This place is amazing. So caring and wonderful with the animals. The girls at the front desk are so friendly. I love it there.

Be careful with this place. They will do lazy such as not doing bloodwork and just be negligent. Took my dog in, they knew she had high liver values but they did not want to do anything about it. They misdiagnosed her and just issued her steroids and higher dose of steroids. Always get a second opinion for this place. Will not be coming back here.

Took my 2 German Shepherds, one a new puppy, this morning. I was super happy with the care they received. The vet and the staff were very friendly and caring and patient with my many questions and with my pups. Prices were very reasonable compared to my former vet. I highly recommend Berry Patch for you fur babies. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Very pleased with my grand dogs visit. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Will continue transfer my dog there and continue using them for my grand dog. Glad to see a new Vet in there and that they're no longer Southside or I would not have used.

The girls are great they took a very good care of my dogs also did the doctors.

Dr Y and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've been taking my pets to Dr Y for 18 years. I've had pets all my life and he's the best veterinarian that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with for my fur babies care.

They were great with my terrified Aussie, they let me go to the back to weigh him because he didn't want to walk anywhere without me. The only issue was the almost 700 dollars they wanted for his teeth to be cleaned. I've had it done for 200$ the last time. I dont understand that part but they are very nice people.

I was reading all the above reviews and now it makes sense about the service at this clinic. It was sold!! The same as many of you I was a customer for many many many years. I brought in my dogs and cats to this veterinarian in the past. I love the Doctor and the staff back then. They Always were very professional and fair but NOW...I am absolutely disappointed. A few months ago I was mistreated by a front staff person name “valery” she spoke to me very rudely and unprofessionally . People like valery do not need to be working in any type of medical field. She not only treated me poorly but she reported me to the county because I didn’t renew the tag for my rescue cat. Little that she know Jesus has my back and I know many people. Long story short please do not go there. They are many places that will treat you fair and take care your babies. I don’t even care to pay the price if my babies and I are treated with respect and dignity. God blessed you all and keep you safe.

The staff here goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for your pets. My little dog, who is my life, has some recurring issues that reuire medication. Not only did they provide the medicine needed, their office manager even personally delivered it to me in leiu of shipping it when I was sick and not able to get down there. I would highly recommend them and will be a customer for life. Their prices are also very fair and they handle emergencies quicker and cheaper than anyone I've ever found. You can tell they care about your pets. They save the day anytime my little girl is sick. God Bless the staff at Berry Patch!!

Great vet nice and friendly loves all animals couldn't ask for a better experience

Was very efficient and was nice to actually go into office with our pet. The only thing that would be nice if they gave you a small summary of visit that had your pets weight and age etc info. Staff was very friendly

I love coming to berry patch animal clinic everyone is so friendly, Valerie is always so helpful and very friendly at the front desk. The vet is great, they treat every dog with care as if it were their own. Great customer service????

I really love this veterinary clinic! My dog was adopted from the SPCA and he can be a little ridiculous when confined in a waiting room or exposed to new people an animals. He yodels and howls. He's a pit bull and he can scare people with his excitement and bad behavior. We're trying to work on that! The staff and doctor have always been so kind and patient and I can tell they love the animals they care for.

I love this vet. Been taking all 4 of my animals here for 6 years almost. I adore everyone that works there! I only wish we could make a entrance into there instead of the uturn by aldis but thats not there fault amd that wont keep me from going there or recommending them!!

Staff very caring and concerned for our satisfaction with the treatment of our Mitzi. I will return and I will recommend to others. They could not get me in for several days, but put me on a list to fill cancellations and I was able to take my chiot in the next day.

They are very nice and make sure the animals are taken care of!

One of the receptionists seemed slightly stuck up, but overall, a wonderful environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very calming atmosphere. It was our puppy's first visit here and she did not freak out.

All employees are very informative and friendly.
