They treat our pets like family

I went here due to our cat, Tiger, having cancer. We picked this place due to one of the Veterinary Techs, Joe. He is family and knew Tiger. He took real good care of Tiger up until the end. My heart is missing a big part.

Timberlane is the best! Very caring with my dogs and even remembered me!

We recently moved 35 minutes away and I still bring my pup to timberlane. We love them!

Recently we changed vet clinics. From the start there has been some sort of issue. Let begin with the few positives that we have experienced. Location: very close by Convenience: There is an APP where you can make appointments and keep track with your pets shots, records, etc. Staff: Friendly To begin with the APP is a great tool, however, the staff is either not privy on how to use it or it is not working accurately. As I mentioned you can make appointments on this APP, and it worked for me once. After that, the office seemed to no have any appointments made on this APP creating a delay in care. The office appears to be "overbooked" often, as a result this forces the patient to bring in and "drop off" your pet between 830 - 9:00, as I was told by a staff member, they do this so the Vet can see them in between visits. Recently our pet was seen by the vet d/t a skin condition/allergies. He was given a script, and a bathing regimen . After a few days he cleared up quite nicely, however, he woke up on Wednesday morning (might I add they are closed on Wednesdays) eyes very swollen, ears excoriated and red, back legs red and swollen. (All of which is why he was being treated originally) We were given instructions to bring him in w/ any changes. (Did I mentioned they are closed on Wednesdays?) So I gave him a Benadryl and waited until the next day to call. On Thursday morning he was a little better with the swelling however, his skin was much for inflamed all over. I called and was instructed to drop him off and they would get him in. I happened to have snapped a picture of his face before dropping him off. By 2:15, I still had not heard anything, and I was concerned, so I called. The staff told me he was "resting comfortably and he was next to be seen." By 4:30 we had still heard nothing, and they close at 6:00. We drove up to the clinic and the staff said that they were JUST "finishing up with him." (???? wait??? what happened to seeing him at 2:15 ish??) We finally met with the vet who explained his care and tx. When they finally let our pet out to see us his face was bleeding, eyes swollen and raw from him scratching all day. He clearly was not triaged, or even attended to all day! He was 10 times worse than when we dropped him off. He also bolted towards the door as he had to urinate , and he did for over 30 seconds! He clearly was not let out all day and not attended to until 5:00 p.m. This is neglect and abuse! I'll NEVER recommend this vet again! To top it off, they have only been treating the symptoms and not offering any resolution to the problem. We have spent thousands of dollars in treatment over the past couple of weeks. (Maybe there is something to that?) Please stay away from TIMBERLANE PET HOSPITAL & RESORT!

Absolutely amazing staff! They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Only downside is my dog doesn't want to leave them from all of the love and attention he gets!

I could not ask for a better team to help me keep my boys healthy! They are very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

The doctor took time to call and go over my cat"s tests and the care going forward. She answered any questions that I had. The office staff is friendly and professional.

I love, love, love Timberlane. I take my dog here for everything from vet needs & boarding to doggie daycare & grooming. She absolutely adores the staff and so do I! Dr. Layton & her team truly love animals and it shows!

Wonderful staff and doctors. I have two beagle pups and one was suffering from allergies. Took me three vets and a lot of money that wasn’t even helping her. Came here, and they instantly made a plan. Now Luna is happy and not scratching. Loki is rambunctious and happy. I couldn’t thank the staff and the doctors anymore. You guys are awesome. I Definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

The vet and the staff always are wonderful! They take great care with my family, are always friendly and helpful. A+ service, have recommended to several friends.

The stuff was very friendly, very clean.

We've been going here for 11 years with 3 different dogs. I appreciate the preventive care, emergency care, and non-emergency but still a problem care that the staff provides. No matter how busy they are, the staff always give my dogs the best care possible. I wouldn't even consider going to another vet.

My mother has been taking her two dogs to Timberlane for the last few months and always deals with Lora on the phone and she is always so nice and helpful! Great place!

They go above and beyond for you and your pet!! My Rudy has kidney issues and they have called me several times to check on him and to make sure we were following the instructions on his medications and feeding!!!! We won’t go any place else !!!! For the best care for your fur babies come here!!! They are indeed the best!!!

Timberlane staff are all wonderful and caring. The doctor takes time to listen and takes time to explain things, she is really exceptional. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment or care for my pets. I highly recommend Timberlane Pet Hospital and Resort!

Dr. Layton has cared for our two boxers for 6 years. She and her complete staff are the best! The care and support they gave us when our Max was sick and when we had to let him go was over the top. Dr. Layton cried right along with us. Happily we are getting a new fur baby and look forward to him being cared for by Timberlane and Dr. Layton.

Very quick response to my puppy's needs. The Vet is very knowledgeable and thorough. My pup is already feeling better! Thanks for all your help!

Our very fussy fur baby has received excellent care from Dr. Layton and Dr. Nall. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. We really appreciate the care they take when treating Carley (she isn't the easiest patient!). I especially like the Pet Desk app they use. It makes scheduling appointments very easy and I appreciate the text reminders about upcoming appointments. The office location is ideal since we live in Walden Lake.

My kitten was very I'll and dr. Layton was fantastic, she got him on the right meds and acted quickly so my boy is already acting so much happier, he has energy and hes playing! Thank you Timberlane!!!
