Bartram Trail is exceptional veterinary care. They care... it's evident from the second you call their office. We will no longer go to another vet.

These vets are so awesome! They are always so kind and treat my dogs so good! They were able to get me in for my dog the day before Christmas Eve. Absolutely super thankful for these ladies!!

I recently moved to Florida. I was extremely satisfied and confident with the excellent quality of veterinary care at my prior location and was hesitant about find a similar arrangement. After about a year with Dr. Davis at Bartram Veterinary Hospital my concerns have been allayed. The care is excellent and her approach is personable, informative and supportive. She has Annie’s health and well-being at the forefront and will make a referral to specialists and supportive personnel when in Annie’s best interests.

The quality of service is exceptional! They were super gracious when I arrived 10 minutes late and stayed longer to ensure we had everything we needed for our new puppy. Knowledgeable, kind, professional, and they show genuine care and concern for the pet. I’ll drive the distance every time!

So convenience. And reasonably.

My dog swallowed a ball and got it stuck in his throat on a Saturday afternoon. Although they were closed they stayed late to take care of simba when all the other vets turned us away or didn’t even answer our call. Thank you Bartram Vet Hospital

I received a voicemail from Alex from this Vet at 8:15 this morning. She asked for records from my dog Righley that has been dead for 4.5 years. If that wasn’t bad enough ...My former dog has never been to this veterinarian!!!!!!! I called them back sick to my stomach and very sad to relive the quick death of my former dog Righley. There answer was that they got his record From a place where he had surgery 7 years ago!!!!!! And they have a new patient (dog) that has my (the owners) last name! So instead of reviewing to see if any if the information matches with the current dog That didn’t have the same name as my former dog they call a non customer and leave a voice message about needing medical records from my dog who has passed 4.5 years ago! It made me so upset! And if this practice is so bad about paperwork and animal medical record mix ups I would run from there!!

The vets and staff at bartram trail really go above and beyond the normal and expected service delivery. They showed compassion and provided support from the entire staff when they assisted with putting my 17 year old cat to sleep. I’ve never experienced such a warm and caring atmosphere when it comes to the impending death of a long time loved family pet. Their acts of kindness were unexpected but so very much appreciated. I would recommend this animal hospital for all your small pet needs. ❤️

Very friendly staff. Had to have our dog put to sleep which was heart breaking but they were helpful and friendly without being patronizing.

What can you say about a clinic that sends birthday greetings to your dead pets, including one that they euthanized years prior.

Our dog had stomach issues - not sure if it was from our recent move or overindulging on a braided dog bone. Anyway, it was our first appointment, and I was very impressed with the facility and our warm welcome. Dr. Davis was friendly and thorough in her questions and exam. She recommended a canned prescription diet for several days, and my picky dog gobbled it up! She was completely back to normal in 2 days, and I appreciated the follow up call on Mon. I am very happy with our new vet - definite upgrade on so many levels.

Dr Connelly was kind and very helpful with the diagnosis. It wasn’t what we wanted to hear for sure...but she had so much compassion for our situation. The staff was over the top compassionate as well. The office was clean and tidy. From start to finish I felt like my dog and I were their only priority and I know we were not. Thank you!!

Excellent staff. They love my Luna and she loves them.

They informed me that they could handle my German shepherd and check his hips, teethe and so forth. At the end of the visit, after signing up for the wellness plan, they told me that they could not in fact check his teethe or hips. After taking him in the back and muzzling him, without me present, I came to find out they did next to nothing in caring for the health of my dog. If I was to trust them with the ongoing care of my pup, there would be long term consequences. This practice is putting on more of a show than they are actually doing veterinarian work. I understand my dog is a bit bigger and stronger than most, but that is no excuse for inadequate service. If they couldn’t handle him they should of told me up front and I would have taken him elsewhere. Noting: I paid for everything for that visit, but refuse to pay for a wellness package that they in turn can not guarantee and/or take in consideration my dogs health and well-being. I have since went to a new vet that checks him in front of me without a problem.

Very nice people and excellent with animals. Drs are great and front desk girls are so sweet. My dogs love to go see the girls. They even know the girls name.

I did a fair amount of research about Vets in the area as my dog has arthritis and of course we have a special relationship so I want the best for her! Bartram Trail has state of the art arthritis treatment options (not just a pain pill). Additionally, any experience I have had with them has really been a pleasure - I feel they respect my dog and go above and beyond so I am informed and comfortable with her treatment. Not to mention their extensive COVID safety measures. I will never go anywhere else!

Always very nice, and fabulous with our two dogs.
