Animal Medical Clinic at Sawgrass Village Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

I am giving 4 stars just because I think it is pricy. Otherwise everything is fine. The doctor is great!!!!

Dr. Neuman and his staff are always responsive, professional and truly care about my doggie. They know her and recall her issues without looking at her chart - they just truly care and love her like one of their own. We are so lucky to have professionals like this in our community.

Our first experience was wonderful. Staff is very friendly over the telephone and in person. After our visit, I called for guidance. Dr. Neuman returned my call promptly providing guidance to me. Our new puppy, Deuce seemed very comfortable for his visit!

I adopted my first kitten, Mayo, the night before Thanksgiving and they were able to give her an exam on a holiday weekend (thank you). Not only that, but first client exams are free. Mayo turned out to have a fever and they treated her for everything right on the spot. They educated me and offered great tips to care for her. I also felt very comfortable with the entire staff- they seem to genuinely care for Mayo’s well being and they didn’t pressure me to run all kinds of unnecessary tests or purchase products. I’m glad to have found them!

Dr Newman and staff are the best!! They truly care for not only your fur baby but they care for you too!! MEGA ❤️'s going to see Dr Newman!!!

Love the doctors and staff at Animal Medical Clinic at Sawgrass. They take the time to understand my needs, love my pets and provide excellent care.

Animal Medical Clinic at Sawgrass Village use to be a wonderful, well run place to go. However, in the last couple of years it has really gone downhill. The new people they have hired to work there border on incompetent. I could share several examples but the last straw was this past Sunday when I was told by two of their employees that I could pickup my cat, who was being boarded there for a few days, on Sunday between 4pm - 6pm. (Those have always been there pu hours). I got there at 5pm but NO ONE was there. I went next door and the girl working there at the dog boarding place shared that this has happened several times in the last few weeks. We walked around and knocked on every door and window. The next day I questioned the girl who was supposed to have been there from 4pm - 6pm she told me she was there. But, when I pushed further and told her no way as two of us knocked on every window, she sheepishly admitted she had left before 5pm. She giggled about this matter with no apology. Sawgrass Animal Clinic defended her behavior and told me they are now going to change their pu hours on Sundays to 4pm only. I have been going there for years and felt I was at least owed an apology. The vet would not speak with me. I am definitely moving on for more reliable and better quality service! A shame to end things on this kind of note after so many years.

The techs and doctors at the Animal Medical Clinic (Ponte Vedra Beach) are very professional. They did a very thorough exam of my cat and we had a good discussion of ways to proceed pending lab results. Thanks

Got into see Dr. Newman next day. Our dog was throwing up and had unusually bad odor. Took time to examine our dog thoroughly and run lab tests to diagnose condition. Very patient and caring; prompt diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Our dog was feeling better later same day. Excellent care

We have been going to AMC at Sawgrass for many years. Dr. Newman is a great vet. We had a sick dog on Thursday when we were there, and Dr. N and Jeff got right to work on her. While not feeling better they got the ball rolling on tests. My only complaint is the length of time their labs take to get any information back to us. We visited on Thursday morning and here it is Monday afternoon, and still no word.

I recently adopted a cat, and this vet office has been a life saver. He’s had a few health issues and they’ve been quick to see me and so kind and helpful. They charge the least they can finagle, and they really care about your pets. I know my cat Goose is in good hands here!

I have been taking my pets to Animal Medical Clinic for about 20 year’s. Everyone at AMC cares about my pets and about me, and the medical staff is superb!

Dr. Nick and the staff are excellent. They take pride and care about their animal patients!!

They always take the best care of my babies, I call to check in on them and they respond. They let me know of any issues and my pups are in great shape when I pick them up. I can vacation knowing they are in good hands.

They have handled the current COVID situation by having designated parking spots and coming outside to serve customers at their vehicle. It was zero hassle and very quick and smooth

We love Dr. Neumann. No issues with care or our pup’s doctor.

During the very difficult time of my beloved dog dying, Sue, Jeff and Dr Neuman were very compassionate, professional & patient with me. Dr. Neuman was very kind in explaining what happened to my pet. He answered all my questions and let me know I could always come by to talk or ask further questions.

Everyone that we have worked with at Animal Medical Clinic really loves animals - and it shows. They have done a great job for our Yorkie.

The whole staff here did an amazing job. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and made me feel comfortable leaving my family pet in their care. Keep up the excellent work guys!!!!

We always have a positive experience here. Dr. NiK and Dr. Neuman are the best vets and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The techs and front staff really show they care about my dogs!

Dr Neuman is the absolute best, I've been coming for years. He's knowledgeable, personable, and very caring. Wonderful, professional establishment..I highly recommend it.

Doctor Newman is absolutely amazing. He took our Tigger in when he was extremely sick. He did everything to save our fur baby and thank God he did. We are so happy! Tigger is now we'll. he is the love of our life, worth every penny we spent we can't rave enough about the clinic the staff. They're wonderful so helpful and Dr Newman actually comes out and talks to you and treats you like your cat is the only one in his clinic such a great doctor can't rave enough about him. If you need a great vet be sure to try the clinic at Sawgrass Village
