Last year, we had to put down our beloved labradoodle, Charlie, and they made the entire process as pain free as humanely possible. Great staff!

Animal Care of PV has been around for a long time and is so wonderful and reliable. I love that I can call with a question and receive a valuable response. Dr. Blythe Waters is simply the very, very best. Her vast knowledge and current applications combined with incredible skill are exceptional. What truly I’m grateful for is Dr. Waters excellent communication, compassion for both animals and their people and her genuine sense of grace. Sharing hearts and home with our companion animals, with their unconditional love it’s easy to feel joy, The only flaw of dogs is they don’t live long enough.. Dr. Waters empathy enables clients to express heartbreaking emotions at the most difficult of times. I recommend Dr. Waters to everyone I know that want the best for their beloved pets.

Adopted a new dog and not 24 hours later he had a UTI. I called at 530 pm and they were able to get us in for a visit. Dr.Waters saw him. I have been associated with this practice for many years and I am always, always thankful for them.

I have a fearful dog and I really appreciated that they did the blood draw in the exam room, let me pay in the exam room and let me leave through a side door so I would not have to walk through the lobby

I have been bringing my dog Calvin to ACPC for about 7 years now and don't plan on changing any time soon. Calvin is very comfortable with all of the staff and vets and everyone is so caring, understanding and empathetic even when the diagnosis is not something that we want to hear. I will continue to drive the 45mins to ACPC due to the excellent care they always provide.

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr Waters and the rest of the team for almost 10 years and trust their recommendations and couldn’t ask for better care snd service.

Everyone was so helpful and kind to my very scared dog. I had a few questions about the right meds and they listened to my concerns and then suggested the medication that would work best. Thank you for your help and care for my furbaby.

Great service. Can call for meds and food, and they will text when order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Caring staff provides helpful information and excellent medical care.

I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my dog. The receptionist was super friendly, and I was able to get in first thing the next morning. Dr. Waters checked my pup out and all was fine. I cannot say enough good things about this place -- they are first class all the way. If I lived in Ponte Vedra, I would definitely make them my vet.

You can't do better than these fantastic Doctors and tech"s. There LOVE and DEVOTION to the pet family member is beyond my ability to put it in words. There HEARTS and SOULS are in the care they show to the pet and pets mom or dad. I wouldn't trust the care of our family members to anyone else.

I have many pets, one with a lot of problems and they have been a Godsend. I am not sure I would still have my big dog without their help because she is difficult in the office, but they are patient, kind and excellent with us both every time we are there, which is often. I actually walk through the office as part of my training with my dog and they encourage it instead of asking us to leave (which would be expected!). Beastie is improving daily physically and mentally thanks to them. I would highly recommend this practice and have moved often so have had many experiences with vets. This is a special place.

This place has always taken amazing care of my dog. The vets spend a ton of one on one time with her and are very caring. I have never felt rushed. I have moved a little further away now but I still go out of my way to bring her here.

My sweet Pup of 13+ years began having seizures this year. Animal Care of Ponte Vedra was there for her and our family when it came down to a slightly difficult end. This was a sad time for our family and our sweet Dog, Frosty. Dr. Waters and staff gave us the attention and compassion we needed during this emotional time. In the final hour they gave our family the most peaceful good-bye to our loved one. Our entire family is so grateful to these folks. We want to say thank you very much.

What a GREAT experience! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I really did feel like Luna was well taken care of and the advice was spot on (the boys call her La Gorda for a reason). She’s adjusting alright to her new diet ???? Thanks to all we’re excited to be with such a great team!

They seem to care a bunch for our fur-kids... Had to take my Westie there a few days ago when she either stepped on something or pulled something in her right rear paw... When I called they didn't have anything available but I could drop her off and they would squeeze her in. A few minutes later they called back and said they had just got a cancelation and to bring her on in... They checked her out and sent her home with an NSAID as they couldn't find anything blatantly wrong, that it was probably a sprain or a pulled muscle... She's doing fine now and they even called back after a few days checking in on her.

Dr Waters goes above & beyond & always has the best interest of my dog in mind- even if it is a natural product & does not make them money. That speaks volumes to me. Covid has not made things easy but the office has streamlined making payments & giving receipts . All of the vets there are really good & caring as well as the office staff. Highly recommend them!

Henry, our cat, seems quite at home there! Staff is efficient, professional and friendly! Calls are returned, requests are handled, and most importantly our pets are well taken care of.

Everyone was super helpful. I had some initial questions because we just adopted our dog and was amazed by the level of follow up and information provided. Also, the pricing was very reasonable. You took a huge burden off of our shoulders!

We own two dogs and the staff at ACPV have been great with them both for general annual visits as well as more immediate care for illness. They are quick with test results, good communicators, friendly, and obviously love animals.

I really love the people here, and truly believe they care about what they do for my pets. Both of my dogs actually enjoy coming here for overnight boarding, so I guess that says something, too. I have great confidence in each of the veterinarians, and was particularly impressed with the breed-specific advice I was given by Dr Salapak when I brought in my new Viszla puppy. She took a lot of time with me to ensure that I knew what to expect and how to provide the best home for the newest member of the family. I think, however, that they've carried the COVID protocols a bit too far for too long. I'm 100% for masks, but having everyone wait in their cars in the parking lot and call into the office seems more like a strategy to control patient flow than actually mitigating infection. There is not one other business that I have visited in months that maintains this system. It is especially frustrating to make the call that you've arrived, only to have it go to voicemail when you can see employees go about their business inside. It's happened often enough that I've considered going elsewhere despite the excellent care my pets have received over many years.
