I went primarily for grooming for my 2 dogs. First - the groomer that I scheduled with, wasn't even there so we got an assistant. My dogs are seniors, so I paid extra for express service. The problem with this is that every time someone came in the salon, rather than someone else taking the customer, my dogs came off the table, service got interrupted, and never actually competed. The groomer didn't finish drying either of my dogs. They were not brushed out with the undercoat rake. Their furry paw pads were not trimmed My female came out with her coat looking straggly and choppy. I spent over $150 to have my dogs groomed and didn't get everything I paid for. No worries. I won't be back.

Fish department is rude and i was skipped few times .and got Manger. Omg she was as rude and nasty and didn't care .never will go there again. No body there has good customer service. Rude and it's bad when so called manger walks off during ur issues. Then went to pay no tags..just nasty and rude stay away from plant city. Fl. And don't talk to manger..

Did an "ok" job on my Yorkie of 5lbs. Still had a lot of scraggly hairs throughout his entire face not a clean cut! No personality at all. Just a number! I like the store though

Found what I was looking for in a weird way. Needed an eye dropper bought something for a hamster cause it came with the dropper. Having to nurse a baby squirrel. Lol
