My dog (and I) love this doggie daycare. Staff is courteous. Facilities are nice and spacious and allow for plenty of room for lots of dogs to romp and play away the day!

Great professionalism and very easy process. We had 4 dogs stay there for 4 days and loved the attention to detail and the progress reports. Great caring and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

here in this place the cats only get food and water, but there is not anyone attentive to them 100%, no one plays with them, someone opens the doors to the cats once a day, but the cat does not understand that it can go out and stay and don't go out, there were days in December( 2 days) when the cameras went black and I couldn't see my cat and I called the store and no one answered, the place where they put our cats is very small, the cats need company and attention, going out, entertainment as well as the place dogs, someone to play with them, someone to check their health once a week at least, so this site is perfect but for dogs not for cats, I would not bring my cat again

My dog loves coming to Pompano Pet Lodge! He can't wait to get out of the car to go inside! As soon as the Caregiver comes out to take his leash he wags his tail and happily goes with them! I feel very confident he will get excellent care and attention while he is there. They are meticulous about checking shot records, following directions for food and treats you leave for your pet. And, they allow you to bring toys in which are always returned. When you watch how your pet is treated by the team there you can tell they are very kind and wonderful care givers. Every experience my pet and I have had has been wonderful!

Always great. Got the webcam this time so we could see our dog during play time. Everyone is very nice and cheerful.

We were recommended by a friend to this pet lodge. We had to let our German Shepherd puppy there for a few days as we were out of town and couldn't be happier. The staff is great and will answer questions about your pet anytime. We watched our pup in the web cam playing with the other dogs. We will be back for sure!

Never leave my dog again ,2 years go leave my 2 pug ronco and Maggie ,He gave me back with a hurt eye ronco surgery cost 3500 dólar I saw through the camera how bad they treat my dog never back again this place

I brought my cats in for a couple of weeks. They kept them in the cage for a total of 48 hours in a row even though they only had one other cat in their care. They did not let them out for even 5 minutes. When I called to complain the staff was so nasty and rude. I told them it was cruel to keep a cat locked in a crate for 48 hours and they laughed at me, told me I could pick up my cats if I was unhappy, which is exactly what I did. Don’t leave your pets here

Our dog Jasper loves coming here for daycare. He comes home worn out from all the play with his friends. The staff is always nice and the facilities are always clean. We highly recommend pompano pet lodge.

This place is amazing for dogs! I have been bringing my dog there for daycare and boarding since I rescued 5 years ago (my parents used to bring their dogs there back in the '80s). They are really the best place to bring your dog.

Thank you pompano pet lodge for taking care of my baby while I was on vacation. In the 12 years I have had my dog, I have never felt comfortable putting her in a boarding kennel. This was our first time and definitely not the last. I can now comfortably plan vacations and not have a thing to worry about. Having the web cam was a plus too!

Love Pompano Pet Lodge! We use their services for doggy daycare and our pup loves it! She runs around all day long and has even started swimming thanks to the puppy pool they have! The staff is always wonderful and we know she is well taken care of when we go! Highly recommend!

My mom loves this place and they have always been incredibly nice when I have gone to pick her dog up.

I took my sammy here twice and he loved it! The place looked clean, staff was nice and the indoor area looked spacious. I like that they have little pools for the dogs too. Would defiantly be taking my dog here more often.

I have used this company twice for boarding and have been impressed both times. Amazing service, great facility, and they have been 100% accommodating. They have a great facility but the staff is what makes this place so fantastic. Keep in mind, they work for and deserve tips and gratuity. They earn it though, they are amazing!!!

Left my 5 year old cat hear for a week while out of town. As this was the first time he had ever been in a place like this it took him a couple of days to settle in but the staff took the time to allow him to acclimate to his new surroundings and he eventually warmed up to them after a few days. The cat condos are nice they go from the ceiling to the floor the cats can move up and down them freely, their litter sits in the bottom and they're fed in the top. Every time I called throughout the duration of his stay the staff answered and had up to date notes and information about my cat. I would definitely use Pompano Pet Lodge again anytime I need a place for my cat to stay.

I love Pompano Pet Lodge. I have 3 senior small dogs that are very spoiled and I do not have "dog mom guilt" when I drop them off while out of town. When I pick them up, they are calm and happy, and smell good. I recommend Pompano Pet Lodge for your boarding needs, and their hours are excellent and the staff listens to you and they treat your fur babies very well. We LOVE pompano pet lodge! We have used them for both boarding and daycare for our 4 year old Luna and our puppy Roo. You can tell the employees really love the animals and everyone is super nice and helpful. Most importantly- our dogs adore this place, the puppy never wants to leave. Our older dog was scared at first but they helped her feel comfortable in a play group that was more her relaxed speed and now she loves it. Excellent experience, and better service than other local places at a more affordable price point.
