutes in our car as they only take walk-ins. I am not going to go into detail as I have already discuss this with Charlotte Animal hospital directly. The staff, and the Veterinarian are excellent once inside.

Although I would like an appointment time we were in fairly quickly. Only needed a tech visit .

I have been going to Charlotte Animal Hospital for several years now and I think they are the best !!! Friendly, clean and compassionate. I trust my furbabies there and will happily continue to go see them when needed. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

I've been going to this Vet for several years specifically because the doctors are knowledgeable, informative, and caring. It's been becoming increasingly difficult to obtain my dog's medication, which I understood and I didn't blame them for. What I do blame them for is the front staff's poor customer service. An indicent occured where a female staff member spoke to me as if I were incompetent and spoke down to me. When I asked to speak with a doctor to clarify my dog's medication and dosage, she said the doctors were in rooms right now. She did not offer to have me wait or have the doctor call me back. She did not do anything to resolve the issue at hand and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, and several other incidents where front staff has been rude, I will not be taking my 2 dogs back to this Vet. I'm sure this doesn't mean much, but if I feel uncomfortable, then I'm sure other customers feel the same. Again, the doctors are absolutely fantastic; However, I wouldn't let front staff personnel ruin your practice and it's reputation.

We absolutely love everyone here. Have always felt safe with the staff taking care of our pups.

Staff is super helpful and friendly .

On January 3, 2021, I called Charlotte Animal Hospital to try to make an appointment with Dr. Norris. I was told that they did not make appointments, only walk-ins excepted. One of my dogs was very sick so I drove to the vet with my dog. There was a sign on the door to call the vets number, therefore, I did not go in and called the vets number. I was told they would come to my car to get my dog as soon as they could. We waited in our car for four hours. No one came out to inform us that they were short on staff or that Dr. Noris had an emergency operation to perform. Had they have taken a minute to inform the 30 cars that were waiting in the parking lot for hours on end that this was the situation their customers would have been a lot happier and understanding. It appears that all they wanna do is take in the money. If I were you I would try another vets office like we are going to do and the other people in the parking lot did.

My dog has been treated there for several years. I feel the doctors do a very good job and several of the vets are very good at communicating. You will get good service and care.

Dr. McCraken is working closely with us to monitor our dog’s congestive heart failure. She’s answered all of our questions and has given us hope for his future.

I thought I was on my way to put down my beloved Max. Upon seeing Mac they did tests and found him to have a bad kidney infection. They were very thorough, understanding and compassionate! I couldn’t ask for a better vet. Each doctor cares for these animals as much as we do! I have never felt so secure in my decision in taking Max and Lil Bit to them. I highly recommend them

Have been with Charlotte Animal Hospital for 11 years. They are very caring and know how much we love our pets and we appreciate their care for them.

I waited 45min in the room for someone to come in. The bench was hard and it hurt my back.

I had been to a few vets in the area since moving here and never found one that I felt extremely comfortable with until I came here!! The staff was amazing and so very nice! My fur baby has some ongoing health issues so to find a vet I finally felt comfortable with was a blessing! Emmi says ty Dr McDonough and staff!

Just want to say thanks to everyone at Charlotte animal hospital for everything they did for my dog blue they went above and beyond for me and thanks for keeping me informed about everything. I truly recommend this place and will continue to go there for all my pet needs
