Way way too many options for me to decide which is a good thing I guess. First place I've seen actually stocked with cat food in the last few months although they were missing certain brands multi packs so I did have to go with a lot of individual cans this month but it was grateful to at least have some variety and at least have some stock I will be back to explore the store more but I had to stay focused in order not to spend too much money. Prices were reasonable. Store was clean. The layout is very clear due to the signs. Last but not least the checkout employee was very amazing and kind. Definitely will be back for next cat food run

Always a great experience. I used the curbside pick-up recently and really liked it. It's a great option if you are driving home and don't want to stop. They brought my items out quickly and it saved me so much time.

I’ve gone to PetSmart stores for as long as I can remember, and they have just about everything… that is for cats and dogs. The employees are not at fault, but stores sell items that are unsafe for small animals like cages, cotton toys, etc.

I took my daughter here to purchase items for her turtle habitat. Rylie (I believe) was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed without trying to oversell us. We will definitely be back for future supplies!

Brittany in grooming is the best! She groomed my mini schnauzer yesterday. So happy with how great he looks, you can tell he feels so much better too! He’s so happy. She was very patient with him, he’s not the easiest boy at the groomers but she did an amazing job and took great care of my sweet boy! Couldn’t be happier :) will be back in a few months!

Bought tropical fish, the salesperson was knowledgeable and personable. Good experience.

I bring my 2 Yorkie there. They have groomers that do excellent jobs and others that seemed to rush the cut and it does not look up to par. I do like the cuts and they usually are good at calling me within 3 hours to pick them up which I love. So for the customer service I give a 3 star but for the great cuts I’ve received from some staff I give a 5 star.

The staff is very friendly. I'm new to the area and I was looking for a pet store near by because we have a bearded lizard, and a bird. I'm glad this is the one closest to my house. Claire helped us out. She was super knowledgeable and knew things you wouldn't expect the average pet store worker to know. The cashier greeted us right when we walked in. Every person greeted us with a friendly smile. Will definitely be back.

I was 10mins late for my dogs grooming appointment and lady was rude and said we would have to reschedule because we were late. 10mins late and given attitude? Even though they clearly weren't busy and was standing around chit chatting. Things happened, traffic, life, etc. 10min late and given rude service and attitude? Zero staff training on customer first and friendly. Taking my business else where.

CAUTION! They sell sick animals here. I bought a baby bearded dragon here because my 6 year old dragon got loose and ran away. Just in 2 and half weeks the dragon died. This store will not exchange the animal or credit your account. No sympathy. On the other hand they tried to sell me another one lol. What jerks. Especially the guy named Jorge that laughed when I said my pet past away. Shame on you.
