Dr Gross was able to quickly diagnose the issue for our greyhound, and the treatment she provided brought him immediate relief. We’re very thankful for the great care she took of our four legged family member.

The staff at Best Friends Animal Hospital provide kindness, consideration and compassion all the time. They have handled the new social distance protocols very well and are always happy to see a wagging tail. I have relied on them for care of two dogs over the past 15+ years and I am always grateful for their help.

Woke up one morning and found our dog vomiting. Called the office to see if they could squeeze him in to be checked. They were able to see him about an hour after I called. They took the time to explain what tests they would run, how much it would cost, and speculated on what it could be. They were very professional and I did not feel as if they were “rushing” us out the door. Thank you for helping our family pet in his time of need.

Kind care but very high prices, and grossly inaccurate estimates of cost.

Best Friends animal hospital is a wonderful place to care for your pet. The staff is wonderful. I always feel that my little girl is in the best hands when I leave her with them. It’s never hard to get an appointment especially when theirs an emergency.

As always, Dr. George and her vet techs were great.

Fynn, my furry baby, doesn't like the doctor. They have given us a, "chill," protocol to calm him before he comes to see them. He still doesn't love them, but the doctor commented, as I apologized for him, "Every dog is do-able."

Great visit. We have 3 cats and it has always seemed expensive, but we love the closeness to our home, Dr. George and the care or girls get.

Dr. Scott is a gem. She goes above and beyond for her clients and recommends all the necessities for the animals. 10/10

I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have a veterinarian... Dr George and office staff that consistently provide excellent care from the time you make your appointment until you are leaving to go back home. They seem to go above and beyond, which is hard to find these days...I would highly recommend if in need of care!

Dr. Scott is so wonderful! I'm a bit of a worry-wart when it comes to the health of my fur baby, so it's really comforting to have someone so professional, kind, and reassuring like Dr. Scott. She gave me peace of mind when my fur baby hurt his craws and she showered me and my fur baby with compliments, which goes a long way because I had a bad experience with the previous vet I went to at Gulf Coast Humane Society Vet clinic. Dr. Scott addressed all my concerns and I trust her because she was fully transparent with me and didn't pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed for my pet (which my old vet did). Only downside is the prices are a little high but worth it, considering the high-quality care that Dr. Scott provides.

Been taking our dogs there for years, and the service just keeps getting worse. Always brushes off issues they don't want to deal with. I have a dachshund that has a mammary mass, they have been telling me for a long time its nothing to worry about. Now yesterday we take the same dog in due to her back and they claim her mammary is fine, but when we get referred to a neurologist for her back surgery thay tell us that her mammary is a tumor. Thanks alot best friends for being unconcerned for the animals you spent years studying about, but only care when it's convenient for you to care.

as always, been going for 6 years and they are just wonderful! Doctors and technicians are always helpful and friendly.

Lack of professionalism, also the pricing was double for the exact same treatment than at my reputable Vet that I usually go to. Overall just wasn’t a great experience for very simple stuff. Just my personal opinion.

So kind, patient and caring. Really took the time to explain my options with my sick dog.

Curbside service due to COVID. The techs that came to the care were professional and friendly. The doctor phoned me explaining what he saw with my dog and gave me options regarding medications.

The staff has been pleasant but would not recommend. Did not review our records and ended up giving our puppy a vaccine he did not need (all required dosages were previously administered). They would have also given him an unnecessary rabies shot had we not reviewed his records while waiting in the car (because of COVID). It too was previously administered (1 month ago) - the tech had to run into the exam room to intervene. While I understand this is not the end of the world and our dog would have been fine, we lost our peace of mind.
