Rosa is AMAZING! Not only is she the most talented groomer around, she is the sweetest to her doggies and clients. Even if she were not the best groomer, because of her kindness alone towards all the dogs, I would still choose to come to her!

They are super nice and they always do an amazing job with my puppies.

I been taking my dog there over 2 years and she love it . Great cut and really profesional. I like the idea of the windows because we can see how she treat are dogs which. In other places who knows. I worked in a kennel and grooming before and I know when a dog is well treat or not .

My husband recently took our dog here to get groomed. The booking process was easy. My husband picked our dog up and was very pleased with his cut. HOWEVER, a few minutes after my dog was home I noticed there were some black specs in his hair. After taking a closer look, those were FLEAS!!!! Yes, FLEAS!! I was so distraught! We spent HOURS bathing our dog and cleaning our home after the discovery. My dog is on a monthly flea and tick treatment. We rushed out to get flea and tick shampoo to treat him as an extra precaution in addition to his monthly flea and tick treatment. I was 8 months pregnant at the time. This was such an inconvenience and disruption to our life! My dog is 12 years old and has been to many groomers in his lifetime. This has NEVER happened before. You take your dog to get groomed and the last thing you think would happen is to bring him home with FLEAS! Yuck! Since this was discovered after the business closed, we called and spoke with Rosa the next morning. She was nice and apologetic. She offered to give him a complimentary grooming for his next appointment. We declined! No thank you! Keep your free grooming and FLEAS! I will NEVER take my dog back to this place. This should have never happened.

Rosa is the best groomer that I have ever used. She loves her job and she is very attentive to details. I moved to another town but I still travel to use her service because she is simply the best.

Very rude and unprofessional words used. She made my daughter cry saying we don’t take good care of our dog and we should just give our dog away. Who says to your customer that if you don’t take your dog every week to the groomers they shouldn’t have a Maltese dog? Very very bad, not recommended! Please don’t take your dog to that place! Ever! I’m even considering suing the place because my daughter was crying a lot after we left.

My dog have issues with grooming places and had hard time in a lot of places, even the famous ones. I took my dog to Rosa's for a fool grooming, she came back beautiful, smelling good and really calm and happy. I strongly recommend, this is the best place for your dog.

We have taken our dog, Max, to Rosa many times and have been very happy with the way she treats the dogs and the quality of her grooming. Very rude, we had a bad experience, she insults people and say that they don’t care for their ????! If we are taking our dogs to the groomers it means we care for our dogs! I don’t recommend going to this place ! Very very bad!

I have taken our dog to Rosa twice so far, and he has come back looking and smelling wonderful both times. He seems to really like Rosa and was very calm and content when I picked him up. She does a beautiful job cutting his thick Aussiedoodle hair and she is not that expensive for the work that she does! It was $100 for shaving him, cutting his nails (they’re still pretty long), and the other services for full grooming. The only downside is the scheduling issues they still seem to have. I booked his appointment for 12 pm both times. The first appointment took 4 hours, and yesterday took 5 hours... That’s a long time for any dog to be there, but especially a 10 month old pup with medical problems. I’m really hoping they get the scheduling sorted out and honor appointment times in the future. I want to love them because otherwise, they seem great. Update: I added the 5th star after Rocky’s appointment today. They listened to feedback and shortened the time it took, which I really appreciated. I love Rosa’s dog grooming and, more importantly, so does Rocky!

We just added 2 puppies to our family and needed to have them groomed. I searched in Google and found many groomers in the area but after reading Rosa's Grooming Spa reviews I said hmmmmm lets try here. The owner is super sweet and you can tell she loves animals. You can see her passion and dedication through her work. She did an amazing job with the boys, they smelled sooooo good and we were super satisfied. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a doggy spa! I can't wait to take the boys there again next time. ???? Thank you Rosa's Grooming Spa ????
