Loving and knowledgeable Dr and staff. Our first visit but we know already will stay here :)

I have been going to Acacia since 2001 when I first moved to pompano. First bringing my very mean childhood cat there, they handled her perfectly every single time. Got her in on emergency occasions more times than I could count. Fast forward to 2015 when I got my own pet (a pit bull) I knew right away acacia was where we'd bring him. Not only is there front desk staff amazing, most of them have been there for a very long time and you truly feel like family when you call. We started seeing Dr. Atria when my boy was 6 months old and I will never bring him to another doctor, 7 years and counting with acacia! We now have 2 pits that are seen by Dr Atria and he is the absolute BEST. He takes the time to explain things to you and will literally get on the floor with my babies and make sure they are comfortable before he does any kind of work on them. Milo, my boy has had to come for emergency surgeries twice now and both times, never fails acacia makes it work and Doc squeezes him in. We love acacia and I refer everyone I know with pets to this vet!

Great veterinarian services and staff. Very accommodating for my fear aggressive, older, rescue dog. Dr. Phillips was very thorough and her vet tech was a dog whisperer. Would highly recommend.

A few months ago my dog (a pitbull) was attacked by another dog and I took my dog to this vet that she normally went to to check her out and they called me and told me to come get her and called her aggressive based on the fact she was in a fight however she was the one attacked she didn’t attack the other dogs. Picked her up and took her to another vet who did not believe what Acacia had done since my dog is so sweet and good with other dogs. Spoke to management at Acacia and they said it was a mistake and they should not have labeled her aggressive and thought everything was sorted out. Fast forward to now my dog had a issue and I called to give this vet another chance and they said they won’t see her because she’s aggressive and it was on her file. Horrible vet avoid them especially if you have a pitbull they will call your dog aggressive.

Acacia Animal Hospital is by far the best medical center for animal care that I have visited! I was highly recommended to switch here by my coworker as she just absolutely adored this place; and now, I do too! Dr. Atria was very compassionate and just absolutely loving with my big pup! He takes the time to listen and discuss solutions to any concerns you may be having with your pet. I’m so happy I decided to make the switch because this veterinarian goes above and beyond to see that your pup is well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Atria and your wonderful staff!

I am very happy with the treatment my pup and I received. I was able to bring in my pup on the same day and when I arrived they were so quick and efficient! Everyone was so attentive and my pup was very well taken care of. I will continue to bring my pets here, they will for sure become my go to vet! I definitely recommend this vet office!

I've taken all our animals to Acacia for years now and have always felt the personal way I've been treated! Several years ago I had to put my sick dog down and the vet that took care of her sat on the floor with me and cried as I did! Yesterday I took my older little dog in for an eye infection and the Dr. called me within 10 minutes and told me the problem and what medications she needed! Everyone there is really polite and friendly! I highly recommend them to all my friends.!

Acacia is very professional always and they care for your pets. Dr. Atria in particular always spends the time he needs to with you so that you understand what is going on with your pet, and is the kind of vet everyone should have. Sometimes I feel that they are a little pricey but then when I get the treatment I do, I remember why I take my pets there.

My mom had been taken her Bischon there for years and when it was time to put him down there where very compassionate and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital if you need one

Dr Phillips is the best. She is compassionate and genuine. She is always accessible and readily communicates regarding my pets plan of care. I’ve taken my pets to her for over 10 years and will continue to do so. The staff is kind and always follows through.

Dr. Atria is is so kind and attentive and we appreciate that he is patient in answering all our questions. Dr. Atria came to our home to relieve my dog of his suffering.
